The manager (Bader, according to my receipt) clearly doesn’t care about their customer’s experience unless it’s positive. I have been trying to contact the manager for almost a solid calendar month both on the phone and in store about an issue I’ve been experiencing as well as contacting cooperate to see if they could assist in resolving the matter only to be met with radio silence from the manager of this location.. Not all, but several employees I did have interactions with were rude and incredibly unhelpful as I was either gave the run around or completely hung up on over the phone. I have worked in retail before so I do understand the level of difficulty that can sometimes happen when trying to resolve an issue with a customer, but what should’ve been made an easy fix has turned in to almost a month of terrible customer service, or lack there of I should say, and well over $50 down the drain when a five minute conversation probably could’ve fixed the issue entirely. For a store that claims to be friendly to its customers / community and care so much I have not seen a bit of that. But they got their money either way so unfortunately it seems that’s all they care about is the bottom dollar.

I've been in a few times lately . They are always packed so a little more difficult to park and moved easily throughout the store but found what I needed mostly and extra stuff. Found one clearance item with no price and left it at register couldn't wait to find out price. Cashier's are mostly friendly. Been surprised lately they have more cashier lanes open. I only use cashier's not self checkouts .

I ordered groceries for pickup from this location by mistake. I usually use the Neighborhood Walmart due to me having an issue at this location before but I decided to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered my groceries earlier that day and my pick up was suppose to be between 8-9pm..Well, I waited over an hour and a half after getting a notification that my order was delayed. I called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. I then went on the app and spoke to a nice gentleman that told me that they hadn’t even begun working on my order even though it said that they had. He told me my best bet was to cancel the order completely and try again the next day. So, I cancelled my order and placed one through to the Neighbor Walmart the next day and had no issues there.

Why does a receipt have to be presented after checkout? This is not Sam's, where you have to follow "member" rules. Walmart has cameras everywhere as well as loss prevention. Walmart has become one of the least customer friendly stores out there. Beware of creeps following you around the parking lot in the dark, because of the actions of the receipt checker.

This is an embarrassingly bad Walmart. Feels dirty, old and poorly stocked and organized.Panhandlers and people selling puppies in the parking lot frequently. Makes the entire area feel skeezy.Entrances and exists closed at seemingly totally random times of day.If you actually think this place is nice, you really need to travel around more.This place is in need of an urgent intervention from corporate.

Please never do delivery here. My order was suppose to arrive around 3 to 4pm . I spoke with 3 different people . The first guy told me that they have a driver that was getting ready to deliver my items and this was around 5 . I waited and it was still never delivered. I called again around 7 I spoke to another guy and he said I will definitely have my order no later than 9pm . My order still never got delivered. I called back around 10 going on 11 and 3rd guy told me that they didn't have any drivers and the driver didn't show up which is totally different from what the 2 people had told me. He said I will probably get my order tomorrow morning. This is bad business. I will never do delivery here. I don't know if I can believe his word. If I would actually get my items delivered the next day. It's really bad business. I'm not going through this again.

I say, regardless of how many stars this store has, it is by far the worst Walmart, it may betray like it’s running smoothly, but it is a whole mess. The management is awful and rude. They’re more jealous of other people than worried about the real work that needs to be done getting rid of people based off their bodily appearance and blaming it on attendance, they show favoritism, and everybody don’t follow the same rules so being a shopper is probably the best thing you could be for this place, the store only does good because it’s in a small town and it’s only two Walmarts. If it wasn’t for that this particular, Walmart will be in a lot of trouble

Awful store...The employees are oblivious to customers needs. The standard response(if they hear you over their earbuds) is "I don't know". The only reason for a 2 star review are the cashiers (when Walmart schedules them that is) are mostly friendly and helpful. Otherwise it'd be a ZERO star review if you were able to leave that

I was in produce and LoLo was stocking up. There wasn’t any cilantro or green onions and she heard my frustration and went all the way to the back to get it for me! Very sweet and kind! Thank you Lolo, you went above and beyond! We need more people like you!

Of course everyone knows this is the worst Walmart you can ever think of but some nasty worker in the deli threw my rotisserie at me, and it took me trying to do better with Christ to not jump on him. But my question is why hire people so rude.

Don’t woke here if you’re not ready to be disrespected by staff, and by staff I mean management all the way up to the store manger. They curse at you, threaten to fire you to make you work faster, along with telling you that chrohns disease needs to be “fixed”. Think very hard about wanting to work here.

Continually let’s pet dogs in this establishment. Every time I go to Walmart, there are more dogs in the store than when I go to petco, an actual pet store. As I was leaving, I saw a man with his husky in the shopping cart. Absolutely disgusting. I do not want to be placing my groceries and food in the same carts as where a dirty dog has been!!Every time I see a dog at this location (which is every other time I go), I inform management, inform them of the legal laws, and inform them of their rights as a business to kick out pets, and nothing is being said or done to the employees… because every time the door greeters let in the whole zoo! I’m so sick of it!! It’s DISGUSTING!I have not seen one LEGITIMATE service animal in this store since patronizing it for 5 years… always dirty, untrained pets!!

This store sucks. No nice way to put it. It's dirty, cluttered, messy disorganized and the employees are a joke. Never saw a manager and that's probably the root cause of the problem.Bring K Mart back to Statesboro. They Were GREAT. WALMART SUCKS.

This store is Out of everything. Literally bare for meats or entree supplies.I also purchased some dog treats that were on the end cap on sale (an entire display of just one specific treat) for $7.98- after I paid I realized I paid 11.98- I asked the csm and she said “it was happening the whole day”- but if I wanted to get the price I seen- I’d have toGo back and take a picture and then go to customer service bc she can’t do it since I already paid.I politely declined as I wasn’t the employee and I am not the one who made the error (she said it was Walmarts fault)But all ended well, when I went to return them- Jen was an Angel and refunded the difference without any hesitation.

They lost the sporting goods keys. I regularly try to buy ammo here and haven't succeeded yet. I'm not even angry. Sometimes when I have a little spare time I go here and ask for help and watch everyone run around looking for someone to help. Seriously though, I would like to buy some .22lr ammo 😂

They have a better selection than my regular Walmart but thats the only good point. You can't find anything b/c it's so disorganized & no one to help you. This place is always very dirty. The lines are always so long. All the way to the dressing rooms. I didn't even wanna buy any groceries it was so disgusting. Also there were only 10 or so buggies in the cart corral. Wish I had more positive things to say but this is my experience everytime I have visited this Walmart.

I Needed some last minute Christmas Gifts so I went to Walmart Super-center on Northside Dr in Statesboro, GA. It looked like it had been looted. The shelves were bare despite the fact that every single time I go to Walmart - and I go there a lot - there are people stocking the shelves. But in the toy section right now the shelves are a disaster. The few toys they have are open or missing. There are a few fully intact packages on the shelves but very few. I was beyond disappointed. More like disgusted. The store had a train wreck vibe. And that was last night. Two days ago when I went there it was the same. There was only one bicycle left. That doesn’t even make sense. I understand that times are tough but there are 10,782 employees walking around chatting, texting, planning break get togethers, etc.. one thing they weren’t doing was asking if anyone needed help. And they definitely didn’t open another register even though the place was full of shoppers. I mean I’m a loyal Walmart customer but this service is deplorable. I wonder what Sam Walton would say about this store right now. It’s not worth the trip. Other sections were just as bad. Walmart has become nothing more than a glorified dollar store.

Just one customer, one purchase, and one perspective. Sad and disappointed at what used to be the greatest retailer in the U.S. It felt like a Kmart experience today in Statesboro. The wife, who purchased a window air conditioner, paid $30 more than the advertised $154 on the pallet drop, figured I would swing by and explain that there was a mistake and I would kindly like my $30 difference. It turned into an interrogation Guantanamo Bay would have proud of. First the Customer Service Desk representative wanted me to walk back with her and show her where it was marked $154. Then, once I did, she said, that I purchased one with more options that was not $154. When I showed her another in the aisle for the same price, she said it was in the wrong place. I said that is all well and good, but if it is marked for the price I should have paid, shouldn't you honor the price? She said she couldn't do it. I asked to speak to her manager. We left and talked to her front end manager who did not come out to talk to me. She just came out and said, "she said 'no'." So then I found the leadership team that I noticed walking the store and asked them to take a second to look at the price discrepancy. They all responded with mild annoyance at my interruption. When I explained it to them, the ASM said that if I brought the already installed unit back that they would give me the difference because she had to "verify the serial number." WTH? Bewildered, holding my receipt, I agreed. As you might imagine I felt like either no one was taking me at my word or didn't care.....over $30. So I proceeded to go home and box the unit up and returned it. Honestly, it is really sad to see what Wal-mart is resorting to since Amazon has taken their place. I remember what they used to be. WM was respected, it set the example in customer service, even feared, and now, Kmart. I hope you turn it around, I really do. You just won't have one person's money to do it with.

It is a shame when you are shopping and can’t find any help. I literally was having my own issues looking for something when an elderly man approached me to help him in the fabrics area because he said he couldn’t find anyone working!!! But Cory who was working the carts was a huge help with getting a motor cart for my disabled friend who was with me.

This Walmart stays super busy. It's a college town. The thing I don't like.... Is how EVERY Walmart layout is different. I think the Walmart bosses move things around on purpose and then watch us on the camera like squid games... desperately trying to find that one thing we need.... But it's not where it used to be. Is it a sick joke? No one will ever know. Lol

Hundreds of employees with nobody working. They depend on their self check out to do the job. Gives them more time to play on their phones. If we have to use self checkout we should get a discount for doing the employees job!UpdateWill never shop there again until they stop allowing these illegal Mexicans to shop in the stores ! I go in there thinking I’m shopping in Mexico! They might as well call it the Mexican market!
