The Dollar General in Sylvester is a joke. The customer service is awful. The employees stand there and run their mouths while customers are standing and waiting to be checked out. They pick and choose which customer to check out regardless of where they are standing at in line.

Newer store. Very clean and was greated with a welcome as we entered. Narrow isles but well stocked. Neat and somewhat organized..cluttered. maybe the way this store is designed. Nice for a quick in and out. Very reasonable prices. I liked the employees and service most places like this lacks. I recommended. 5 stars

My wife and I recently went there. It is a new store arranged more like a grocery store. The best thing was this friendly cashier that wanted to help us find something from overhearing our conversation. It was very refreshing to be in a store were someone really cared about service.

I love this Dollar General. They have some of the nicest people working there. Unlike the others two that are close to this location. The only thing I have an issue with is the internet connection is poor in order to use their app. But that is all Dollar General stores.

Need to hire faster workers to assist at the register and clean up the aisles. Also, someone need to change price signs. I was denied the price advertised with sign, and a clerk removed it once I pointed it out. That's false advertising.

I'm grading off a huge curve here. This 2 star rating is taking into account that you are there to buy stuff at a discount and you don't expect to be treated like you at Chik-fil-A or something. For crying out loud there must have been 20 people in line with ONE cashier! This was at a peak retail hour.

Quick in and out place. You can find almost everything you need. The staff are friendly. Why Dollar General doesn't make their stores bigger, I will never understand.

Employees called us white trash because a bottle of cleaner we bought was leaking even tho it was the stores fault for shelfing a bad product. they are racist towards white people

Prices at register are higher than the prices marked on shelf on alot of items Nestle drumsticks they will fix it but you got to remember to catch it.
