Today was my first visit and let me say, I was amazed! They have so many unexpected products, like a toy department with LEGOs!I drove from Tallahassee to purchase a bale of PROMIX because none of the stores in down there carry it.I didn’t have much time to look around, but I’m sure I would have discovered lots of treasures!

My husband and I bought a house 2 months ago and a week ago we noticed that are water well was leaking from the pressure gauge, as my husband went to replace it the plastic part that holds it broke and we noticed that the previous owner had placed putty all over it. Not knowing what it was I was off to whatever was open to get water back to my house. Lowes had no clue then tractor supply and nothing but Charlie knew what it was and handed me the box .to working

The customer service at this store is unbelievably good. So used to lazy workers who never follow through on anything...not here. Ordered item online; within minutes they called me to tell me the inventory was not correct and they would get it from distribution center; called me when it was in and they delivered it to my house (and they called me to tell me they were on their way). Excellent.

Just visited for the first time and was immediately welcomed and offered fresh popcorn for free. Multiple associates asked if they could help my husband and I find anything. We got some firewood and an associate gave us a deal 2 packs for $14 just because. We had a great experience and will be back!

This past weekend I decided to repair a leaking PEX connection under our kitchen sink. Calling ahead to check on parts, Luke discussed the project in detail and assured me they had the necessary parts. Upon arrival, I was impressed that the store was beautifully maintained and everything looked like it was in stock; there were no empty spaces.Ashley initially helped me with Luke reviewing the choices for correctness. When I went to install the fitting, the threads were not correct. I returned to the store, where Charles determined that the part in the envelope was actually not correctly labeled. The item was for a flare fitting, whereas mine was the normal type. They smoothly traded out the parts, even giving me an upgrade with a shutoff valve for my trouble.Ceci and Destiny were the cashiers, who smoothly made the exchange with Ashley confirming the changes. They even gave me popcorn to take home to my wife (who loves popcorn).What a great store, staff and experience.

Excellent first visit to the new (relatively) Ace hardware. I came in looking for a fairly obscure part, and all three people I worked with were very friendly and helpful. While the part was a little too unusual for them to have it in stock, I was very pleased with the service. The prices I looked at also seemed reasonable. I think you'll have a really good experience shopping here.

I didn't know we had an Ace until someone mentioned it. I'd been looking for a rubber tub stopper all day, visiting 7 different stores. Most had no idea what I was talking about. The crew at Ace knew, and had a selection to choose from.

Mrs. Pat and David were amazing today above and beyond. I went to two another hardware stores and couldn't find everything I needed. So i decided to give the new Ace Hardware in town a try.And im so glad i did. David took the time to locate everything i needed and some of the items were not common. Still got everything I needed.And Mrs Pat well she's my new friend. Such a nice pleasant lady, friendly and funny.These guys literally put me in a better mood and made my day a great day.Thanks guys you earned a new and happy customer.

This is deffinatly the best group of people that work here. I work across the street 3 till 11pm. My tail light went out on way to work and no time to get one...they brought me a light bulb. The bulb was only 5.00 and the still brought it to me and had a great personality. My new #1 hardawre store. Thanks guys

Just went to ACE of Thomasville for some things. This is a really nice store full of people that know what customer service is about! I feel I could send my wife here for something that she doesn't know how to shop for and she would come back with exactly what I needed, because she would find help easily. Great job folks!

Wish I could give a negative star! These people made me feel very uncomfortable! Definitely did not feel welcomed at all!! They basically harassed me and treated me like a thief!! And was very very rude to me!! I promise ya I won’t be shopping at this location any more and that’s a fact!! They lost this customer!!!👍🏻👍🏻
