I've been bringing my dog Rascal here for grooming and daycare since I adopted him in 2020. The staff is friendly and my dog is always full of energy and happy when he leaves. He has some anxiety, but being there has helped him greatly. Thanks to Patty and all the staff for all you do. It's truly invaluable!

Patty is very rude and has terrible customer service. Had a nasty demeanor and mental breakdown as soon as we walked in the door. Was rudely speaking to us regarding our 3 dogs and that she’s attending to for nearly 15 years. She threw our dogs paperwork on the floor for us to pick up as a statement and kicked our dog out and ran up on my mom. This is unacceptable

This place is a gem! I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby here for grooming when I entered. Very clean and no strange smells. They were very understanding of the style we like him groomed and even accepted a picture via email to get as close as they could. Very friendly and welcoming. Drop off times are also very convenient for people who work early hours. I will keep a standing appointment on the books with them from now on!

I heard about Patty's through a co-worker. We took Shaggy and we were absolutely impressed with the service. We had taken him to another popular place to get groomed and was not impressed. Patty's team (Angie) did an amazing job on Shaggy. We definitely found our new groomer. Here is Shaggy before and after.

Patty and her team are wonderful! Coco and Teddie absolutely adore everyone up there! The grooming is perfect and she always lets you know if something isn't quite right with the dogs; I really appreciate her attentiveness. I can highly recommend them. They are always super pleasant and helpful which is hard to find! They are like gold so treat them that way!!!

We bring our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks to Patty for their nail trimming/grinding. One of our girls is very anxious and shy, but she very quickly warmed to Patty and staff. Now, she walks right Ann without any hesitation

My dog when in good and came out hurting and needing a vet visit. I was still charged full price. Definitely won’t be coming back. I didn’t have time to respond when picking up my pet because I had to get back to work. My other dog was crying and barking to get me not to leave him. I should’ve paid attention to the signs. Now this is the icing on the cake.

Exceeded my husbands expectations!We have a wooly coated husky who had not been professionally groomed in sometime. We heard about Patty's from a neighbor with two border collies. My husband was skeptical. Simply put our dog had been "groomed" a few times before and it never seemed to do any good. Usually he just looked fluffed, but not brushed or cared for in a grooming capacity.Have your vaccination record ready.There is a wait list. We called in December and wanted to get Duke vetted so we could get in a routine before starting with Patty. Once we had him vetted it was a 1 month wait, but she assured me cancelations happen all the time. If you are flexible you can get in sooner. Sure enough we got in 2 weeks later.Patty called the day before to confirm our details and schedule a time to bring him in. She does intake in the mornings for a specific period and then pick up is when your dog is done or before 6:00 pm.When I took him in she warned me that he might need to be shaved since it had been so long since he had a GOOD grooming. I begged her to not shave him.I returned to find a brand new dog! He looks absolutely amazing. She and her team were detailed and thorough. He wasn't shaved! He is much happier now that he has been properly groomed.We keep looking at him and remarking how AMAZING of a job Patty did. She is magical and hard working. It seems she truly loves what she does!We will be returning customers and touting the success that is Patty to all who care to know!

This nasty mouth, bad energy troll needs medication! Apparently, someone pissed in her cornflake’s today and she decided to get snippy and toss my dog and paperwork at me after being rude from the onset. The only smart move you made was retreating after you called for your employees to dial 911. Your mean not tough big difference. If you were having a meltdown prior to my arrival regarding servicing my pets. You could have informed me of such!! You couldn’t reach me per your own admission so who TF you mad at?Piss poor consumer relations!

Patty's furtopia was an amazing experience for Apollo and I, she paid attention to detail, was professional, priced very reasonable, & had a warm and welcoming demenor/atmosphere. I would have rated five stars yet did not receive a follow-up call of concern as it relates to an issue Apollo experience after his visit. While a small oversight & I'm sure she was busy as it's that season customer service ( or the lack therof) goes a long way "our forever groomer"

I'm new to the area and my biggest fear was finding a groomer for my furbaby, I went through several back home, made my baby look like she was holding an ancient Chinese secret with a long beard 😑. Anywho one shot with Patty and I am so happy! It isnt the fanciest but I rather have my baby done right than bells and whistles. Thanks Patty!

We get a full groom on schedule. The dogs always seems happy when we pick her up too. Also can exchange clothes/toys. Bring your old ones in.

Update! 3 years later! Im still loving it. I’m still going here and love the grooming team. Will continue to say “words could never express how impressed I am”! Thank you all for keeping Lucy safe and sending her home so fresh and so clean every time. ❤️Words could never express how impressed I am! My pit came home smelling fresh (not like chemicals) and in a bandanna! She is so soft and clean. I will definitely be a repeat customer here given the great service and how well my pup turned out! I have already recommended you to others. Thank you so much!

Patty took care of my two poodles until the last days. She shows utmost care for your fur buddies. Her place is clean and has never smelled unpleasant. I referred my sister to Patty ( my sister who relocated here with her Silky Terrier) My sister was so pleased with Patty. Not only is she a good groomer she is inexpensive.

Patty is literally the best groomer in Atlanta. She’s been taking great care of my fur baby just like he’s her own. He always comes out looking refreshed and handsome. I recently totaled my car and Patty offered me a pick up service ❤️✨. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for grooming or boarding. ❤️

We have a mini-bernedoodle (35-lbs) that was slightly matted when we brought him in for grooming. Beware, while this groomer has been in business for 30+ years and charges approximately $100 per MINI-groom, she still cannot avoid razor burns if your dog is matted. Expect to pay an additional cost for ointment/medication. Maybe I have high expectations, but I didn’t expect this quality of work for the price I paid.

I love Patty’s Furtopia. This is the only place I will board our dog. We have a 5 year old male pit bull who is scared of his own shadow so finding a place that he is comfortable and happy at was a blessing. The staff are so friendly and genuinely love the dogs there. Anytime I board him we also get him groomed and they do a great job!

Patty and company take great care of our Shih Tzu mix, and doesn't even fuss when she is WAY overdue for a cut. Appointments are readily available and she even took her in for boarding and grooming when we had an unexpected trip out of town. Reasonable prices and rock star service!

Patty did a great job. Sadie looked so cute. She trimmed her paws perfectly, which has always been a problem for other groomers to do. Sadie must really love her because she won't let other people touching her paws. Will be back for sure.
