This dollar tree in Sylvester is the worse one there is. ALWAYS has about 15 carts full of boxes never have them all unpacked and everything in the store is everywhere . Never can find what you go in for if you find it its in boxes. They need a manager that will work and more employees !!

It is much cleaner and more organized in places than it used to be, There are still carts full of boxes at every end cap and seem dangerous if you have little ones who could accidentally bump in to them. The boxes seem like they could fall over any minute.

Absolutely horrible. While it was not dirty in any overt way, the way the store looked made it feel dirty.All of the shelves and displays were completely disorganized and messy. Everywhere you looked there were piles of product just thrown on top of each other. Products that were next to each other were mixed together and there was absolutely no sense of organization at all.Additionally, about half the aisles were bocked by u-boats full of boxes waiting to be shelved. Although from the way the shelves and displays looked there was no way to put out new product.I DO NOT recommend that anyone shop at this store and anyone who is unlucky enough to find themselves there has my sincerest pity. Good luck brave soul, you'll need it.I don't know how the staff behaved themselves. After walking the ailes I could not wait to get out of there. But from what I overheard coming from the cashiers, they sounded very friendly.Overall, the rating of 1 star is well deserved. The management should be ashamed and should definitely be replaced.

It's ok with what they got at a cheap price. But the stuff in the store is just pretty much throwed on the shelves and they have there stock stacked up high all over the store. It is really hard to shop there and find what you need. The Dollar Tree in Sylvester is a mess!!!!

I have worked retail for years and I understand that you get behind on day to day duties, with trucks to unload and merchandise to be restocked. Customers to help and how some bring their children in to let run loose thru the store while they shop. But one thing you have to keep on top of is recovery or cleaning. This store was a train wreck that had a truck delivery as well. How are you to restock shelves when you haven't put things back in their proper place? Scattered about all over the store was misc. merchandise out of place.Clean up, pick up, keep up .... Everyday!

I truly enjoy my time shopping at my local Dollar Tree. There is great customer service and the employees are the best Carlett, Tito, & Regina and Ben the list goes on here in Sylvester Ga.

Very untidy but friendly service. The cashier, Alonzo was super friendly and helpful towards me and these other two ladies. You don't see customer service like that anymore

I bought vinegar and baking soda for a science experiment. The ingredients that I bought from Dollar Tree were so weak that no chemical reaction took place.
