Great place unless you need help they have self check out for a reason no one can help you they have no clue and if the app says they have something in stock they won't go check on it they should give you pay checks because to ship here you gotta work for what you want

Gave us wrong groceries at the drive through after confirming they say it was our twice when ask. Got home to wrong order, call abd they say they still had them. Got there and our order was giving to someone else. Lost 4 hours trying to figure things out. Customer service say they will refund our money back. Never seen it deposit back to account. Worst experience we had ever in wal mart in Swainsboro

Ever been to the Walmart in Statesboro? Well, this place is like the Ritz compared to that nasty place.I usually make a trip to the auto center here to buy tires and get groceries at the same time. Also have a decent Wendy’s, Zaxbys and Taco Bell within short walking distance to grab something to eat while you wait.Clean, good selection of stock, feels safe and the auto center is generally pretty efficient if you just want to buy a couple of cheap tires.

I love this Walmart. The guy checking the receipts at the door is Priceless and funny 🤣They might not have as much as bigger towns but I can pretty much find what I want all the time. Even if I end up coming out with more items then I planned 💁🏿‍♀️

This Walmart is well organized, but is hard to find help like all other Walmart locations. If you do find help, they are not very knowledgeable.

Horrible experience today at the front end October 8 around 8 PM with the head coach. I believe her name is Yolanda. She had a horrible attitude, and while she was trying to help me, she was also on the phone with whoever talking to them with her earbud in. Nowadays, Walmart, just hires, inexperienced people in customer service who are not qualified to be in a lead roll.

Went a couple times while in town. Clean store with good selection. Prices actually seemed a bit cheaper than in wisconsin. Friendly staff and very welcoming. I would go back again.

Never in my life have I been made to feel more of a piggy bank for corporate greed. Try to leave without a printed receipt? Good luck. Not posted anywhere they check, but still give the option for texting your receipt at the register. Register? Another absolute joke. Middle of a Saturday, one manned register. Rest are self check (I know some like it, but these things have NEVER been cleaned from the looks of them. And forget, just FORGET self-checking any discount items. Trying to find all the items on your list? Good luck-shelves are empty on the regular. BUT, they have upwards of 3-4 staff at every exit to check your papers, please. No papers, no pass.Two shining lights in that corporate cesspool: the pharmacy is on point in every regard, and the general store staff are super nice with a great sense of humor about how ridiculous their CEO overlords are.1 of 3 supply stores in town, so I will be forced to shop again. But I refuse to have a good time and will be grumpy about it until they start treating their customers with respect and dignity like the HUMAN BEINGS THEY ARE. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. This store depends on self check out way too much! Most of the time only have 1 register open and you stand in a long line forever while 5-6 employees just stand around talking. And better watch your prices when they ring up. Items scan on the app for lower than they ring up and sometimes the shelf says a lower price but rings up higher. Cashiers don't always want to fix it and will try to argue with you when they are supposed to fix it per their price match policy!

I'm giving it a 5 stars because of the young lady that brought out my groceries. Her name was Lay. She was very respectful, kind, and sweet as can be. I usually have to wait awhile for my groceries but not this time thanks to Lay.

As a military child who hasn't gone to too many stores for grocery shopping other then a commissary on the base I lived on going to Walmart is a cool and fun experience! The cashier's might be slow but that just means that their subjecting themselves to spend more time with me which means there'll be some gospel that gets shared!

Really not as good as it once was. Overcharged for an item. Sorry, can't fix after 8 o'clock. Also grocery pickup will not follow instructions. Checked, I'll bring my own bags. I get Walmart bags set on top of my cooler bags. Useless for a handicapped person... if I have to get out and load my own groceries... What's the point?

Had to return some items and pick up groceries. Was not impressed with customer service but was patient because I didn't want to be there so I figured she might not either. But I got things done and it was all okay service was fine.

Welll, despite the fact they dont have a GOPRO accessory section like Vidalia. Octavius in electronics was super helpful. He found ink for my 8 year old printer in 2 mins where the website said I'd have to order.Very pleased tonight.

I heard alot about bites so I was sooo eager to try it. Upon entering everything was good..the atmosphere, the staff and the menu was very easy to read. I ordered a bites deluxe burger with sweet potato fries..the food came in a timely manner but when I saw my burger I was very confused because it looked nothing like the menu (in my mind) describe. I prepared my sandwich to eat and bite into the burger....and I felt like I was in heaven...man that burger was sooo good..I wanted to go back the next day. Our waitress did a great job on serving us..standing ovation for Amanda..I will definitely be back

Rude rude rude... The lady (Sharon) that was working the door bypassed 5 or 6 ppl to ask me and my sister for our receipt. We had 5 or 6 bags that we were just carrying. When my sister asked if she wanted to see inside the bags Sharon said "of I want to look in the bags , I will Tell you!!" Well ok Sharon... But if all you did was look at a receipt .. we could have had ANYTHING inside of them that wasn't on the receipt. Good looking out.. Walmarts finest.

I thought It was asking me abot WAYNESBORO WALMART RUDE RUDE RUDE employees and they might and I mean MIGHT have 1 or 2 cashiers working and that's on a lucky day... I would rather do self check- out than have to deal with the RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL employees they have working there.👎👎👎👎👎all the way.... The SWAiNESBORO WAL-MART is a lot better than the one in Waynesboro...

I went today before lunch and it was not to crowded and the cashier at the tobacco line was very nice even tho we had 3 different orders. She always smiled and was very respectful. The restrooms in the back where very clean and smelled very fresh. I use to work in retail as a assistant manager and I know what a store is suppose to look like and what customer service is suppose to be.
