I have to say, this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They are slow, rude, interrupt you when you're talking or asking questions and they always have a "I hate working here" attitude. I used to work in a pharmacy and it was MANDATORY to answer the phone by the second ring. I, and I'm sure many others, have been on hold for ridiculous amounts of time - one time for 16 minutes until someone actually picked up the phone. I have been inside and watched as they picked up the phones and put them on hold again without explaining to the person on the line to please hold. I have no idea how management hasn't addressed these issues? This is ridiculous. There are plenty of people that don't have jobs that would be happy to work here and bring WAY MUCH BETTER service than there is there now. I will say that I've come across one nice person in this store. Other than that, this store could use a good cleaning and I'm not talking about dirt.

Hadn't had the best of experiences up there. But a few people can make a huge difference in how you view a place. The bad apple, by far can't take away from the kindness, understanding, and compassion that others show. So yes overall I recommend them.

Very disappointed in the way they handled Covid vaccinations. Customer before me waited an hour with no one in the vax room. Several people left.I waited about a half hour, long after the last person left.For people nervous or skeptical, that gave me enough time to think about it and change my mind.Not helpful in getting these vaccines out to the public.

I have been using Walgreens for the past 8 years (since moving here). The staff is always so friendly and kind. The manager is absolutely AMAZING! My daughter has mental health and they were out of her medication. Frantically trying to find someone in town with a supply of it, I had the manager (Tina Johns) pull me aside. She said that she would do whatever it took to help my daughter. She sent her script up to another city and met that manager halfway to bring it back to Thomaston. There's never not a moment that all hands are on deck in the pharmacy. Each staff member I've run across has always been so courteous and respectful. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't not have a good experience here. As for the one who commented the manager is disrespectful as well is to their team members must be thinking about a different location....

I agree with the last entry entirely. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. It took 24 hrs to get my prescription filled and the tech argued over the price with me. We will not ever have another prescription filled here again.

My mother recently changed to this pharmacy for convenience purposes. As a retired nurse, she is in the habit of counting her prescriptions. When one of her medications was 12 short, today, she was told that it wasn't possible; they were counted multiple times. They weren't ready upon our arrival, and were rushed out in 10 minutes, and she was a nurse for 25 years, but she was wrong?

Very unprofessional...held my prescription for a week without letting me know any info. Every time you call they leave you on hold for long period of time then when they answer they put you back on hold. I will never use Walgreen again worst experience ever.

Absolutely pathetic customer service! They don't care how horrible you feel. They had 2 hours to fill my prescription and didn't do it. I had strep throat and needed my medicine.

Love this place. Fast on getting my scripts filled when they have just been placed by the doctor for all my family members. Great Walgreen's brand products and sales on items I actually use. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Very hard to get the one prescription I get here because they don't have it mail order and it's impossible to get them to fill it they always say they have some in then they never get the others I think that if the macon store can fill why can't this store do it? Please check on this someone at Walgreens can fix this for me I have insurance and they pay for 28 years you will be pay .

Service is slow to say the least, prices are extremely high compared to the other pharmacies in town, I've had to stop there because it was late when I left the ER and the drive through always takes forever even when u can clearly see the store is empty, prices insanely high, I had a script for lidocaine patches for back and they wanted 320$ for 5, I called Northside and they told me they had the generic brand, and that they had the exact same ingredients for under 50$ for a box of 10..shop homegrown small business"s they need us like they we have needed them over the years!

I went to pick up my medicine, at Walgreens in thomaston after being told it was there, i was told it would be a 30min wait, on the return another clerk told me it wasn't there and would have to be ordered, after it was supposedly been ordered a week and 3days ago this FREAKING SUCKS.
