Checkout lines too long. Used self checkout, had to wait ten minutes for associate. Always have employees standing around talking or on phone or trying to run customer over.

I get the majority of my food delivered. Often the food pickers choose food that is about to expire or substitute items not even close to what I ordered. Three times they forgot to give refrigerated items to the delivery people. Otherwise I love Walmart, especially the pharmacy.

Need better employees who don't mind helping you. They don't care about their customers & they walk around acting like they're working, on there cell phones. Customer service is awful. They're only there to make a pay check. I don't go there, only if I have no other choice.

I really enjoyed my experience. This was the definition of southern hospitality. Small but convenient, clean and effective.I don't think I'll need anything before I get back on the road this weekend but I'll be sure to stop in and walk around yes it was the memorable.Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

It's Walmart. Sometimes, you have to go inside. Sometimes, the employees act like you walked up in their house, not at all familiar with customer service. We go to the one in Sylvester if we can. It is cleaner and the employees are much nicer.

Great Walmart! I love going to Walmarts in other states!! The other customers around the store were so polite and friendly…no one bumped into me or rushed me or anything! The lines weren’t long at all it was quiet even though it had a decent amount of customers inside. The customer service was top notch! Super clean store too!

Manager I had to deal with absolutely would not listen to me, woman at customer service was rude and made fun of my mother. The rest of the employees are very nice, item's are usually in shock. Very small walmart but its also a very small town.

I love this store. It's clean, organized, and close by. The one complaint I have is customer service. I went by around 9 am on a Wednesday to return a few items and no one was at customer service. An employee called for someone to come by, I waited 5 minutes and no one ever showed up. They need to hire more employees to work customer service and make sure it's open everyday. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to try and return some items...

I used curbside pickup and they seem to get slower every single time. You check in with the app and then see all these employees coming out the door for various reasons but you never kniw when you will get your order. They used to have someone outside waiting under a tent to check you in and your delivery came right out.

it's just ridiculous you have to scan your own groceries while employees are standing around talking you should open up more registers. It give job growth and will help the economy if you put more human beings on the register instead of the customers scanning and bagging their own groceries. Definitely not a fan of self check out.

The giant has become just that,big,filthy rich,and the customer service has gone to the dogs.The customer has to ring up their own items while prices continue to rise.I shop more at places where i dont have to work and pay.Walmart used to be different and there was no other place to shop.Everything you needed and it was affordable.Now the warden stands at the front to make sure no one steals a pack of over priced ground beef.Its great to be able to shop else where.

gave one cause i am forced to go here or drive to the otherside of town which i rather do this place nevee has anything and the prices are doubled that of the one in the north / so the products are cheap versions of everything then prices are more kms / demographics and high prices go hand in hand.. but thats the walmart business model over charge the poor so you can give low prices to those with more sad i hate walmart

First trip into this store. It seemed to have all the basic needs as well as most of the common desires you'd find at most other Walmarts despite its smaller size. Clean and well kept. Had the appearance of a newer store and I'm sure that it fits well in the community. It appeared adequately staffed, but there did seem to be a lack of friendliness. The only person we recall speaking to our group of three at all was the cashier who spoke only minimally. With the necessity of face masks it becomes all the more imperative to be even more friendly than normal since any smiles would be hidden by face masks.

The only complaint I have is the milk is sour when you purchase it. Also the electronics dept needs to lower volume on tv displays. Can be heard from back of store to front. I personally don’t like all the noise while shopping.Wonderful employees, always friendly and helpful.Products always in stock and outstanding drug dept.

The pharmacy staff here are so friendly and compassionate when it comes to our family needs. Never have I had a bad experience here other than they need bigger areas for clothes and sleepwear along with a jewelry counter that would make it a 5 star walmart

Went to walmart today and only 2 registers and 2 self checkouts were open. Lines were crazy long. The active supervisor saw the problem and FIXED IT. She starting pulling people and opening registers. They even used the service desk to check people out. Props. I've never seen a Walmart actually work but I'm very glad to see it today.

I got waylaid by an employee coming in the door to ask if I wanted my flu shot. They had the flu shots for old folks and I was able to get one covered by my medicare and walk out protected from the flu, at least. Other employees were very helpful when I couldn't find things, especially one in the grocery section. That young woman knew where everything was! It was frustrating to see how many people were not wearing masks. And work maintaining social distancing. However, there did seem to be more people with masks on than the last time I was in there. I don't shop often, because I'm old and high risk. Therefore, I do appreciate people being cautious.
