Dr. Kinsey is great! She made an accurate diagnosis quickly and saved my dog’s life when time was of utmost importance! She also explained everything that she was doing, and told us what needed to be done, and made it happen. We were very pleased with the entire staff at the Statesboro clinic! (My dog was bitten by a snake, and thankfully, because of Dr Kinsey’s prompt treatment plan, we had a positive outcome and my dog is doing great!)

If you pay the annual fee for all your visits and stuff, keep in mind It is only for topical visits. You can go to your local tractor supply store and get all the shots you need for the animal. They're gonna ask the weight. You gotta weigh them yourself and Pretty much everything else. You can get it chewy online. We paid the annual fee for our dog and really, they told us they couldn't do anything to help us that we have to go to another vet for assistance because they only do appointments and there are more like a Doctor's office, then an urgent care. They cannot deal with actual emergencies. But they'll be glad to charge you the 70. Something dollars to waste your time and tell you to go to another vet. How you can go to petsmart and do there shot clinic there. And you don't even have to weigh the dog. Or the cat yourself or even the Bunny. I'm so disappointed. I can't even take my dog to the vet that I pay a care fee for, for what So you can sell me over priced flea medication.

God bless yall!!! When I say my 11yr baby was sick.... that's was a understatement!!! What ever yall did, it did the trick!!! Now he b running around the house like a puppy . Reader's yall have 2 understand my dog (Tiger) is a simi aggressive 😳 but, they didn't treat him mean or act like they was scared. I really appreciate that. Thank u all so much for showing us so much love!!!

Vetco is the best vet in Statesboro. The vet tech Kim and the doctor were so sweet! They made my anxious dog feel so comfortable and safe. I highly recommend taking your pets here! They really care about your pet and their health!

My dog was injured by another dog that bit him. We were able to get him in to see the doctor right away on Saturday afternoon. She fixed him up and gave us great care instructions. Within 48 hours he was doing much better. We owe all the thanks to the team at Vetco. So happy to have found them. Give them a try and you will be glad you did.

I had an excellent experience today at Vetco in Statesboro! Beth, Dr. Kinsey, and the vet tech (I think her name was Kim) were all so sweet and understanding of my cat's issues and helped me out so much. I will definetly be bringing my cat back here!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is something special. I brought my first animal, a stray cat re-named Megatron, here after not knowing if he had any problems as a result of living on the street for an unknown period of time. From the beginning every staff member I interacted with was incredible. From Ashley greeting me at the door to Kim, Taylor, Maria, Dr. Kinsey, Dr. Hart, and everyone behind the scenes taking care of my little boy.This being my first pet I wasn’t always sure that I was doing the right thing and the entire staff was always very reassuring when I was doing the right thing and empathetic and helpful when I wasn’t. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet experience.Unfortunately due to a neurological issue that he was born with, my sweet baby had to be put to sleep. During this process, the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. They ensured that Tron was comfortable and that I was comfortable, walking me through the process and all of the steps after.The staff at this Vetco Total Care location not only cares for the animals, but the humans too.

We are new to the area and hadn't established our dogs at a vet yet. When I came home from work to our senior dog not being able to stand up and laying in her own vomit, we tried calling several vets for help. They either wouldn't see our dog because she wasn't a patient, or the doctor left/was about to leave. The lovely staff at Vetco were so helpful on the phone, got her into an exam room as soon as my husband walked in with her, and were so compassionate and caring when discussing end of life care. It was just over an hour between the time I called and when we left after saying goodbye to our dog one last time. I highly recommend and will certainly use them in the future for our pup.

We travel over an hour to come here because of the quality of care our 5 fur babies receive! Every single staff member is so sweet and caring but also professional! Dr. Kinsey and Taylor are the two we see most often and they are absolutely outstanding! We will continue make the trip here for our pets because there is no where else that's better than here!

We are traveling around the US. The vital care program has worked well for us, we have found a vet when needed in each location.This vet clinic was especially good. The vet and vet assistant were helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The receptionist was efficient, friendly and caring.

I brought my cat for service and have a stool sample due to what I thought was a serious issue. The young lady who greeted me was awesome, but the young Dr. who attended 2 me, her service was awfully rendered. My cat had a bloody stool, so I carefully collected some and brought it in for lab work. However, when she came in the room, the first thing she asked was, "I thought you called in and said he was pering blood?" It's as if the stopl condition wasn't serious enough for a heftier charge. What she did next was out of this world flabbergasting. She started ruling out all the different causes, then told me she couldn't bare to look at the stool. You're an animal Dr. and that's what I expect you to do! No, I was quoted a price close to/rounded to $200.00. I declined. So, I ended up paying $60.00 for nothing. I need a refund!!So disappointed, I will no longer use their service.

What can I say about the Statesboro Vetco that I haven’t already said to the employees themselves? The vets and their technicians are so, so, SO, wonderfully kind and respectful of the animals in their care. Every single vet/tech is incredible, professional, and trying to help you in any way they can. They've always gone above and beyond for my cats, from emergency appointments to being willing to work with me on weekend dates for surgeries. You can tell these are people who genuinely love animals and taking care of them just by the way they remember your pet’s names, and I can’t recommend them enough. This is a 5-star vet for a fraction of the cost, and the vital care plan is an absolute lifesaver.

Good with animals but they lied to me saying they don't accept the vetco coupons because they belong to vetco mobile clinic, when just recently they accepted these rabies coupon from my friend, recently. My friend said the manager just had to look at it. So why do I not get the same coupon treatment? I will never know.

They were nice enough but always seemed to be trying to upsell me on products and services (bloodwork, pricier arthritis med, tooth cleaning quoted at $1049; all of which are WAY outside my budget). I took my 16 year old dog, who I am primarily interested in just keeping comfortable and happy until she passes, simply to establish care and continue her arthritis med until her senior wellness exam is due again in April. I was told that I could indeed continue her meloxicam until April checkup, at which point they would do blood work. They gave me a 10 ml (about 3 weeks) supply and told me if I wanted more volume then I could order it from an online vet pharmacy. But the emailed discharge summary said something completely different - said they wanted bloodwork before they would refill it again, and my attempts to fill a larger volume supply on Chewy dot com (for cheaper also) are getting denied by Vetco. So, she is going to have to go back to the vet less than a month out from her last visit and it's for me to pay them for another exam and $100 (quoted)for bloodwork if she is to have decent pain control. I won't waste anymore of their time - I'll go to a local vet going forward.
