Surprisingly a super pleasant shopping experience, it’s very rate I can say that about Walmart. But this location is clean, organized and the people are actually friendly!

Worst experience ever. I just get off of work after working 16 hours. It's 9:25pm. As I am having to check myself out, because not a single lane other than self check out is open, there are 3 employees hanging out by the check out registers not offering to help a a single person. How do you expect "customers" to feel when they are working for free while your "employees" stand around talking. Screw you. Never shop here.

I know the place closes at 11 pm, and I get you’re tired and want to go home, but when I arrive 6 minutes before you close and know exactly what I need to make a quick in and out—don’t sit there guarding the door and tell me to my face you aren’t admitting anymore customers. You’re not closed until your clock says 11 pm. And if your hours have changed, you need to let customers know. In these days post COVID, customer service has gone down the toilet.

The staff gave incomplete directions on getting a refill early. Pharmacist, male 10/25 6 pm was rude and condescening to my Dr. On the phone. Asked her 3x if she was the Dr. He acted like he didn't believe her. Handed me posted note to complete my refill because they didn't have enough. When I asked him to sign it was upset. I waited over 1 1/2 hours to complete this transaction . I wanted to make sure that I would be able to complete the refill without all this drama.

Visited Walmart for 2 gallons of milk. Only one check out register was open. Waited 30 minutes in one long line to get out. The lady in front of me bought $250 worth of groceries,Later visits have been very good. Walmart was very responsive during Hurricane Matthew and kept the store well stocked for the massive amounts of people stocking up on water and such. Thanks, Walmart!

Do not use the Pharmacy. They don't even know how to run the correct information and then want to say your card is wrong. No it wasn't and the insurance company had to walk the person through their job to enter the information correctly. No apologies no nothing. Transferring all other prescriptions. Done with this store.

Market used to be my go-to, but now it's as triggering as the supercenter. The new self-checkout structure is a joke, and people can't figure it out. I'd rather pay more at Publix and have a calmer shopping experience.

This review is in favour of an employee, Nick. Nick is a young man working at the neighbourhood store. I observed him time andctime again going over and above for customers. He carris out this act of kindness on a consistent basis, with a smile to match. Thanks Nick for all tou do.

Their number to call for a pickup went to voice Mail twice with us being the only ones In spaces. 2 more vars pulled in about 10 minutes later and were helped first. I finally had to walk over to this associate to inquire, she said they do not check voice mail! Ate they on break then? She did finally put us in the queue. We will skip this walmart while we are here.

YOU ARE FORBIDDEN THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH & NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK THE TRUTH! But people need to be warned about this issue regarding a pack of chicken breast I bought today:HORRIBLE!! If I didn't know any different, I would say this "chicken" was from Mexico- I don't usually buy this generic garbage meat especially from Walmart but I thought I'd give it a try since Walmart is habitually out of everything I need on a regular basis these days; meat was poorly cut; the hidden underside still had the skin membranes on it, loads of FAT, had a mushy texture and I found SEVERAL small bones embedded in the meat while cutting it- luckily I found them before cooking & serving- just terrible, low cut nasty meat- will never buy again! DO NOT TRUST WAMART- EVER! P.S.- AND their produce are disgusting- they're stored in their warehouses for over a year in a lot of cases- not worth even eating- ZERO NUTRITIONAL VALUE

This is the second time in a month that I have tried grocery pickup. The first time I had my pickup set for 8pm and at 9pm I was finally notified that I could come pickup my order THE NEXT DAY. This evening I have waited nearly two hours for my order. What is the deal? Do we need new management, workers that actually want to work and are made to work and not be lazy, or maybe do away with this system all together??? I believe this will be the last time I attempt to "save some time" during my busy weekend.***Update: received my notification that my groceries were ready. I have been waiting for over an hour for the groceries to be brought out to my vehicle. THIS IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

The place is an absolute joke. Aisle are always crowded with stock they never put up. It’s only self checkout so you better have a card or brand new bills, because if the self checkout won’t take your money they will do nothing to help. Not even take your bill and give you one the machine will take. I’m not sure why anyone would torture themselves with going to this store.

Went to buy like 3 things and went to the self checkout and some employee told to get back behind some invisible line; one person ahead of me went thru and she then proceeded to tell me this; and five seconds after me and my 84 yr old father when to an actual checkout; people flowing thru the self checkout; very unprofessional and we will go to Publix or Food World from here on out; so not worth my time; customer service is at an all time low.

I want to give a big shout out to Christian G ( I hope that’s his name) every time I come to the neighborhood market, this young man has no problem dropping everything he is doing to help me. His customer service is incredible. Sometimes I’ll go out of my way to come here just because of the atmosphere he helped create for me. The other associates are fairly plain and never look up from what they are doing. They can learn a thing or two from him about customer loyalty and retention. Being an operations manager in my own field, I would encourage management to keep their eye on this young man for the possibility of future growth! He’ll be an incredible asset to some company one day. I encourage you to utilize him while you have him!

STAFF IS MORE FRIENDLY THAN LARGER WALLY!!! Always seem to have plenty of staff unlike the larger Walmart (I’ve always heard from larger walmart employees that they tend to be understaffed which makes their job’s difficult and frustrating which tends to be the result of unfriendly staff) Store is convenient when you don’t need to go to the larger Walmart, USUALLY have everything stocked well, newer building, everything is clean and tidy, pharmacy has a drive thru and plenty of staff, lines get long ofc but seem to move more quickly than the larger Walmart, restrooms are clean, a few restaurants, fast food and stores surround the store which is convenient as well, parking lot is always packed but because ppl can quickly get in and out of the store spaces become available quickly, carts are rounded up frequently, 4/5 different ways to enter the parking lot making traffic flow move quickly, online hours are posted EXCEPT pharmacy.

Each visit to the neighborhood market is different. Time of day day of week all factor into the buying experience. Oftentimes the shelves are not stocked with the regular items that we purchase. Other times the shelves have plenty of choices. I'm sure the supply chain is still having an impact. My only gripe and it is a constant gripe is that there are never enough staffed check out lines.

The store service is often great, no issue with that.My issue has been lately the service at Grocery Pickup for UberEats has seriously deteriorated:- Orders are taking much longer to fill.- Orders that are unable to be filled are not cancelled by store.- Section supervisor yells at me when I bring up I've been waiting for my pickup for over half an hour.- Starting to develop same issues as the Supercenter Wal Mart down the road.

What is the deal lately with having all of the checkout lanes closed and making people self-checkout? When I'm there in the middle of the day and have a child asleep on my shoulder and a cart full of food there should be at least one lane open so somebody can help me check out. I shouldn't have to ask.

Online an Item shows as available for pick up in store now so I drive to the store and it’s not in stock. Had someone check the back and they still could not find the item. Their Response was that you can’t go by what it says on the app or online because it’s always messed up. Good to know but would have liked to know that before driving to the store. They may have had it but couldn’t find it because the store is a mess
