My daughter bought supplies for a turtle we rescued from the lobby. The turtle loves his tank. And he especially loves the Krill. I have taken the initiative to educate myself about raising the turtle because YouTube has info about everything.

I love this store!!!! I have 3 Betta fish, and a beautiful snail from here and he always has EVERYTHING I NEED TO CARE FOR THEM. Wonderful education and facts for your pet. I also have a turtle. (My baby)

Simply outstanding store. As I read the negative reviews it is evident that Corporate pet stores are their guide. Smell? This place is what a pet store is SUPPOSED to smell like...because it's a real one.My good man was knowledgeable and I have had fish for over 30 years and he has quality ones. The only bad part about my visit had nothing to do with him. His selection was so great that I was confused on which fish to get!I ended up getting two Texas Cichlids who now each have their own 55 gallon tank each to roam and prowl.Count me in as a regular to this place.Any negative reviews need to look within themselves and just admit you didn't know what you were doing. Probably something stupid like not fully conditioning water in your haste to put a fish in the tank.

I am grateful there is a pet store close by to my home. However, the pee smell in the store is awful. I understand they may be understaffed and have a cramped space to operate out of. But many of the tanks in their were absolutely filthy. I just hope the mice/fish are okay. That absolutely cannot be healthy for them or the workers there to breath in all day. I shouldn’t be able to feel a smell.

Do not buy any fish or pet from here. The owner is not very informative I just recently bought a fish and not even 24 hours it died in my take. He tried to blame me that it was my water was bad. I own a 75 gallon freshwater take and never had any fish just up and died so fast. After I explained to him what type of fishes that I own and will this fish be okay with living in the environment that I already had. He told me I dont know try and see what happens, but this fish requires a little bit of more salt. OKAY like how much all he told me was like a little bit more but it will be okay because all fishes need a little bit of salt. I am so convinced that he sold me an saltwater eel but he insure me that it was a freshwater eel.Not even 24 hour later I have a dead " freshwater" eel I try to bring it back to see if I can at least get a different new fish. I am not even asking for a refund because after all I just spend $30 on this fish he told me that he does not have a guarantee police and all he can try to offer is giving me a discount on the next fish I try to purchase. He is real quick to take your money than to educate you with any knowledge.

Got a small rat, and 20 cricket but five of them dead. I did know the price of anything the total came to 14.59. But I was desperate, and let it ride. This was the only place I could find on short notice. Got home gave the lizard five crickets, put the rest in the keep with food, woke up and they where dead the next day. Waste of a drive, and money. Over priced like crazy

The smell should have been a warning sign for me to turn around but I proceeded. It's weirdly dark and did I mention IT STINKS. I bought fish for my classroom, they were dead in a week. I and the kids were so disappointed. I should have known something was going to go left when he told me in advance that there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds on fish. Never again.

Was surprised to find this location has crickets, dubia roaches, and superworms for a fairly reasonable price. That being said the smell is atrocious and the animals seem really cramped. The shop is so small and full it is hard to walk through.

The owner is really helpful, and will go above and beyond to get you what you need for your pet. It does not matter if you have a fish, turtle, frog, or an entire petting zoo! Your needs will be met. This neighborhood pet shop, is affordable and friendly.

I bought a beta two months ago and my beta is still alive so there’s nothing wrong with his store his store smells like a pet shop that’s what I smell when I walk in a pet shop what it post to smell like peaches and cream is smell like animal thank you have a blessed day

Bought guinea pig food from there and it had spider webs and bugs crawling in it! I go to take it back and he got mad because I wanted my money back and didn’t want to exchange it. Talking about “ it’s ok it’s nutrition for them”....I’ve never bought food that had spider webs and bugs in it! What I look like feeding my baby that food?!

Very helpful when it's comes to setting up fish aquariums, what's fishes to put in your tank an always tell you don't go over board with your money!

Reptiles in cold, dark cages without uv light our heat lamps. Birds also in the dark. Very little natural our artificial light in the whole store. I doubt any of those animals were healthy. Really deplorable conditions.

I dont think this store exist at this location. It took me to Kroger and i spent quite time looking for this store around Kroger but didnt find it. Even call the number that is mentioned here but no one picked up the call
