I've been by a few times to pick up medicines for my cats within the past month and the staff is always very friendly, they are affordable, and I feel like they care about both my pet and I. They also have several precious and friendly cats that roam around the building.

I spoke on the phone with a nurse two days before an appointment, to let them know that my dog is very old and protective and not used to other people.. once the appointment came the nurse came outside to my car to see if my dog would go with her but I told them she wouldn’t when I spoke on the phone. The nurse and doctor came to the car, the nurse put another leash around my dog when she had one on already and choked my dog with her leash. The doctor was very rude . I do not recommend

Some of the most Wonderful people you could ever hope to leave your furbabies with! We board and have our sweet Buddy cared for here. Everything from shots or special problems, down to nail clippings and baths!

I have taken my kittens here twice, lovely nurses who are polite and courteous. They have office cats who roam around and are so friendly and cute. My thanks goes out to this Animal Hospital as they have treated my pets and me very well.

Super friendly staff. The doctor is very compassionate and doesn't try to up sale you on goods or services. Mrs Brenda is a angel and I love how she works tirelessly to help animals.

Dr and staff came in on a Wednesday night around 10pm to help my emotional support dog friend Buster. He had mauled by another dog or had been hit by a ATV. I have only the best to comment on Dr Farrow and his staff.

Treats the animals well. They work with you to the best of their ability. Very loving and caring. Exactly what you want in a vet. They saved my dog's life in an emergency at night which was such a blessing.

They are the best. Used a vet were I live@ in Albany, since that vet tha is gone, I can no longer go back with my baby. If you want my money, then make me happy. Would you tell a parent that they can't go back with their human child? I don't think so. Scale from 1-10 on staff & Dr. 9.9 The only reason they didn't get a 10...I didn't get a treat for being a good mommy.

Took my dog in for an annual. Told them she had lost a little weight but we did change her food. They called and said she had blood in her stool. Thought they needed to run a test. Well one test lead to 10 and a 700 bill and no one could tell me what was wrong. I brought the dog home. She is fine. Took her to Quailwood. And got her shots for 42.00. The only thing I wanted was her shots and still didn’t get them from Sylvester. Would not recommend to anyone.

Awful place all they care about is MONEY NOTHING ELSE, let my dog die because I didn't have enough cash with me to treat him ,I had the money just not with me terrible place if you love your pet. They let my dog die because I didn't have $1000.00 in my pocket after they took $160.00 go figure. My advice is to stay clear try down 82 about 2 miles.

Not a good place to call with an emergency.... Glad I went to Quailwood who promptly called me back and took care of my furbaby!

Always goes above and beyond for every animal I've taken including my bulldogs where as bush and other big vets in the area have been very rude and jist doesn't seem to care about the animals they will do anything and everything to get your pet healthy and treat you fair while doing so where as others are just out for money it seems they care more about your animal than your money
