I went to my local Statesboro Tractor Supply excited to buy three plants for 12 dollars and then was disappointed when told that the price for all of them was going to be 16 dollars. I told the lady at the register (Diane) that it said 12 dollars on the sign but she did not care to fix it or do anything about it. Instead of trying to fix the situation she basically said that it’s better than what they have been ringing up for people. This is false advertisement at its finest.

Stopped by the store in the pick up parking and an employee named Shannon(I hope) approached me and I explained that I needed some paper litter for my cat Luna who I just picked up from the vet today. I had to get paper litter for her when I picked her up and she was so kind and helpful and went in and brought it out to me herself, I didn’t have to go through ordering on line and and my stressed out kitty was grateful too!! I just have to brag on Grace, she was exceptional in helping us find what we were looking for! We went in looking for something that they didn’t carry and she went on her phone and pulled up the item and gave us the store name and price of what we were looking for. You don’t see that often and I feel she needs to be recognized for it. Thank you Grace your exceptional service makes sure I come back again!

Great service, friendly, and still holds that Kmart feeling as in "the days of old" feeling!There's a lady upfront/the cashier who always keep a smile on her face. It's a welcoming atmosphere. And finally, I went in for some pet food and wasn't sure if they carried the brand. Couple of the younger, young ladies approached me and asked if they could help. This is how you spell Customer Service, or better yet, this is how you spell EXCELLENCE at work!Thanks guys (guys=NY language), meaning, thanks everyone!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️🙏

***updating**** I am upgrading this review due to the prompt response and when I went back in today was given the best customer service possible. If the customer service continues, I will update again to 5 star.*****It disappoints me to write this as Tractor Supply store have always provided a great customer experience. Just arrived in statesboro and I was in need of propane this evening. I checked to make sure they had propane and the hours before I drove over. I arrived 33 minutes before they closed and was told sorry that they had already shut the propane off for the day by the two young men who worked there. I have never sold propane, so I assume it mustbe a whole process to turn it back on. If the propane has different hours than the store hours, can you do us a favor and list it.

Came here for play sand. They didn't have any in stock, but Syd went above and beyond to call a nearby store and confirm it was available there before I went to check to make sure it was in stock. She was super helpful and I appreciate her thoughtful gesture!

We got a couple of 4-wheelers for our young daughters from the Statesboro Tractor Supply last year. They had a couple of issues, through no fault of Tractor Supply. But, Joey was so helpful in getting them resolved and making sure that we were satisfied customers. We are very appreciative and will continue to shop there. Thank you for great customer service!

Clearance should be priced when it sits on the shelf for months for paying customers to purchase! We were told one time we should just wait to come back when a different person was on duty when asking a price on a, very evident, clearance item. We watched an item for about 5 months on the clearance shelf and asked for prices multiple times just to never to get a clear answer. Went back this past weekend to find 2 empty boxes of said item(Steelie phone mounts) tore open on the clearance aisle and everything in the boxes was stolen and packages just discarded right there on the shelf!only giving the 3 stars because I love the home decor and my husband is a man who loves tools and all the gadgets TSC offers. We spend lots of money with this company. The rewards program could use some updates too!

So I decided to catch the black Friday sale online, I ordered 3 items, one was shipped and JUST arrived today. I bought a pair of boots that I thought were cute, so I took them to the store to "exchange" them. Mind you, I was SUPER excited about them. So when I got there I was in the middle of explaining my "problem" when both the cashiers stopped me mid way to tell me "we don't carry them in our store and we can't do that, but we can refund your money and you can reorder them." But the WHOLE POINT IN TAKING THEM BACK TO THE STORE WAS TO GET HELP ON REODERING THEM FOR THE PRICE I PAID INSTEAD OF FULL PRICE. I heard a lot of people stop and ask the cashiers if they had or where is and all they could say was "I don't know" or "IF we have it, it'll probably be." I personally don't see me going back. When I say I was SUPER EXCITED, they ruined my day by how quick they told me they couldn't help me with my situation. I only needed a half a size smaller.

Krista explained the process of ordering online...since I wouldn't receive both items I wanted at the same time. Voila! I got my first item within two days and my second item five days later. Had I ordered them together, I would still be waiting. It was a very important dog food order and I can't let my Beau wait on food! (: When I realized I needed treats for him, I went into the store and Monica helped me. She talked to me about several of the items and I bought what she gives her dog and Beau loves them! This store is AMAZING! If they don't have what you want, you can still get it within a very reasonable time. The store is beautiful, clean and the folks who work here are very knowledgeable, friendly and they treat me respectfully. Their prices beat Chewy and Petco!! Krista and Monica are great!! Thank you for making me enjoy my shopping experience.

Called to see if they were open. A lady named Monica (pretty sure that's what she said) answered, and she was kind of rude and did not offer to tell me when the store would be open in the morning. I bid her a good afternoon and thanked her, and she just hung up on me.

Nice place. Prices not as competitive as Id like. Many items can be found cheaper at other places around town such as lowes or Walmart. Still, they carry items no other store carries or has them in stock if they do.

Easy to shop in, limited supplies for some areas depends on your needs, grab seasonal when offered. Real nice staff and quite affordable. Located within the main road of most stores shopped , mall, Walmart to car dealerships. Easy parking, handicapped accessible with inside isles wide enough for all shoppers and carts. Pet food is quality, supplies for horses to chicks. Outside area holds items you need to work with land . Mowers offered nice quality. Is a chain, unlike larger supply stores in area.

Always have a pleasant experience at tractor supply there's always a customer service representative ready to help you at any time and when they don't have a part that's on sale or item that you're looking for you can get rain check. Really great place to buy animal supplies worming medicines and parasite medicines .

Some things are significantly more expensive than at other places, but the store is neat and clean and the employees are very polite. Handicap accessibility may be a problem, i.e. wheelchair users.

This is my favorite place in the whole world.I can get anything from a bag of candy to lawn mower to a cow stomach magnet, and usually stay under a hundred dollars a trip. (Unless I need the lawn mower. I don't believe my negotiation skills are quite that effective yet.)My chickens would have starved to death years ago if not for Tractor Supply.All your redneck needs under one roof.
