Here a Couple of days ago. Employees were polite and respectful. Order was Complete except for the fact that they gave me 2 small orders of Cheese Curds instead of 2 Large Cheese Curds. There was hardly anything in them. I was getting food for other people. I gave the People I was getting food for their money back. I felt bad for not checking the order. The point is I should not have to. Will not be back! So t care if it was a small item. $8.00 for Cheese curds is not cheap for 1 order. FOR SOME CHEESE BALLS THAT ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME SIZE AND A LOT OF CRUMBS. YOU ALREADY DONT GET MUCH BUSINESS! YOU TRYING TO CLOSE THE DOORS ON THAT PLACE?!

Went through the drivethru and the service was great. Lots of negative reviews say that the staff doesn’t speak English which is wrong, their English is perfectly fine, so if you listen and speak clearly there shouldn’t be an issue. My food was fresh and it came out quick. I would say a majority of the negative comments are irrelevant, because this location is solid.Parking: There’s not many spots so it’s better to go through the drivethru

Is this an out of season April Fool's joke? This is the saddest birthday cake I've ever seen. No color, sloppy writing, no sprinkles, no fun piping, just a whole lot of nothing. I wish my mother didn't pay for it. The manager decorated it himself and said it was "colorful enough". No, sir, it looks nothing like a DQ cake.The burgers are awful. I'm not sure where the meat, pickles, buns etc. come from, but it's very much NOT the ingredients that are meant for DQ restaurants. The taste and textures make me think it was fished out of a trash can at a gas station. On top of that, the bathrooms are filthier than your average fast food joint, and the tables were so sticky that the sleeves of my shirt got stuck.This DQ seriously needs to be closed, the manager fired, and corporate needs to stop ignoring the overwhelming amount of problems at location just because it's on the interstate. Go to Bremen if you need your DQ fix. Skip Carrollton, they seem to be in competition with the Tallapoosa location to be impressively bad.

I hate that I’m leaving a review for a fast food restaurant, but here we are. The food was TERRIBLE. It was really, really bad. In no way does this location meet even a single DQ standard. I’m not as bothered by the unfriendly staff as I am the fact that the food was rancid. The burger was not the same as I have had at every other DQ I’ve ever been to. They appear to be cutting corners and using an inferior product. Condiments were sticky and likely expired. Same with the pickles. And the bun had a very strange smell. The banana split blizzard looked like it had green apples on the top. Those green apples were actually spoiled pineapple chunks. I had the audacity to ask them to make a new one without pineapple. (They did, after a brief discussion about who had put the bad pineapple out). The replacement was given very little effort and still had a bit of a weird taste. What was concerning at this point was that no one removed the container with the bad pineapple in it, so I assume that I’m not the only one it was served to. The reviewer who called the health department on them was right to do so. There’s no way they followed up, though. Having read other reviews, where is DQ Corporate in all of this? Yes, it’s that bad. Clearly it’s that bad. Look at all of the “we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your visit” responses. They should be embarrassed and ashamed for allowing this to continue. And please, DQ Fan Support, don’t reply that you hope I will give them another chance. There is ZERO chance that I will ever darken the door of this location ever again. Give them another opportunity to serve me spoiled food? I don’t think so.

Staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I ordered a malt milkshake and the BBQ chicken tenders. The cashier politely let me know the food was going to take a little longer than normal due to cooking chicken, and fries fresh. While I waited, he whipped out my milkshake in about 2-3minutes to enjoy. 7 minutes later my food came out hot,and fresh. The presentation and smell was fantastic! I will definitely be returning, the next time I’m in that part of town for work!

Stopped by on a trip from Alabama to Georgia, taking my nieces back home from a great week of them visiting. Should have read reviews 🙄, like i usually do before stopping, but I didn't because the girls wanted ice cream, and I saw the signs on the interstate. I took one bite of my cheeseburger and threw it away!!! It tasted what I would think a burnt plant-based burger would have tasted. Thankfully, the girl's was okay. I didn't know mine was different until she said she would eat mine, then tasted it and said, "No wonder you didn't want to eat it." Until she said that, I was wondering how they could eat such a terrible cheeseburger!Now, to address the attitude of the individual at the drive‐thru. The younger male was pleasant enough, but someone else handed our bag of food. As I continued to wait, he asked what I was waiting for? So I told him, he rolled his eyes and shut the window. Finally came back with the drinks, the rolled his eyes again because I wasn't leaving without our ice cream. Will NEVER stop here again!!!!!

I frequent this establishment often seeing as it is so close to my home and I thoroughly enjoy it. I always get the sauced & tossed basket with ranch and gravy. Austen usually always takes my order at the drive through and always makes sure that the ranch isn’t left out. Today I went on my lunch break and ordered my usual went back to work and to my surprise my food was not only not right but was also not cooked thoroughly. I called up there and spoke with the manager on duty who’s name was not given and I was told that I would be able to pick up another meal in replacement of the one I had just had. I go to pick up my basket this evening and am treated with such disrespect by a boy who claims to be the “owner” however had to call two managers before calling me a liar. The absolute unprofessional disrespect was so inappropriate and really an embarrassment to this establishment. I will be letting everyone know how the “owner” of this Dairy Queen liked to degrade and disrespect his loyal and repeat customers.

If your gut tells you something please listen. All of these reviews about the food, establishment, and workers being horrible are true. I told myself to read the reviews but I didn’t until now because this place was so bad. The bathroom smelled horrible like someone died which may be true cause one stall was out of order. The Indian guy was rude, the white woman was rude, you would think they were racist. The food felt like they put it in a furnace instead of actually cooking it and allowing it to have natural heat. The lemonade tasted like when u mix koolaid packs and water BUT you dont mix it all the way. The burger tasted like patties you get from the school lunch distributor and you put them in the microwave. The bread had a smell. I was so mad at myself i just threw it away and summed it up as a donation. The food didn’t even make it past the Pilot Travel Center because I hurriedly tossed it! They need to bulldoze this place! Never again. And comparing them to Carrollton DQ is an insult. Carrollton DQ is waaaay better.

Worst burger I’ve had in my life! Didn’t taste like any Dairy Queen I’ve ever had, I’m convinced they swapped the patties with the cheap bag of frozen microwave patties from the “ball park “ brand. So bad I immediately called health inspector, and I’ve never complained about food from a restaurant. Not once. In 35 years. That’s how bad this was

Food was not well prepared. Cheese was hard and stale and wouldn't melt to the patty. Meat was over cooked and hard to eat. Drink was oversaturated with ice. When I asked for a cup of sauce, the manager yelled and scolded the employee by saying every customer only deserves one! (Even though he only gave me one.) Was constantly yelling and berating his employees. Truly terrible the way the manager treats his employees. Would never support this franchise again.

Ive stopped here many times over the years.Yes this place has a high turn over rate with the hired help.Ive never had issues with my order and they have always been polite.Don't use restroom there the truck stop is usually really clean till they sold out anyways.Seating inside seems to be out of question right now, it previously had been restricted to a few up front by registers.Over all price and food is average.Probably go get ice cream soon. Being I'm here for the night
