Just a clean settle place to shop the deli dinners are awesome if you want to grab something fully prepared I have no complaints. Customer service is good as well.

This store needs to be protested I work there for a substantial amount of time with no raise in my pay I work several different departments mastering them all and get moved to other departments that needed help when asked for a raise I was shot down bc the assistant manager JASMINE GOODRUM AND STANLEY JOHNSON THE STORE MANGER HAS BEEN SHUNNING ME FOR NOT BACK DOWN FROM WHAT I DESERVED I WAS BELITTLE AND DISRESPECTED I HAVE VIDEO PROOF AND PICTURES OF THE MONASTROPHERY. THE COMPANY I HAD BEEN ASKING FOR A RIASE FOR MONTHS WITH ONLY TO BE TOLD MY NO THEY THROW ME UNDER THE BUS EVERYTIME THERE BOSS COMES AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I WASNT DOUNG MY JOB I QUIT BC OF THE DISRESPECT HEPUT ME ON THE DO NOT HIRE LIST FOR STANDING UP FOR WHATS RIGHT I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this COMPANY

This was our first time shopping at Ingles. We got their store card and were only checking out the store. The service to get the card was exceptional. There were some good bargains and we decided to get a cart and take advantage. Checkout was great. We'll be back.

A bit pricey - almost as much as Publix, but the produce and meats are fresh. They also have a cool deli, with hot foods, cold salads (tuna, chicken, potato), desserts, etc. The deli prices are good and the food is too! Gotta try the freshly popped popcorn! We cannot leave without a bag (chuckling).

Sometimes, there is a wait to checkout and the bakery is hit or miss. This review is referencing the evenings during the week, especially on the way home after work. The deli section is worth the trip though, especially on days you do not feel like cooking. They have fresh cornbread and mac' n cheese every day, it seems. The veggies and meat offerings change daily, which is nice. You can usually find fried & baked chicken every day based on if it's sold out or not. I think overall, this is an awesome store and I hope it lasts because of the hot food at the deli. They tend to carry items on the shelves you won't necessarily find at their big-name competitors, which is also nice. Prices are decent and they have a shoppers discount/reward program. Hope this location continues to serve the community for years to come.

I been going to this store for years. They never keep the same cashiers. The new store manager is very rude along with this young new cashiers. Ingles has always catered to elders but the cashier that they have now are young and disrespectful. Please teach them to respect their elders especially if the are working in customer service.

Ingles Market is located in a shopping center on rock bridge road, where there are plenty of parking spaces available. There is no need to fight over one space. It has a mini food court, fresh vegetables, and a very clean, spacious food store. bakery, and a variety of food, meat, and much more to choose from. Shop at Ingles, There's something for everyone.

What a store! It's clean very well stocked and very hospitable staff and employees. I love the fact that they are the only store who has my favorite, pineapple sherbet, in stock.:-) furthermore, the hot, full course meals, prepared and located in the deli are the bomb !

I don't understand their produce area. The fruits and vegetables are always going bad. The little cooked food area needs upgrading. Most of the cooked vegetables are canned. That's awful for them to have fresh vegetables in the store. The cooked food compartments need to be kept neat. I use to love to stop there from work. Not anymore. Thank you.

This post really hurts because I love this store and how convenient it is as far as location and it’s never crowded. However, they let me down in a major way last night. I ordered a cake for my daughters 13th birthday to take to her after cheer practice to celebrate with her team and guess what? There was no cake! I was given a dozen Christmas holiday cupcakes as compensation. The manager never offered to comp a cake the same size for the inconvenience and no, I don’t want a cookie cake. That’s not what I ordered and received a confirmation email for. I’m highly upset about this. Thanks Ingles for ruining my daughter’s 13 birthday after a hard practice.

The store manager is rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills. I have been shopping at Ingles for the past five years only for small purchases due to the prices are too high. Stay away from the store if you’re looking for a great customer service.

This is my closest grocery store and I'm here pretty often. I've seen them expand their vegan and vegetarian options over the years. Its definitely not the best Ingles out there and I wish it had more options as far as prepared food. The food they do have is good, but it's limited to fried/ mostly unhealthy options. Other Ingles I've been to will have full salad bars as well for lunch

I shop the deli for their hot breakfast bar. Grits (Cheese and Buttered), Scrambled Eggs (Cheese and Regular), Pork, Beef, Turkey Sausage, Salmon Croquette, Bacon, Fried Chicken, Fried potatoes, And Biscuit. Pick a meat and 2 sides with a biscuit for under 6 bucks. The food is usually good, usually warm. The staff works hard but the service can be cold sometimes. I don't know if they are overworked, underpaid, or just have on and off friendly service. Whatever it is I hope management tries to find out what can be done to help the staff present a more "customer friendly" service experience.
