Today, I visited the Home Depot in Thomaston, Ga and was assisted by some of the most awesome, helpful people that I have ever encountered in a store. It was obvious that I was very unfamiliar with my project, but thanks to Rhonda, Dean, Cordell, and Janese; I felt like empowered in accomplishing it! They were all so awesome and helpful, even though I had a million questions. Way to go out of your way for a customer! These guys are some REAL PRO’S!

Home Depot just about has the market sown up in Thomaston and many other small towns. Though their prices are high, they have what you need for building or renovating and they have the mostly experienced help attendants always willing to help customers find what they need.

Takes thirty minutes and a phone call for curbside to walk two mouse traps to my car with noone rating. Not the first time it was this bad at this location which is ridiculous.

Went to go purchase a drier and associate and her boy friend told me they was sold out and that they had sold all 4 that was in stock boyfreind continue to be rude and talk very in coherent and said that we are all sick!! You know man at that point I felt for our safety because he started for the door and young lady just look dum found me and brother left to to get back to the safety of our truck I have never experienced a home depot that was let go like this I will not go in evening time no more!! Beware

I went in to purchase a hot water heater. I had to go to service desk to find aisle for product . Upon selection of product I wanted to purchase I went back to service desk to inquire on possible delivery options. I was told cost would be $85 but they could not deliver until next week. I said never mind we will just pay for it, he said I will need to call someone to see if product is available first, we had the price tag with all information on it and advised him there are 4 on the shelf. He said he would need to get it verified, I said never mind, please call someone to assist my daughter and I with loading the product from the second shelf. After waiting 10 minutes and no assistance I went in search of a dolly cart, my daughter and I loaded the product onto the cart, went to self checkout which was the only option and paid. I then asked the young lady to call for assistance to load the product into our pickup.These big box stores do not have good customer service and it is sad. I am 79 years old . I quit using lowes because the quality of their products have decreased and prices are higher. Now I have a bad experience with home depot.

There's not much to say. When you need something for your home, this is usually the place to go. Just replaced a faucet and water lines and got them for $50 here. I may have been able to get them cheaper online, but I needed the parts immediately. There are no issues with Home Depot for me.

Good experience. Store was not busy so it was a pleasure walking around & shopping. Only negative thing I noticed was employees were not customer friendly. They avoided being approachable for me to ask questions. Like they didn't want to be bothered.

Bought $179 worth of materials at this location. They ran it through my card twice and it has been pulled from my bank twice. Management there says there is nothing they can do even though I have bank statements showing money was pulled twice at exact same time. Said I have to take it up with my bank. Bank shows where they charged me twice. This place is ridiculous. Now I have to send a notified letter to my bank so they can investigate the matter so I can get my money back. Glad I have the money and it won't break me.

Very helpful and quick found what I was looking for to fix my shower 🚿 and out within 5 to 10 minutes. I haven't went as much in the past few years because of an employee harassing and so rude 😒 never in my life met someone like that until here. I don't know if they are still there or not I haven't stayed in there long enough to find since I stayed away and started going back recently but I hope that it continues to be a quick in and out with no issues from here on out definitely do not want to go through or experience that again.

Always find not only the thing I need, but also the helpful advice. I believe it was Veronica and Scott who helped me and actually, whoever the petite ball of energy who searched all over for me on several visits and offered assist, among others, I think her name was Veronica, was awesome. I usually look for her. She is a return employee. If I was hiring, I'd look for her to train to be a manager some day. Passion! Everyone is helpful. Commendable.

Looking at some bushes. Gonna get a pomegranates bush. Omg had bugs today 3/24/24.Any plant you purchase here make sute that the plants around what you are purchasing do not have tiny brown spots. The gardens center has a deasease. Every single plant i bought in 2023 has died. Usually within a month. Look for brown spot on your plant, don't think you can save anything. They need to fumigation the garden area before it get into the soils and such. Be sure to like if the same thing happens to you.. who keeps a receipt?. I will from now on they give refunds with receipt.Always everything quality and awesome prices. Went for potting soil today.

Our experience was awesome. Jeff was amazing. He was so patient with my mom, and was so very helpful. She needed all new appliances, and is wheelchair bound. He went around with her opening all the refrigerator doors. He had an amazing suggestion of getting a slide in stove so the buttons were in the front and she could cook while sitting down. That way she didn’t have to get up and lean over possibly burning herself. I’ll be forever grateful for Jeff’s kindness and patience with her, getting her setup for delivery and install, and his suggestions on making life a little easier on her.

From cashier to stocker to managers our Thomaston Home Depot is the best n all of Ga. They u with respect n smiles. They're knowledge is superior to all other stores. I won't go to any other store. ***ARCH ANGEL REVIEW***I FEEL A DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT COMING TO HOME DEPOT. I AM TIRED OF THE TREATMENT I RECEIVE. DURING MY LATEST VISIT, ONE OF THE WORKERS LEANED ON THE CHECKOUT COUNTER WHILE I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT BEING OVERLY WATCHED AS CAUCASIANS CAME AND WENT. HE STARTED LAUGHING LIKE THE HYENAS FROM THE LION KING - AND MOCKING WHAT I WAS SAYING. I WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH HIM THAT I DESPERATELY WISH A LOWES WAS IN THOMASTON.
