The store is always well kept,, however an average to almost small inventory on water, personal hygiene and packaged food items,a few hardware items,paper products or laundry or cleaning items, mainly larger inventory and, primary focus on household furniture in various styles etc. It has small selections of wall art, home decor, kitchen cookware, bedding and bath items...some staff are helpful, especially Rusty who was a former mgr, has recently left...

So many choices! We always find more than we came for. It's always pretty busy but the employees are always working hard and friendly. The cashiers seem happy when they could be acting another way so many times. I am too old to work in retail anymore. My patience would run out with people within the first few hours. No fake repetitive talk going on here. Always a delight to shop here.

I went to the Thomasville Big Lots today 8-14-22 because they were showing something in stock that Valdosta didn't have. A big shout out to the young lady working check out at 9:25 this morning. I didn't catch her name but she was the most polite person I have encountered in a while. Can't say enough good things about this young lady.

There are choices for food, essential personal products, furniture of high quality, automotive, audio, school, and hundreds of other products...at reasonable, Walmart Competitive prices.They carry brands that come from everywhere that you will not find anywhere else.The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and curteous. There is plenty of space to move at safe distances and the restrooms are clean and spacious.Thomasville and Albany both have excellent shopping opportunities.Google Map will get you there with accurate directions. This is a really good Big Lots. $5 long sleeve pullover fleece blouses. 😲 I always find what I'm looking for. I got a great deal on a small bookshelf I went in there for.

I like this place everything is clean the people are nice. It can take a while for check out though because only one register is open and it takes a bit to open another one. Would definitely recommend this store

I love shopping there,however I'm now disabled it would be great to have some motorized chairs in the store. It's hard to use the manual chairs if your alone. So I end up in Wal-Mart. Please get some chairs. I love your stores.

I paid for a coach a year ago went to pick up 6 months ago and was told to get the receipt!! Received receipt from corporate office tried to get my money back the manager refused!! He was very very unprofessional and rude!! I do not recommend this place to any one!$ hopefully one day I will get my 600 back!!

It is awful it had a stuff bear that was marked for 1/2 OFF and they refused to honor it. The sign said all toys except for bikes and riding toys, and it was posted right over the bin where the stuff animals were. It is a very misleading store.

When the Albany ga store manager thought it was a waste of his time to look up 2 recliners for me I called the main office and was later contacted by the thomasville store manager Rusty who tracked down 2 recliners picked them up brought. them to his store where I picked them up Rusty and his store associates know customer service Thanks Rusty for going above and beyond to keep a customer
