My over all experience coming on shopping at this location is awesome .There self are always well stock .I have no problems in finding of what I’m shopping for .I’ve never seen trash and empty boxes on the floors .Like I’ve seen at D.T The employees alway have a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit .An very helpful too any customers That needs any help finding what their looking for .Also unlike my experience with employees and managers with D.T A truly winning combination All I can say is Thank You 😊 An please keep up the great work Your team is working on

I live close by and shop here all the time, today was the worst shopping experience. The Lady act like a Karen and followed us like we were going to tear down the store. We weren’t left alone to shop in peace. It’s near closing time and nobody was in the store and lady said we have to move our shopping cart ‘cause it’s supposed to be ‘in the way’. We can’t touch stuff to buy it, we just have to look. Mean and awful to kids. The worst attitude there is. period. I spend so much money here every other day. I feel like we were racial profile today. We’re minorities doesn’t mean we can’t speak up for ourselves. I feel so bullied today, and it’s a shame we won’t shop here again.

Zero stars. Why must customers be accosted by loud rap music with misogynistic lyrics playing from the tall African-American male cashier's phone and speakers? Every other word is a curse word or calling a woman out of her name. How is this okay?The same goes for the long lines and one lone person running around stocking and putting up Sunday's items stickers early. I planned to buy a 1000 Scott toilet tissue,it was listed boldly as $7.50. When I got to the register, it rang up as $17.50. Surely, you see why I wanted to buy it. Nonetheless,I told the cashier that I didn't want it. He sighed,turned down his music and yelled out to a lady. This little middle aged white lady who I believe must have been a manager came up and took the item off my total but not before insulting me with a comment,"you should read,the sale doesn't start until tomorrow." I replied to her that I could not see anything on that sticker that said tomorrow and I would be back tomorrow for the listed price. Needless to say, I won't be back tomorrow and will never step foot inside of your store ever again. I dont think that it matters because you have many customers that will come in and they do not require decent customer service.

This staff at this store are always kind. However, I noticed that it wasn't exactly in order. I went in to get vitamins, where we're neat and in it's place. I walked around a bit and noticed that other things were all about and not in there place. Usually I see more than one associate. There was only one associate visible to me. I found one dumb Bell on one isle and another on the other isle. I was happy to see that the Dollar general sales items for health and wellness, however that location could use a little organization.

I still say that Miss Michelle that's a great manager yes I was there a month ago and the store is still cleanest, to this day it is still a clean Dollar General I've ever been going to that store for along time and it was nasty ,when they got Ms Michelle in as manager it has been clean ever since, she's great with the customers and she's always smiling and fare to everyone even with the worker. We all LOVE her. Thanks Ms Michelle

One of the workers that work at this D G is very rude, confrontational her nasty attitude gonna cost them some money someday. I have observed her talk nasty to a customer and she did it to me but I answered her mean,unprofessional azz. One day she's going to get into a fight with someone because of her bad attitude she needs to be fired. P.S. I'm talking about the tall, light skinned tomboy. I will be contacting the head person today

Polite cashier and found what I needed. Someone should constantly check on diapers on shelves because size 2 usually runs low. Great service.

Dollar general is a place to visit when you want things from household items, beauty supplies, health products even pet supplies at an affordable price. It's convenient and affordable. So if you are on a budget and need to purchase school supplies for your kids go ahead and visit dollar general.

Guy working at the register with the slick ponytail was rude. He also wasn't wearing a mask when it is mandatory in the store. Otherwise the store was well stocked.

No recipe paper today so the cashier didn't know how much change to give me she said my total is 30 dollars i gave her 40 she gave me .09cents in change I said so what was my total 30.00 she replies I say ok I gave you 40 so which means she Olds me 10 not 9 cents had to wait couldn't find her manager so I just asked for my cash 10 $ maybe she thought I was crazy

I enjoyed shopping here the store was fully stocked they even sale clothing,nice and clean atmosphere I bought soap and tissue and had a lot of different brands to choose from with great prices

Tried to exchange a $15 diffuser because it didn't have a cord they told me that I bought it out of their District so they wouldn't do it. Never heard that before. I went to the family dollar on Rockbridge and they had no problem giving me a cord. 5stars for the family dollars on rockbtidge

This Dollar General, I should say most DG seem to never have their shelves stocked with products. Always out of Dove soap (the blue and white box). There is always boxes of unstocked products in the aisles, blocking customers from getting through without knocking items off the shelves or bumping into the boxes. It's becoming the new norm with DG these days. I'm patronizing Family Dollar more frequent.Hopefully it isn't the proverbial 6 in one hand half a dozen in the other.
