Janine Childs this review is in response to your negative review. We offer a friendly customer service environment and answer any questions our customers may have. The customer in front of you was there first and could have ask questions regarding seed, feed and/or the chemicals he was putting out. With a little patience, you would have been given the same customer service. However, based on many reviews you seem to post about many places if people don’t drop the customer they have or what they are doing to service you immediately, you get offended. Seems to me you cannot be pleased based on your many reviews and the fact no one can directly reply to your review is an even better reason to question them.
