I went there to buy some treats for my pup. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Instructed on where the soft puppy treats were located. Every thing was organized and picked up a couple toys too. I was able to take my pup. She was happy to get into the toys and treats when we got home. I will be back again.

The employee wasn't nice but not mean. 2 employees putting up halloween decorations and neither asked if I needed help. They are now bought by tractor supply and the prices are somewhat higher than before. I'll be getting my product somewhere else.

My first time here today, and took my fur baby to get a bath and groomed, and when I went to pick her up, I was so very happy with the results of how they took very good care of her and how pretty she looked. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable , when I purchased some treats for my baby. I definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be back. Thank you Petsense for such an awesome experience with you guys.

if you want good bird supplies you might as well go to macon or a specialty shop somewhere. the bird selection is very small but overall nice store its clean and has nice staff

Great people, always helpful. The staff at this Petsense in Thomaston, GA are among the most helpful and kind of any pet store I have visited in this area. Expect to be greeted and to be asked if you can be helped. The store is always spotless and clean, and it is clear the staff truly care about pets and the owners of pets. I recommend Petsense Thomaston GA.

When I walked in the door I was greeted by a young man. He asked if he could help me find something. I responded that I was looking for a dog toy and currently did not need help. I have an agressive chewer so I was being very mindful of the products I was selecting. After about ten minutes the lights went out in the store. I said hello several times and the young man only said hello back after I began walking to the front of the store. I thought he had locked me in. He turned the lights back on and that's when I realized he was getting ready to leave. The till had been cashed out while I was shopping. He then said he did not know anyone was in the store. I reminded him of our conversation when I walked in. He offered no other explanation so I put my items down and walked out.

I take my pup, Charlie, here for Grooming. They always do a great job. One thing I was not happy about it the fact that you can not tip your groomer on the credit card. I had forgot to bring cash and had to go next door to Walmart to buy a candy bar to get cash back. Just an inconvenience.

My furbabies and I love this location, they go above and beyond any other location, clean, friendly and professional. Prices are moderate and the store is always well stocked.

It's a chain pet store. This particular location is a smaller one and has little in the fish care department. They do have supplies for cats and dogs though.

Except I keep saying do a length on my dogs tail, & they must not have a measuring tape. I live in the country & the puffy tails are like catch alls for leaves & trash. Other than that they are great.

Tara is great at grooming..she always took care of my Moose..she knew he was old and loved on him and took time to talk and him and made him feel comfortable...GREAT JOB..
