A couple things stand out about this CVS... almost everything has a loss prevention sticker on it and shelf stock levels seem to always be low or limited. While this pharmacy isn't in the best of neighborhoods, they do a decent job of greeting customers and answering any questions that may come up...Sometimes they are stretched thin - but with a little patience, you can get in, get what you need, and get out fairly quickly. The longer wait is for the 27 feet of receipt and coupons that print out when you check out! LOL!!A plus about what they carry is that when you need a few essentials, you can get by without having to make a run to the grocery store!! Very convenient!

The customer service was spectacular from the time I walked in and during the checkout in the pharmacy department. The store was clean, I was looking for items to start a 3 day cleanse and this store is well stocked with so many choices from liquid, tablets and premade shakes. Many items are on sale too.

This is my go-to since it's close. But the pharmacy is extremely busy and sometimes it can take a while to get prescriptions filled and picked up. But the staff is nice and helpful and they do a good job.I just wish CVS would hire more folks to meet their customer's demand.

I was getting my prescriptions transferred from this location to a Walgreens due to who accepts my insurance. The pharmacist took almost 3 hours to send over the transfer and had me and the pharmacist at Walgreens on hold all day. Plus he said he was busy and had other things ahead of mine. This is the first time I have ever heard a pharmacist speak the way they did. It was very unprofessional. If you can’t handle your job, then just quit. It’s just that simple

Having been to a CVS pharmacy all over the country, I never felt compelled to write a review until today. Not that they are bad, but they were what I expect. Today was different. I was greeted by a friendly young lady whose name I will butcher, but she is in management training.The Pharmacist, Huzefa offered extraordinary service today. I was with my elderly mother who just got out of a 60-day stay in the hospital. She was a bit weak, but survived and made it out. I asked him if he would come to her, and he went above and beyond to give her a COVID booster in one arm and a flu shot in the other. It was FREEZING outside but he was patient and friendly and encouraging and kind to all of us, especially my mom.Next, the Store manager was amazing! I was reluctant to sign up for the Care plan (I am sure I butchered that too) but he explained the benefits to me, and I signed up and got a wonderful discount on the items I purchased. I don't live nearby but anytime I am in the area I will definitely come back and support this store. Excellence in retail for sure!

This place needs better staffing. They never call to let you know that you have medication ready to pick. Or that are refilled. I also ordered photos from the location for same day pickup and I purposely waited to see I would be contacted. Four days later and still no notification advising that photos are ready. Then I get my pictures in which I paid $10 for for them to be over exposed. This place is for the dumps when it comes to service. I will never use this location for anything. Staff lacks customer service skills and job etiquette. I give this place a ZERO overall! One star is standard to leave a review.

Came back to get my booster shot after they called me. I called them and they assured me it was okay for today and then when I get here the lady try and send me to Walgreens! I got all my shots through cvs at this location!!! Smh okay Walgreens, really!? I just walked out

This new employee “ty” is RUDE I’ve seen her on one occasion be racist, she has a snappy attitude, is always on her phone and lacks all customer service. She usually works the night shift, so if you see a mid 30 worker with AirPods and dreads walking around please don’t ask her anything because she is rude and hates her job.

This place is a diamond in the rough, thanks to the pharmacist Huzefa Ebrahimti. He know everyone that comes in by name, and if the most helpful pharmacist I've ever come in contact with. I remember being in line (pre pandemic) and an old woman walked up to the counter and said nothing. He saw her, gasped, and came and held her in a long hug. I come to find out she had just lost her husband, and he had been helping them both for years. If that's not a personal touch, what is? I don't write a lot of reviews, but had to make a point to say I go to this CVS for Huzefa, and will continue to.

The pharmacy staff( Hustafa ?) Main pharmacist he have gone up and beyond for his patients. Many, many to many to count have saved my life!!!! Nathan & Jordan ALWAYS ON POINT. The most RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL Pharmacist is ANGELA. I had to get prescription filled 1/31/19. She didn't acknowledge me standing at counter. She was on a personal cell phone call with her Attorney regarding going to court. Her demeanor was nasty, unprofessional, loud, and disrespectful. A customer didn't speak English clear, and ANGELA SAID "I don't know what you saying!" And, she pointed for him to go to someone else (her co worker). I addressed her rudeness. She began to get LOUDER with me as she was rudely checking out another customer. She was complaining about how much work they had and how far behind in filling prescriptions they were. She never ask me did I have questions about my prescription. She tossed customers bags at them, as She proceeded to talk AT THEM ( as if they were incompetent) instead of talking TO THEM. She needs to self evaluate. She is DEFINITELY NOT into good customer service and she's NOT good at her job. She needs a prescription for a NEW ATTITUDE. If you have to go to this location THINK TWICE. You will NOT get good service from ANGELA at all. She's NOT gregarious at all, nor will you feel welcome!!!!!!!!

If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I definitely would! I had surgery today & was prescribed medication for pain. I went to 3 other CVS pharmacies prior to this one with no luck of the medication being in stock. I came to this location & proceeded to the drop-off counter. The pharmacist on duty who was Huzefa S. Ebrahimiti took my prescription & drivers license. He looked at the prescription & asked “did you have surgery today?” I responded “yes I did.” He then RUDELY asked in an interrogating manner “on what?” So I starred at him thinking why is he asking me this it’s non of his business. He asked for my insurance card then told me he can only fill the prescription for 7 days even tho it was written for almost 2 weeks worth. I told him that I understand & that I’m sure it’s because that’s all my insurance would cover at 1 time. I asked him how much would the out of pocket cost be & he he said about $80. I then asked if he had a discount card he could apply & he said yes but it would still be around $60-$50. I said that’s fine I would like it filled. He then stated “why don’t you just let me fill for the 7 days then you go back to your doctor and have him write another prescription?” I responded because I don’t feel like going through all of that.” He rolled his eyes and said “ok but we close at 8:30 so...” I humbly responded “ok I’ll just wait over here for the prescription.”It’s not the pharmacists job to question anyone about their personal surgeries nor interrogate them especially if they don’t request a consultation or have a history of pain medication on their file. Little did he know that I was a pharmacist tech for 5 years at a CVS Pharmacy & that’s NEVER an acceptable behavior. I’ve taken the proper steps in filling a complaint against him so that he won’t continue to treat others the way I was treated. It’s unacceptable and demeaning. I hope from writing this exhausting review that something further will be done to make sure this never happens to me or anyone else again.

They are under new management and there not helpful at all. I’m trying to relocate my prescription to Walgreens an it’s so sad because I been going to this cvs for years but I am so disappointed with the new employees an management there under. To everyone that goes to they pharmacy you need to relocate to a different one because they do not help you at all if you have a problem with your medication. Thank you everyone have a bless day

This is an AWFUL AWFUL pharmacy. They tell you a certain time to be there to pick up your medicine and then it's not ready. I waited for 45 minutes in the car and told them I would be back to pick up my medicine and it still wasn't ready by the time they closed. They were rude on top of that! Also, they never told me that the medicine that I needed refilled was on back order until I called the Pharmacy myself and they told me that it wasn't available. I had none of the medicine left! I am switching to Walgreen's in Buckhead. Much better service than this mess.

The front cashier Kimmie was rude andhad a very disrespectful demeanor, in such that I refuse to proceed with my purchase.When asked if there was a manager in the store that day, I never got an answer,I had to talk with the Pharmacy manger.I filed a complaint but didn't get a follow up.Needless to say will not be returning to this location!

Customer service is horrible at the Pharmacy, please please choose another location to go to. The neighborhood isn't perfect so I'm sure they get some weirdos that come through but you cannot treat everyone like their a druggie. Respect for privacy Is a no no too there, they will just yell out your balance in front of other customers and make comments on how your insurance isn't better than others! I'm over this particular store on N. Hairston in Stone mountain GA. I will never fill another prescription at this location... #businesslostforever

We stop by here for milk and last minute supplies. It's fine. It's almost always understaffed. They do have amazing after holiday sales. We have gotten a whole house of Christmas stuff for very little money over the last few years of coming here. We've never used the pharmacy.

Dont waste your time trying to do a walk in for the Covid vaccine. Even though online it says they do walk ins, you will wait in a long line just to be turned around and told you have to go online and schedule an appointment. It would make sense to put up signs or at least make an announcement to the people in line so people don't just stand there and look stupid for no reason.

Just have your doctor send your medications to another pharmacy. They are very inconsiderate and incompetent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times but the pharmacy staff is sincerely unable to do their job professionally.

I waited on the phone for 15 minutes before someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called back, and waited another 20 minutes before hanging up. Definitely go elsewhere.

Horrible Pharmacy! My prescription was transferred from another CVS Pharmacy Thursday, May 26. Saturday, when I still had not received a status update, I went to the location. I was advised that they did not have the medicine and the Pharmacist would go to another location and pick-up a supply. The technician apologized and said that my medicine would be available the next day. Needless to say that was not true and it is now Monday, May 30th and my medicine is still not ready for pick-up. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSAFE!!! Shame on you CVS Pharmacy.
