Tried to get out Sunday evening booked out. Came out first thing Monday morning, arrived as scheduled. Friendly, fixed the problem pipe with no issues. Finished installing faucet and made sure working properly. Great service would recommend!!

Friendly and professional, got here fast and got the job done. I do believe the prices are a bit high, over $700 to replace some pvc seemed a bit high and to empty the tank is $400 in Fl over $800 in Ellijay so pretty high. Overall happy with the work that was done and confident it was done correctly.

We called Armor Plumbing when we broke our water pipe out back. They were super sweet and helpful and they had someone out there THAT DAY. Josh (super nice and friendly) came and had it fixed, good as new, quick as can be. They are amazing.

My lift station pump was giving me issues all week because of the float and the water was not draining and it was NYE. I called many plumbers but none could get to me until Tuesday. Thankfully Greg from Armor plumbing called me late NYE and told me he can come over tonight or wait until the morning. Decided to wait for him to come in the morning. Greg was very friendly and helpful with my issue. Was able to get the pump working while he went to find the replacement part I needed. Everything works great now and I don't have to worry about my tank overflowing. Outstanding customer service from Greg.

They replaced two hot water heaters and fixed some leaks and were always reasonable, but today they want to charge me $1100 to replace a frost proof siilcok outdoor facet. The part costs for a good one at Home Depot about $40 and would take about an hour to 1-1/2 to replace. Not sure what is happening with Armor, but I won't use them again.They made every effort too make it right, but I had already made arrangements at much less with a reputable plumber.I have had good luck with Armor in the past, but believe they were more motivated by the bad review. If I had not written the review I doubt anything would have been made of this situation. My concern is for unsuspecting people in Big Canoe that constantly get over charged because of where we live. Most of my friends are like me we live on social security and pensions, we are not rich.

I highly 100% recommend armor plumbing. They came out when they were supposed to, They located my septic tank schooled me on everything they were going to do answer all the questions I had. They almost made me feel like I was part of the crew 😁, They performed their task with ease a bunch of very nice young gentlemen, they cleaned up and they left. I have used once before for clogged drains this time it was for a disposal. Wesley was amazing. Explained everything to expectations. Price was great. Overall a great experience and would definitely do business with them again. Even upgraded my disposal because they could not get the proper size. What a great company.

When I called on a Saturday afternoon, a person actually answered the phone and not a recording. The lady who answered took my information and said someone would contact me shortly. About 5 minutes later a lady called and said a technician was on the way. Greg Morris showed up in about 30 minutes and figured out where the leak was at and had it repaired in an hour or so. He was a very professional person and I highly recommend Armor Plumbing.

I'll go ahead this time with a perfect 5.00 stars for this one. I had talked with maybe 7 or so septic pumping companies before I got a really good reference from a highly trusted personal acquaintance to call Armor Plumbing. I have had some bad experiences in my past dealings with various contractors who had worked in various disciplines that I personally know very little about what they do, and had gotten taken advantage of, and have also hired some fairly lazy workers too. Today, my septic system was backing up into my house, and I didn't like that. Every other septic service said that maybe in 4 days they could come over. But Armor sent out Greg Morris freakily fast.He was very honest, professional and knowledgeable. He worked extremely hard while here. Like a Plumbing Animal! The price was reasonable. Really good actually, considering the high quality of the work. Even their pumper truck was clean as a Cadillac. I'm planning to use them more. I highly recommend them!Service: Sewer repair

Great response time in the mid afternoon. Came in 45 minutes. Hot water heater not heating. Performed diagnostics, had the electrical parts with him and changed them. Very courteous, explained everything and stayed until unit was totally heated up and working. To tell you the truth I thought the cost would have been another $100.00 over what the actual charge was. Called Armour on friday 12/29 to address an emergency at a rental property. They were able to send someone out fairly quickly. The tech called and advised he had good news and bad. The good was he found the leak. The bad was it was under the slab. He told me he could install a ball valve to shut off the hot water and that they wouldn't be able to begin work on the problem until next week as it was too late in the day to begin repair (roughly 2pm) it was the" weekend and Monday was a holiday." I asked if he could send picture of what he was seeing. He said no problem. I called back 25-30 mins later to advise I hadn't received the pictures. He said he would resend, but he would also resend to my email address when he prepares the estimate when he got back to the office. I called the tenant who advised the tech had left the property long ago. While giving me the impression he was onsite. Long story short. I never received pictures. I never received call back. I never received an estimate. (Needless to say i did contact another plumbing service who fixed the issue.) But, I did receive a $297 invoice today 13 days later for installation of a ball valve.
