I went for cat food and a trip to the deli, where I paid for my kitty and people food. As I walked out of the store and into the parking lot, I hear someone shout "Sir!" so I stop, and the cashier begins demanding my receipt. I told her in no uncertain terms that she would not be seeing my receipt, and that she could ask the deli lady if I paid because I was in a hurry to get home. She said something about store policy that I ignored. I will NOT be receipt checked by ANYONE, for ANY REASON. This is the same as an accusation of theft, and I WILL NOT HAVE IT.

Typical Pggly Wiggly. Good prices on meat dept items. Produce was a lil disappointing. They needed to do a freshness check. Overall good visit though. Always ❤️ the Pig.

I just called the customer service to ask them a question and I couldn't even get her name she was so rude and wasn't even talking to me OR listening to me, because I could hear her talking to someone else. I thought that's what customer service was, helping the customer. Smh

Every time I get meats the chicken runs in two day. Can stuff is to much for a anyone on disability that can't get EBT help. Or snap. Can 1,or 2 dollars for one small can to.

The people in this store is lazy and u always see one cashier even when its busy smdh. I never seen a bunch of lazy people in my life until i came here. They have gotten better about putting fresh meat out. They need to hire people that will work not people who want to talk all day and do nothing. They also need to learn how to talk to people thats another reason why people wont work there.

Odor always come first then Appearance. Store needs a new face-lift. Smells old inside store. Store looks dirty. Floors awful. Meats not fresh. Packaging not tight on meats. Old vegetables. Piggy wiggly has been around a long time. Money is there to remodel your store.

Lines aren't too bad, stock is usually kept up, and store is overall clean and well managed. Usually great quality meat cuts (beef) though I'm not so familiar with their pork options... closest grocer to me though, so they get my "in a rush" business for sure...

Always have what I need. You can go when it’s not crowded. They always have to me the better produce than some of the bigger chain. Maybe not as big a selection but fresher most of the time. And our local piggly wiggly has some very helpful and cheery employees. I would rather buy my meats here. There always priced great!

Love to support my community. 2 managers there at entrance. During this time cleanliness is so important. Meat area has a smell...you can see it that area the juices. I am into supporting a grocery store that been around our area for years..small business . Will go back to support but cleanliness and sanitation. Thank you for all you do to support us.

Rarely go, only if there is no other choice. Price gouging for hunters and those without transportaton to go elsewhere. Always a negative experience. "Management won't let us double bag". Meat spoils unless you use it the next day. Help just rolls their eyes and acts helpless. Manager has zero customer relations skill.

I ran an errand for my neighbor that needed something from the "Pig".I usually don't shop there but I thought about checking it out. When I entered the store the front end staff greeted me almost like they knew me. The store was clean and well stocked. I quickly found what I went for. The cashier was a professional! She rang up groceries quickly while conducting a very pleasant conversation. I was in and out in a flash! I loved it! Some of the prices are lower that that price rollback place.

The store is clean and organized. They have a large selection of items. There's a lot of low priced items and they always have specials going on. I love the 5 for $25 special on meats and cold food. Also the employees are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

I usually only shop here for a couple of items no other local stores stock. A few weeks ago I finally downloaded their "Pig Deals" app as it was required to get an advertised sale price. I had planned on deleting the app afterwards. After looking over the rewards and deals offered only with the app... I'm actually very impressed with the ease of use and stellar discounts. Marketing can definitely claim a win! I can say I've been to this store more times in the past month than I have in the previous 12 months combined. I'm actually going about twice a week just to get the fantastic deals that pop-up from the app notifier. There is a new Deal of the Week item which is Free. Bleach, Styrofoam plates 30pc and Ragu sauce were deals the past 3 weeks. Also had a coupon two weeks ago for any 12pk can Coca Cola product for only $.99. As long as they keep offering such great deals on products I'm already using..... I'll be the little piggie going to this market!

Our go to place for hard frozen ice (not the kind already melting) and Excellent store brand Spring warer to make these hot days a little more bearable. Friendly and helpful staff there every visit!

Not very clean at all anymore. The employees are rude and really don't want to help you. Just sad to see used to love this place. The meat dept. Stinks like rotten meat. Was out of date lunch meat today. Don't know what is happened to what used to be my favorite store. Just sad.

Asst. Manager went out of his way to help me. He even let a stockman go on break while he was running the register to help get the lines down. Everyone was wearing their mask and very friendly. it was that first time I used the stores app. I was very pleased with the money I saved using the coupons. I recommend this store over Walmart any day.

I love this hometown grocery store been in thomaston for years. Not too big but has everything I need without having to take a trip to Walmart. Good folks, good prices, not too crowded and close to home I give it five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I walked through the door and was greeted by a former student who is a cashier. Pleasant experience. Then I went to the deli to order a Deans Cake House Cake which are the best bought cakes I have ever eaten. I was greeted by another student who put my name on a cake I wanted in the freezer for me to pick up closer to Christmas. Another pleasant experience. Then a lady who works there and has seen me many times asked if she could help me find what I was looking for- turns out thd product was soldout. This is my typical experience at Piggly Wiggly.

I honestly don't have a problem with Piggly Wiggly. But each is own, everyone has their opinion. Mr. Bill & Mrs. Toni is wonderful!!! At times the line may get backed up, but when Bill & Toni is there, they will open up another line to get customer checked out..
