Cvs in Tallapoosa are wonderful. Jeff the Pharmacist goes above and beyond to help. He always speaks so kind even when slammed with patients he is so kind. He will take the time to explain and make sure you understand your medication. I would reccomend CVS in Tallapoosa over any pharmacy. Thank you Cvs and Jeff for taking care of my needs and concerns.

Most employees here are great. I have issues with a rude employee several times. I called 2 hours ahead and was assured prescriptions would be ready within the hour (1:15pm) at 3:15 PM go to pick them up they are not ready , it's going to be another hour. The Male employee says you have a lot of prescriptions that is why it's taking so long. I understand I have several scripts but 3 hours to fill them? 4 scripts BTW.Same employee is always rude in the pharmacy.

Great service friendly drive through. Fast reliable and easy. Doesn't get any better than pickup at the drive through. Pick up your stuff without ever getting out of your car, if you need anything else that wasn't a prescription they will help you out and get it for you.

Standing in line at the Pharmacy trying to conduct my business with the Phamacy Tech at the Cash Register and I was talking and because a person walked up, decided to cut me off and preceded to help her.You dont do stuff like that. You wait your turn and the cashier or Pharmacy Tech needs to let the other customer know that he or she will be right with them after they finish with the current customer. Do not let people cut in front of others. It was very rude. Next time will not be a nice situation. I promise that. I dont care your color or your race you will wait your turn like every one else. It won't happen again.This store is genuinely good about these things. Never seen this guy before. He needs to be taught, trained or whatever.

VERY slow drive through wait time. Took me 35 minutes and the only reason I didn’t go in was because I had the flu. There was only one car in front of me at the time

The worse CVS I have ever visited and they close at 6 on a Saturday. Workers are rude all 3 times I have entered this store.
