This STORE IS SO HORRIBLE YOU TALKING ABOUT SLOW. MY GOD I HATE COMING TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING CVS HAS THEM BEAT BUT UNFORTUNATELY I NEED MY MEDICINE FROM THEM I WISH ANOTHER Pharmacy TOOK MY INSURANCE. They ARE SOOOOO RUDE. Especially the pharmacy THEY NEED TWO CASHIERS NOT ONE OLDER LADY GOD BLESS HER SHE ABOUT 75. Maybe 80 and the person that comes in after her shift THEY LATE WHAT THE HELL THIS IS SOOOO SAD I never been to ANY STORE THATS SOOOOOOOOOO SLOW HIRE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY AROUND THE Busiest time of the day AND WERE THE DAM MANGER NEVER SEE THIS PERSON TO COME AND HELP O I GET IT THAT PERSON DONT GIVE A DAM THEY PROBABLY BACK SOME WERE SLEEPING

I hate to give 1 star. It should be 0. I normally don’t do reviews unless they are positive but I’ve been dealing with this store for years and it’s gone downhill fast. A few months ago they were so rude that I swore I would never use that pharmacy again. Then last week my doctor called something I really needed into them and I couldn’t change it so I hoped for a better experience. Not so. It’s been two weeks they haven’t filled it. They canceled it without notifying myself or my doctor. And every time I try to ask someone up there they about the situation, they are so rude and act like I’m an idiot for expecting them to contact me to let me know they are out of and don’t intend to get my medicine! If anyone had just been nice about it I would of gotten over being upset that they didn’t contact me. But they were so rude and I was put on hold for 39 minutes when I asked for a manager and I finally hung up

This is a HONEST REVIEW. They don't even deserve a star. They need to close. Very very poor customer service. They stay chatting and snail slow while customers in line waiting to be attended. Getting my covid shot took over 45mins wait and there was no apology. Trying to see if my prescription was already filled, they took me to hell and back. Left and went home and thought I could call to find out but it was the worst. That pharmacy needs rebranding of staff.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experiences of my life. As a person with significant disabilities, I rely on pharmacies more than I'd like. In my experience, folks who work in the pharmacy are typically very helpful and compassionate. Not at this Walgreens. They will stand around for 3-5 minutes before even acknowledging you, and it always seems you're inconveniencing them. Then they disappear for another 5 minutes before they return with your Rx, even if it's ready before you arrive. I was convinced for a while that the tech would take a smoke break before getting my meds to me. The attitudes are also awful. Once they didn't have a medication that I needed after an emergent, traumatic surgery and they literally told me that I'd have to call around to other pharmacies to fill my Rx. While I was still groggy from anesthesia. I've never had that happen before--the staff at other pharmacies have always assisted me with this process. Not here. I'm beyond ready to transition to a new pharmacy in town. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and frustration here.

These people can’t get it together. I’ve been with them for years, and today I finally had enough. This week alone I’ve been told multiple prices for the same prescription and multiple pick up dates. Wait on hold for 13 minutes then listen to the phone ring for another 2 minutes, just to be disconnected. I’m moving all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. There’s no excuse for this business.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All of the employees act miserable to be at work, and this specific Walgreens has lost my prescription multiple times. When you have questions they are also not very enthusiastic to work with you/help fix your problem. During the height of the COVID pandemic their drive through window was broken forcing customers to have to go inside and wait in long lines. If you can help it I strongly recommend seeking out another pharmacy in the area.

I can NOT understand why this company doesn't get it. They want reviews, supposedly, to improve. Dealing with this store is a true waste of time, both literally and figuratively. Service has never, I REPEAT, NEVER been what it ehould be. Prices are higher, than the others in town. The wait is always long, even when know one is in the pharmacy. The crew is very slow and methodical, added with a dash of "I DON'T CARE." Unfortunately, since they bought out Rite Aid, again, it has gotten even worse, didn't think they were able, but they did. Walgreens has apparently gotten too big and forgotten what matters ,US!!! The reviews go back many years and say the same. Why doesn't ANYBODY fix this???? If they care this little, please move to another pharmacy, until we push back and take our business elsewhere, they won't fix it.

With COVID-19 so active, a person with respiratory issues does not need to be out. The drive thru window does not work, REALLY. I had to stand in a line for over thirty minutes coughing and having a hard time breathing to obtain my medications. A mask on a person who is having a hard time breathing is the worse feeling you could have. Please fix your problems: not enough helpful staff present, drive thru window not working, and store not kept clean. It took over 24 hours to get my insurance to approve, then when I retired to pick up my prescriptions they still were not ready. What has happened to customer service?

I had a great experience here. I was leery about transferring here because of the poor rating. I decided to give them a try . They were quick and helpful. My ordered couldn't be filled because they were short on my expensive rx. They partially filled it and the remainder was filled later. Thanks to the pharmacy techs, pharmacist, and managers. Great job!!

They do not communicate very well in the pharmacy department and have no consideration for the patients condition. At first I was told the prescription would be filled within 15 minutes, so I went to the Dollar Tree to kill some time, since I was right there I figured it best not to waste gas. Also, because I wanted to take the medication immediately to relieve the pain. When I got back a different employee told me it would be 40 minutes. So, we went from 15 minutes, to 40 minutes and I had already killed 20 to 25 minutes in the Dollar Tree..... I will be switching to a new pharmacy. These people need a fire lit under them, they are slow and inconsiderate. Also, they need to communicate more efficiently. I was very disappointed with my experience.

All I can say is stay away from the pharmacy. Their inconsistency will leave you wanting to rip your hair out.If there is a younger girl with glasses working, she is kind, helpful, courteous (even when you can see that she's stressed) and will do everything in her power to make your experience painless. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she'll ask. If she's unsure and there's no one to ask, she'll tell you "I think (this) might be the answer. I'm not 100% sure, but this is what I believe you can expect. If you'd like, I can call you when I get a definite answer from the pharmacist?" She's amazing. You'll be ok.If there is an older woman working who looks like you are inconveniencing her and that she doesn't want to be there, run. This woman is outright rude and won't answer your questions, will say things to you (that you probably won't understand to begin with) like you're stupid, will repeat the same answer to you s l o w l y like you're just being ignorant, and will make you want to claw your eyes out. Take your prescriptions and questions somewhere else or try again another day when the young girl is working.

This is the most trouble I have ever had from a pharmacy...including WalMart! They do not want to do their job in getting your prescription filled. The customer service is horrible and you can actually tell by the way they act and the tone of their voice they do not want to help you. They are in charge of getting your prescriptions to you, and that is not their prioirty. I will not be dealing with this pharmacy again, and I would advise others to save themself the misery. This issue with them has been going on now for 5 days and still going on. I am normally a patient person as I know insurance companies are a pain as well, but after 5 days, with no progress and no one in the pharmacy seems to know what is going on, this is ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in the world! I have major issues with this pharmacy every time I go there. I use it bc my dr office is right next door but I dread it. I try to avoid it. The people at the pharmacy are clueless and don’t pay attention. They filled the wrong medicine and gave it to me . I drove off, realize it was wrong and immediately turned around. I was gone maybe 3 mins. It was $45. I never opened the bag just saw the prescription was wrong. They wouldn’t take it back bc they said it was policy that they couldn’t once it has left their hands. I hate this place. It’s always a longer wait then what they tell you.

The worst pharmacy ever! They are horribly slow. They close whether you're at the window or not. Customer service is horrible. They are always out of the very medications prescribed.

I don't understand how it takes 30 minutes to an hour to fill 1 prescription. Any local pharmacy in Statesboro can fill one in 10 minutes or less. When you turn your Rx in, they ask you when do you want to pick it up. What do you mean pick it up. Who wants to drive back home and then drive back across town to pick it up. Come on Walgreens, get your act together. Corporate, are you even paying attention to your stores and reading the comments from your customers?

Wish there were two Walgreens so there could hopefully be better people at one. It’s hit or miss with staff here. I go in the morning and people are much easier to work with. A woman was short with me in the pharmacy today and made it clear because I’m new to figuring out insurance, i wasn’t worth her time.

This pharmacy section has horrible customer service. I have had to make several trips due to their errors and even so never recieved an apology. They have no patience or urgency to ensure the patient is taken care of.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to..not only because they are slow and inaccurate with their information, but also because their workers are some of the RUDEST I have ever encountered. It is 100% a bother for them to do their job.

Sat in line for 20 minutes.... at the window waiting..... finally they ask me what do you need? And i put my prescription in the drawer, out we are out of that, and i dont know when we will have more. Zero help will no longer be going here for prescription refills.

The long lines that you wait forever for them to just tell you to pull around because you have to wait on something for 30 minutes, to the called in medicine that always seems to get lost, to the rude employees....I am so tired of Walgreens and have switched to another pharmacy. Walgreens is the worst!

Store is very neat, clean, and organized and staff was friendly and helpful. One of the staff members, named Jeta I believe, was very nice and helped me find what I needed. I haven’t had any experiences with the pharmacy yet, but the store was a pleasant surprise.

I got a prescription that was e-prescribed to this Walgreens. I went to Walgreens to pick up the prescription after my visit with the physician, and one of the workers told me that it wasn’t ready, but it’d be ready in the morning of the following day. Come to find out, the prescription is on back order. That is not how you conduct business, especially while dealing with medical issues.

They have a nice staff but unfortunately are very slow, And all the vitamins are much cheaper online. The store is nice and clean with a good selection, but much more expensive than say Walmart. However if you have a day when you have to go to the store but can't take another trip to Walmart so soon to the last one. This is not a bad place to stop by for a few things. The only real downfall is the speed though it may just be not enough registers open at the right time which in turn has manny probable causes. However it is often the time that I cach the register open in which case you get out pretty quickly. I could be going at an off time though.

It took me three days to get my prescription that was faxed and on a Monday tell me it was not there then Tuesday they would call my doctor and have it refurbished and then on Wednesday I had to go to the doctor and pick up my own prescription and carry it down there and the whole time they had two prescriptions that were faxed by my doctor and told me they still had not gotten well my doctor is very upset about this and so am I I needed this medication for my back I promise I will be changing pharmacies without a doubt the most rudest people I have ever known in my life why do the pharmacist and his assistant have to laugh about it when they know they were in the wrong

I was uncomfortable with losing K Mart pharmacy when that store closed, but WalGreens has surprised me. Occasionally long waits, so I'll drop off scrips a day or more in advance (or call 'em in.) Good staff, very helpful.

I was text that my husbands prescription was ready when I arrived it was not. Said wait would be 15 min after 30 minutes with only 1 cashier I gave up and left.Thinking seriously of moving prescription to different pharmacy.

I like the mobile updates regarding my Rxs. One young man helped me out greatly this week getting a lost Rx remedied. I appreciated it so much.
