We used to primarily go to Love’s before. Our new company only uses Pilot. I have to say that in the few years we quit going to Pilot they’ve really stepped up their game. Most Pilots are clean, good parking, fresh food or pizza, nice showers, and the bathrooms always smell nice. It varies a bit by location but this one was very nice.

This for the truck drivers....4/17/24 10:40 pm pilot system in store has 10 reserved parking spaces...there are 3 left if u reserved 1 on the app they will move drivers out reserved parking spaces and matter what time of day or nite ..also taco bell is closed nobody came into work tonite ..just heads up to you drivers paid parking is 18.00 a nite and if u choose to.park and not pay you ask.to.move and if u don't they do have police come bye and ull be force to move or be arrested for retail theft and ur truck and trler towed and ull lose ur cdl cause u know have felony. fueling and then parking in reserved doesn't not count reserved is different entitydon't pay ull be waking up in ur break to move for paying driver . you been warning

No Showers due to remodel. Might as well put up a sign that says F-U truckers. (sorry for the inconvenience) They look done to me or at least they should be by now. What was the point of the Taco Bell remodel? hadn’t they already done some remodeling not too long ago? At least there’s some parking, for now.

I could not believe that I was told I cannot charge my phone in the Pilot after I spent money in the pilot as well as Taco Bell...Brandi told me it was said I was staying in the parking lot I was parked in the parking lot due to my car breaking down waiting for my brother to o come help me an I spent my money there at the damn Pilot ..I have nothing to say about Taco Bell they are very nice...but I a truck drive that travels home in my car an I always stop at pilot for coffee or to eat I cannot believe it an she said I had to leave the property an my car is broke down lucky a man help me to get my car to start park elsewhere waiting for my brother ..THANKS Pilot I make sure the truck drivers know about it all

No cards, no fuel, no rewards, no showers, no laundry, no tacobell. Employees were friendly. Been here since yesterday afternoon because this is where my clock ran out. I was like "great, a pilot, I'll take a shower, do some laundry and get a $5 box". It seems ridiculous that the app doesn't mention which stores are muffed up because of remodeling. So yeah, pilot got me again

Very good place full of all sorts of things, a large variety of both fast and junk food. Large variety of cold drinks, bottled or fountain sodas, waters, sports drinks, etc. Fast and friendly.

Campers AVOID this stop! Clean store, friendly staff. However NOT RV/Camper friendly. Very difficult for long campers to maneuver in the 45°angled fuel island. No parking except for 18 wheelers. So if you need to shop inside, you'll be blocking half the fuel island and sticking out in what is dedicated for vehicle parking.

Place is getting remodeled but even then, I must say it's very clean. Restrooms are the cleanest I've seen. Staff was welcoming and apologetic for the disarray. Taco Bell is closed due to remodeling.

This is usually one of my favorite Pilot locations but I would avoid this place altogether during the remodel if I were you. No showers, no Taco bell, no using rewards and sometimes no fuel.

Use to love this stop till Pilot got greedy and took out KFC to sale there horrible chicken instead won’t stop here anymore. You don’t have to sell your stuff at all of the locations.

Has everything imaginable almost. Game room. Laundry. Showers. Lots of Semi parking.2 restaurants. Trick parts & stuff.Snacks. Fresh fruit. Breakfast & sandwiches and the lists just goes on. Even ladies bathroom nice and clean. One of the better ones we've been to.

If you're running to Taco Bell for several people and multiple orders.... It's "against their policy" to make more than 1 ticket... Whether its just the employee or poor management be aware of this made up "company policy" lol.

Great Tallapoosa, Ga Location. Very Clean-Inside & Outside. Clean-Stocked Fuel Isles. Store Is Very Well Stocked W/Anything & Everything You Could Possibly Want Or Need-Hot Or Cold Food/Snacks Or Drinks. Has A Taco Bell As Well.. Employees Are GREAT! Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional.

This has a decent store inside, but because there is only one exit, skip it if all you need is gas. Go to the one across the street for a quicker exit - the price is the same and it’s a local business. We had to wait through several semi-trucks and other vehicles before getting out of the single exit.

This pilot is excellent! Great place to do a reset. Down the street from the Honda plant. Clean showered great customer service!! Great!! BBQ place near by Dairy QUEEN ALall in walking distance. What more can a driver want

Only good thing about this pilot is a lot of parking. Poor fuel set up. No KFC, only Taco Bell. No laundry services as all washing machines are broken and the management won’t fix them. Pathetic… I guess I’ll take my money to loves.

The customer service here was EXCEPTIONAL!! What began as a pit stop became a 3-hour fiasco because my fiancé dropped the oil cap lol. Thank you to Tyler for going above and beyond to assist my family. He noticed something was wrong, asked if we needed any help, and did his best to assist in any way he could. Tyler was super helpful and very resourceful. Even went out of his way to check on us while we waited for the roadside to come and ensured all was well before we left. Tyler was truly the best! Everything was clean and well-kept. All the store associates were so friendly and eager to help. What could have been a damper on our family road trip was turned around thanks to the help of Tyler!

After waiting for a few minutes for a shower (not uncommon), an employee apologized for the wait due to a situation involving law enforcement. I understood. This employee went in and cleaned the shower in less than 2 minutes, and to my surprise it was one of the cleanest showers I've had at any Pilot/Flying J.Corporate, if you're reading this — Brandon needs some recognition for doing a great job here.

DO NOT USE THE TOP DRYER, it is weak and you will have to run it again. The bottom dryer works great! It will darn near start a fire. The washer works fine, just used them today 1/26/23.

Good place to stop for a break when traveling. Clean restrooms generally. Plenty of snacks & drinks. My pickup truck has a diesel engine so I go through the big truck lines to buy DEF in bulk (instead of the boxes).

To say this Pilot has a laundry is a bit of a stretch. They have ONE washing machine and 2 dryers (none of them work right)Its in the hallway with the showers nowhere to put your stuff other than on the floor nowhere to fold your clothes and people walking back and forth in the middle of you doing laundry the entire time. Great job as usual at Pilot. Because 100 truckers probably only need 1 washing machine. I just put my stuff back in the truck. Oh and the washer doesnt spin right so your clothes will be too wet and you'll waste time and $ drying them twice like Im doing right now. Sure glad we have these Pilots out here helping us out with what truckers really need on the road. 🙄

Cannot praise the new manager Emily enough. Being a regular I have seen tremendous change in this store in such a quick time. She greets all of her customers like family. I will continue to spend my money here with changes like this. She is a wonderful face of Pilot. Great pick corporate.
