Bad service the isles are always full of stock that has failed to be put up i go to the dg about 3 times a week and at the tenga ga dollar general its always like i said you can't get through the isles and all the employees are just standing around on their phones i go because its convenient but ill start going to Cleveland instead

I know this store has gotten some bad reviews recently, but trust me when I say, it's not that store anymore! Best stocked shelves of any other dg in 30 miles, floors so clean the light reflecting off of them will blind you and every shelf is perfectly recovered. The standards here are amazing. The store manager, Dakota, has got this place under control. Love it!

Shelves are always bare, you hardly ever see an employee because they're outside, and the employees block off the parking spots that they want.

This is a really nice Dollar General Store. The people who work are are very polite and helpful. I was looking for some items and I was having trouble locating them. The store clerk was able to assist me in finding these items, and she also suggested a less expensive alternative store brand item that worked just as well as the name brand. The store was clean, and it wasn't crowded at all.

The staff are very rude here! The blond hair woman is the worst. The dog leash said it was 5 dollars then when I went to check out it rang up 5.75 without tax. I asked her about the price and she became very rude and refused to change it even tho the sign said 5 dollars then I asked for corporates number she said dollar general doesn't care about its customers or what I think of what happened then she threatened me and asked what I was going to do about it. I will boycott this chain of stores

If I could give this store a negative rating I definitely would. This is the absolute worst dollar general I have ever been in and it is that way every day. The employees do not do anything but hide in the back room. I honestly can not believe that this store is even still open. It needs to be shut down

This is my dollar store and I frequent it often. Over time I have watched it decline into something awful. The ailes are CONSTANTLY cluttered with inventory mess and the customer service i just experienced was unacceptable and rude. The cashier walked right in front of me to grab herself a candy bar and then proceeded to ring herself up before me and had to dig for change to pay for it and okay that could have been fine but she then decides to make a PERSONAL phone call on speaker as she is ringing her own purchase up and I am just standing there. She herself was not rude at all but her actions were extremely unprofessional. I will be changing which dollar store I go to from now on. There has been many of these rude visits and something needs to be done.

Don't get your hopes up, would be my best advice. They have been trying to put up their stock for the last couple of years and the outlook is grim. If you have a shopping list, drive on. If you are somewhat flexible and creative you may be able to piece together something based on what is on the shelves. Maybe if you text them what you are after, you might get lucky, as the staff monitors their cell phones religiously but if you go in asking for stuff it is taken as a personal insult. Shows they have it online, you say? Maybe they will stock it eventually. Maybe.

They do not disinfect the buggies. And what has happened to the quick in and out. I can go to Walmart and get out faster now. In the last 6 months I haven't been in there when the line hasn't been backed up a aisle. And the products I have bought for yrs they no longer have. And the stock is not put out. Floor is covered in totes and buggies filled with stock. U can't even get a buggy up most aisles. I was a faithful dollar general shopper but I think I'm gonna start just going to Walmart.

This store was pretty good for the majority. The isles were very organized. Prices are low. I rate it 4/5 because of things like this: There is only one restroom, and most of the time only one register is open.

Never has anything you need anymore . I wish they would hire some help and stock some milk. The people that work there are great just need some help they can't stock and run the register at the same time.

The last few times I have been in the store at Tennga half of the shelves and at least half the coolers were empty. Not sure what the problem is but the other stores seem fine.

Close to where I live. But never! Are shelves stocked! If they do have stuff it is sitting in way needing to be put up.. not even dog food on shelves.

Doesn't have a lot of thing i look for. A lot of people come there from Ga and Tn. Needs more items. More verities. I don't go there much because they don't have what i want. So i go futher away to another store. To find what i need.

I finally got to buy a new Verizon phone. Three months I couldn't get one bc the register wouldn't scan the bar code. I'm happy 🙂

Line is always at least fifteen mins long. Stores a mess Everytime I go there. fired only good helpful friendly worker cymone in ocoee.

the store itself looked like what Walmart looks like after black Friday, it was messy. but the cashier was pretty friendly. so it wasn't a horrible experience.

The aisles are full of stock to be stocked you cannot get thru store, the shelves are usually empty.would benefit from a overnight stocking shift
