The owner is super nice and helpful she has a good verity of fish and other animals I went and got fish and a hamster she let us know what could go together and what could not. I was very happy the hamster was free if you got the cage so we did over all great service and prices.

The owner/operator is hands down the best. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything it is to know about whatever question you have regarding your pets. When the larger stores are out of stock, Pets R Us never lets me down so now I go there first.

I had a huge fish list I wanted to take home but after various questions she clarified the conditions of our tanks may not be suitable but she’d be more than happy to look at them first thing tomorrow. She had people money in hand, as we were ready to buy fish and instead of letting us buy them and killing them over night she offered to check our tanks and tell us whether the environment would be stable for them to survive. I’m grateful and I admire the pride she takes at her job.

We just recently bought an algae eater from this store and a hamster cage The woman was awesome we loved the store and everything but for the past 3 days our fish have been sick ever since we put this baby algae eater in our fish tank come to find out our fish have this sickness called ick had we known that her store had a reputation from moving from the previous location of having sick fish then we wouldn't have went there
