Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a groomer and don’t know where to take your dogs! My dog usually is terrified of going places she’s not used to and I was very skeptical and worried, but the groomer comes out to greet you and listens to all your requests. I had asked for a lady groomer since my dog is scared of men and they made sure it was a lady. The receptionist calls and text you updates when they’ll be ready for pick up. My dog never looked this happy at pick up and definitely will bring her back again. Tad bit pricey BUT if my baby feels comfortable and loved I’m willing to pay the few extra dollars!!

I have been bringing my dog's to Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Suwanee since the day they opened and have never once regretted it! The place is immaculate, pristine, and full of treats and toys you can purchase (all of which our dogs love!). The staff is very professional, and the owner is amazing, always going out of her way to make sure your babies are cared for and receive the best possible service. They do a wonderful job bathing/grooming! You will not regret bringing your fur babies to this grooming salon! Joseph does an amazing job!!!!

This was Dottie’s first time being left with anyone for a short time and for her first cut! So pleased with the friendly service!💕 I asked to leave to leave the top of her hair long to grow out into a ponytail! Can’t wait! Definitely will be back! 💝

We had an amazing experience here! My dog needed her glands expressed and while we were at it I went ahead and got her a bath, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. Woof gang called me to let me know it would be cheaper if I just did the spa package so that’s what I did. I have a black lab who doesn’t need a coat trim so has never been formally groomed. I was nervous and so was my dog but she had the best time! I made another spa day appointment for my small jack russell. Thank you all for being so understanding and kind!

I scheduled an appointment for my 10lbs Westiepoo who does not have curly hair or a double coat. When I spoke with the groomer “on duty” I had a 10-12 minute conversation about my 2 year old dogs groom. I explained and expressed we have never done a full groom and after talking about length, shape of the face and leaving a bit of a skirt and not to shave or cut to short. Stating “I really like her coat she is brushed and has no knots” she just needed a clean up and shape NOT A SHAVE! The did a straight up PUPPY CUT! What!?! I know quite a bit about dogs and some about grooming and all this “groomer” did is a straight up puppy cut. I’m in shock really especially due to the detailed instructions and conversation we had prior. I also take issue being charged for a 20lb doodle when my dog is 10lbs with NO DOUBLE COAT AND NON CURL FUR. I was overcharged and incorrectly charged and my dogs groom is a total mess. I paid with tip because they insist you pay first then they go get your dog. I will NEVER get my dog groomed here again.I added photos first two after cut other two before.

My dog has gone here 3 times. I feel like the groomer rushes and it really stresses out my puppy. This 3rd time when he saw her my puppy freaked out and would not let me go. He whined and cried like he was begging me not to leave. So I think she has mistreated my puppy and he never forgot it. Who finishes a full groom and spa in 1 hour if that. One of the groomers is not patient and she has terrorized my puppy! What’s even worse is they charged me $10 saying he was difficult! He is not difficult he is a PUPPY for God sakes! Im sorry but I do not recommend this place. I don’t remember that groomers name but she’s messed my dog up and I don’t know how to reassure him that not all groomers are mean and impatient! Take your dog here at ur own risk!4/24 UPDATE YOU POSTED MY PERSONAL BUSINESS WOW! It is in poor taste that a business would try to discredit a paying customers experience. No matter how many times I came there the experience was what it was. I received a text asking me to remove my post then they would resolve my issue with Dayna. I would think if you were sincere someone would have called me regardless. Instead you post my personal business here to try and slander us. All that you’ve done is prove that I tried to give ur groomer a chance even though I felt some kind of way about her attitude. The point is you failed my dog and you further fail him by being petty and unprofessional. I’ve already found another groomer near you who appreciates a customer who pays good money and spares no expense for her pet. So please continue to cover up issues with your staff. No matter how good the service ATTITUDE is EVERYTHING and your groomer traumatized my 1 year old pet . Do not water down my experience and by all means don’t add lies to it either. Remove my personal business and you will hear from my attorney.

We have been bringing our pups here since we moved to the Suwanee area. It was difficult finding a grooming place that was just as good as the one we knew where we lived previously. Since we've started coming to Woof Gang a few years ago, we have always had a good experience. After trying a few groomers at Woof Gang, we always go to Joseph. He does an excellent job and knows what we want every time. He remembers us and our pups. That means a lot, considering how many clients he handles. We recommend Woof Gang and if you really care….. we recommend JOSEPH! :)

Today was my second time having my dog groomed at Woof Gang and I’m never going anywhere else now!! The love and care they provide to each animal is obvious by the way our puppers comes out so happy! Jade has been our groomer both times so far and our little one has never looked so good!! The staff is so friendly, including the owner who has expressed that safety and comfort is always a priority! I would rate them 100/10 if I could. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them!

I have gone to Woof Gang bakery and grooming twice already and have had a great experience both times. I’ve had two different groomers, and they were both great. They listen to what you want and my dog always seems happy. I will definitely keep coming back!

Our first and last time unfortunately at Woof Gang. I was really excited when we first walked in. It’s really cute inside with a lot of fun treats everywhere. The issues started when I picked up my dog. We were charged an extra $25 for handling, stating she was rambunctious. She’s 11 years old with hip problems so I was really surprised but paid it anyways. I took her outside and let her go potty when I noticed 2 large spots on her haunches that were a frosting pink color (she is mostly white with some brown spots, see attached photos). Curious, I go back inside instead of leaving and ask about it. The person at the desk asks the groomer who said that she used a comb on my dog that she had used on another dog that she had recently dyed pink. I asked if it was going to come off and she said probably eventually.Not wanting to cause a scene, I left with my dog. However, on the ride home I thought about it some more and wasn’t happy with the large pink spots on my dog. I called back up to the store and let them know that the spots were large, I was unhappy about it and if anything could be done. She said I could bring her back up and they would fix by cutting off the dyed fur. I let her know it was down to her skin so that wasn’t an option. She said to bring her back up and they would fix it, I then asked how they were going to remove the dye. The groomer then gets on the phone and says that the dye was semi permanent and that she was sorry, she had used the comb on her dog that she dyed the day before. She apologized and offered a credit for next time but I let her know that unfortunately we would not be returning after she accidentally dyed my dog pink. I was then offered a credit of $25 dollar in cash out of the $155 that I paid with tip. I understand accidents happen but was an unfortunate first visit.

5 stars for my favorite groomer Joseph! I have been taking my corgi to him for awhile now and he is just so amazing with her. I explained that my dog has a lot of anxiety when it comes to grooming sessions and I’ve been trying to get her accustomed to the same groomer. Joseph has a lot of experience with anxious dogs and provides great recommendations for my dog. I’m so happy that I’ve found a long term groomer that really understands what my dog needs.She also really loves the treats there!

Update: Our girl enjoys trying the different homemade treat flavors. The labels make it easy to avoid any allergies when we want to get a bag of treats for our neighbor's dog (chicken allergy). The decorated doggy treats are a lot of fun too for special occasions.We've had 3 different groomers at Woof Gang over the past 9 months, and our doodle looks great after each full groom. The groomers pay attention to my instructions at arrival and confirm my approval before check out. Highly recommend.

Come to a place where you know your fur baby will be loved! Every one is so kind and they have the best selections of EVERY thing for your spoiled fur baby! Emi is a very picky eater but she loves all the organic treats they have. We love taking Emi for grooming because she comes back smelling like strawberries and we trust all their groomers! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PET.. my pet went here a few times and EACH TIME he was VERY VERY BADLY TRAUMATIZED.. SHAKING AND SCARED AND THEY SKINNED HIS BOTTOM UNTIL IT WAS RED..😡 I thought it’ll get better with him being new but NO NO NO IT DIDN’T and the staff are fake as hell they act as if they really care about your pet in your face, but they don’t and what allows me to know it was that spa, and the staff is because he now goes to a different spa and he comes out, jumping and playing and wagging his tail, so that allows me to know he’s happy if you need the new spa that I take him to just message me and I’ll give you that info but this place needs to be shut down read the other reviews. They’re horrible. Don’t let your pet go here. They had my pet for five hours only for him to come out, traumatize each time and another guest was in there complaining about her pet , when I was there, I should’ve took heed then, but don’t let your pet go here. They fake their meme. They’re doing something to the animals in the back I’m convinced.
