Love this one bestie ever been to, hats off to the person that does their buying.The only thing I don't like is you feel like they watch you....I know it sounds crazy🤪...maybe they have a high theft cost ratio, but it is an un- settling feeling 🤔. I do go alot,I spend entirely to much lol!!!They have great merchandise and great prices but only (3) employees I have encountered in store make you feel welcomed. Only good that comes from making a good customer feel that way...is I will stop the addiction (lol) of spending money I shouldn't 😆.Great merchandise,great prices on items. The welcoming committee just truly needs to be refurbished or taught some public relations. Coordinator with dark short loose curled hair every single visit that she is there has the rudest vibe,like a mean ROCK staring at you while you check out. cashier with long hair there alot a night she is great 👍 would be a great coordinator bubbly helpful and seems to enjoy being right there with us at T.J.Maxx!!!!

28 April ’24 early afternoon. Nastiest most disgusting ladies restroom I’ve ever seen. This one looks like it has never been cleaned. Ever! Health department should shut the place down.

The merchandise is good and most of the personnel are helpful and friendly. The women’s bathroom is disgusting though. Some of the employees even go to the bathroom in other stores. They had a clogged toilet last week and the toilet hasn’t been cleaned from it yet. Always have paper towels and toilet paper on the floor among other things.

They are known for following all black peoples, as if we are all shoplifting, when I came in the store l bought a pair of earrings it was put in a tiny bag the bag wasn’t much bigger than the earrings and when I went to the dressing room with 2 pairs of pants the old lady told me I had to leave the earrings out there with her before I could go in so I told her no and left, you could barely get the earrings in the bag I don’t know how she thought I would get a pair of pants in there, so much racism

I used to love TJ MAXX. However, not honoring products you have priced wrong is utterly ridiculous. I spent $180 just today and typically go at least once a week this time of year. 10 of the products I purchased were mugs in boxes. 4 were clearly marked $6.99 on the bottom of the box; the others had no visible price. When I got to the register, they took them out of the boxes and scanned a tag on the bottom of the actual mug. I made the comment that I was glad to see them do that since they were gifts, and now I knew to remove both tags. That's when they decided to tell me they were marked incorrectly but didn't say the new price until I asked. They refused to let me purchase the mugs marked $6.99 at that price & charged me $7.99 for every mug. Why would I take a product out of a box to look for a different price tag?Also, the huge bins in the store obstruct you from being able to shop. The pet aisle is the worst.

I like this store and the employees! I wish they would add more size XL,XXL,XXXL for women in burmuda shorts,Oxford shirts, blouses in all plain colors short sleeves or quarter sleeves, matching shorts and pants suits and skirts. Love this store! Great selection! Service is terrible at the jewelry counter. My husband was interested in a very expensive piece of jewelry but the girl working the counter pretended as if she didn't see him. He waited for atleast 20 mins as she went back and forth from the counter to the back before he gave up. We assumed it was a racial issue being that she had no problem helping others.

I love the associate in the bags department. She keeps it up so well and clean. This store is beyond stocked up. I love it. Everything in home area is spot on. I don't know who the store manager here is, but kudos to you! One thing I don't like are the cashier's now. I don't know if these are seasonal employees, but they look at each of your items and give commentary and then scan. Takes forever. I have already told a cashier to just scan my things as the lines do get long. She looked at me strange. Yeah, imagine how I feel when I have a bill of over $300 and you are smelling each candle i have and looking at prices before the markdown???? Please get better on addressing the cashiers about that. I shouldn't be in line for 40 minutes for standing in it to checkout.

I always love walking around in TJ Maxx... theres specific things I go for (only found them @ tj maxx) I only go when I have time to waste bc I start in the purses and slowly walk through the entire store. Always great finds here!

I also love shopping at TJ Max! They have really nice things and good prices, sales, clothes, shoes, etc. I bought a nice white throw. It had a good price on it but also had a dirty spot on it from hanging low and touching the floor. When I checked out the sales lady reduced the price to $ 8.00. That was a good deal. The sales lady told me the dirty spot would wash out and I told her I knew it would and of course I washed it when I got home and Wal la the spot did wash out! That was a good shopping day for me!!

Always a good time. They seem to always have a long check out line even with tons of cashiers. Busy busy but walking around there isn't a problem with crowding.

Nice variety of things. I feel like there aren’t much options like they used to. Went to check out and had only one register open and there was a line. It was near closing time, so I figured the other one that was behind the counter would help the other cashier seeing that she had just checked someone out.

My favorite store to go to for cute shirts and makeup. Great deals, most of the shirts I got there were $6 and great quality. They always have new selections of makeup when I go, skin care too. They also have some things for people with natural curly hair, good prices for that too. I put 4 stars because it does get a bit overwhelming when the store is messy, it's been a lot more organized recently. Who ever is organizing, you deserve a raise!

In such a small town, I am so happy we have a TJMAXX, and compared to others I have been to, this one is usually very well stocked. Maybe because of the pandemic, it has been less the case recently, but overall it is still a great store for everything from clothes, to jewelry, toys, luggage and kitchen accessories. The only thing that could be improved is the food selection. It used to be much better a few years ago.

Good store, usually a fun place to shop. Experience yesterday marred by rude customers, many not wearing masks and commenting about me for wearing one. Made me so uncomfortable I left without buying anything.I enjoy shopping here so I'll be back, just hope fellow shoppers are more courteous next time.

Everything displayed nicely and easy to get. Store clean. Some eisles were blocked but no associate visible stocking off carts making it possible to see what you were looking for.

It is always a pleasure shopping there. I spend about three hundred dollars there each month. However, I was very dissatisfied when I applied for a credit card and I was denied while having decent score. Can't wait to have additional stores in my town, I will definitely stop shopping there.

Despite being a store filled with haphazard leftovers from other retail stores....suprisingly, this store is always very clean and well organized. After visiting on a Friday afternoon (the store was much more crowded than any other time I had shopped there), there were at least 20 people in the checkout line upon entering and closer to 25 or 30 after I shopped around for about 15 minutes but the cashiers were very courteous and expedient therefore I only spent about 7 or 8 minutes waiting to check out.

I am not a lover of the TJ Max (or TK Max at home in UK) experience, however I visited this store on Vacation yesterday. The store was immaculate, the products displayed in an eye catching array and I had a very enjoyable experience. I just wish every store was as appealing to peruse at leisure and buy quality products.
