Googled closest Fed Ex drop off location and DG popped up after verifying it was a drop off location on their website I headed over to drop off my package. When I got there sure enough there’s a Fed Ex sign on the front door and a huge sign over the cash register that says “Fed Ex Pickup/Drop Off”. After waiting in line with my packages the lady behind the counter asked if I was dropping off and when I said yes she informed me that Dollar General is only a pick up location and I should take it to Walgreens. When I asked why the sign says drop off she said the signs there because they are a pick up location…SMH. It’s probably time to update your signs and website.

Came in to grab snacks and drinks for 7 of us for the park that’s right around the corner. Daughters had to use the restroom but they were “out of order” so we went to food lion instead. There were 4 different ladies working so I dunno what they’re doing when they have to use the restroom…

The worst Dollar General I have ever been on. The cashier tonight with the long braids was beyond rude to not just myself but several other customers as well. We given ugly looks for coming in a hour before closing. And told we needed to hurry because they were trying to close. She slung anyone's stuff in bags so fast that the cash register was acting up and she starts pounding on keys. I have never been so rushed and felt so uncomfortable being there disrupting her time. They can trust I won't return there. Clearly some people should not have jobs working with the public. Such a shame. The store is severe need of a cleaning to.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Cashier was wearing a "Burger King" work shirt and visor. She was very rude. She got mad when I told her that I had gotten an item from outside in a box that was marked 25 cents and started throwing my stuff in a bag not taking any thoughts to the breakable items I had. And to top it all off...the manager was standing right there. I'll go across town from now on. Smh

Store isles are always full of other merchandise in this store. Buggy usage is poor. Easy access from 319 and handicap accessible. I do not recommend wheel chair use in this store.

It's a dollar general; you know what you're getting into when you walk in the door. The entire overstock is usually sitting on a float in the middle of the aisle or on the floor itself as if they were giving a class on fire hazards. The bathrooms are so dirty that you're better off not washing your hands. But they did have what I needed and they have an occasional deal or two.

The staff has changed through out these last couple of months but as far as I can tell the store is still stocked fairly well and it's clean .

I love shoping here they have good amount of things the store was very clean the people working there were very helpful they always stay working never standing around they always have there stuff full the bathroom very clean and smell good

Basically it's comparable to the other discount stores in the area and they do have a lot to choose from! That is why on a lot of items you can find them a lot cheaper than other stores in the area!!

Dollar TREE CHEAPER purchased expensive bath towel that tore after first washing and mgr at DG hwy 19s Thomasville would not exchange or refund and had been a daily customer for 4 months-poor managerial service- will not go back!!
