Jeff is a Very knowledgeable and friendly small engine pro! Took my generator to him and he fixed it asap for 60 bucks. Great customer service banter and he won't feed ya a bunch of BS about your engine's possible issues like some other shops. I will be taking All small engine issues to Jeff from now on!!

One month ago : I took my lawn mower in for repair. It would not start. I paid Jeff for services and the mower only worked once. I took the mower back and explained what happened. When I returned to pick up my mower for the second time and questioned the price : for services that were not done properly the first time : the employee ripped the invoice up in my face and pointed toward the mower. Very unprofessional. Very abrasive. Very entitled. They are right : you are wrong and stupid. Never again Jeff. Wake up : it is 2018 and learn some customer service skills

Great place-these people will not treat you wrong. Excellent service and very affordable. Highly recommend this before you go to a bigger store like Ace Hardware or Home Depot.

They won't do little extras for customers like check oil level while equipment is in shop. Poor customer service.
