5 stars!! I didn’t even buy anything. I just love Spirit Halloween.🤣🤣 I took my guide dog in training with me to work on novel objects and one of the workers was kind enough to help me with the training session so I could help desensitize my dog to the big scary decorations. Definitely going to be spending all my free time in the store just because I can. I’m so glad Spirit Halloween decided to make a location in Statesboro. Quite possibly the best decision anyone could’ve made.

It was ok. I think customer service could use a boost. I wasn’t greeted upon entering the store although there were 2 or 3 employees at the register including a manager.

Fantastic store! We had a great time visiting and shopping! Heads up, when you go, the entrance is not on the Walmart side of the store, so go park around the corner on the Brusters side. Signs could be a bit larger stating this, but the set up is amazing and the staff is very friendly and super helpful. Great selection and some really fun animatronic displays!

My wife and daughter went and picked out a costume for my daughter and returned home,, my daughter tried the costume on and it was uncomfortable to her, so the next day they went back to return the costume and get a refund and the store would only let them swap it for something else and refused to give my wife the money back and there was nothing wrong with the costume at all,,,this place is hard up for money and will find or make a reason to not refund your money. Try what ever you want to buy on in the store so they can't make you trade for something you don't want if your costume doesn't fit properly cause you want get your money back. They don't deserve any stars cause it's a joke of a place,,,want be going back and I will tell everyone in the area about the bad experience,,,what a dump!!!!!!!! Only gave it 1 star because otherwise it wouldn't let me post.

Was ok but really expected more, it's basic costumes, alot of same ones you can get cheaper elsewhere.

Not clean. Half of the displays didn’t work. This wasn’tthe atmosphere I have experienced in other Spirit Halloween locations that made me want to buy anything. Felt skeevy and dirty like a cheap motel.

i absolutely love halloween and spirit halloween has everything set up in an easy to find fashion. there is a little something for everyone.

Drove over an hour to get to store before it closed on October 30th,website said closes at 9PM,got there at 8:05 seen person in store ,but she would not open.Thanks spirit Halloween for a wasted trip,gas, and probably losing out on at least 200$ in sales

Can't find the store, wrong address. I even called the spirit halloween number and they couldn't help me, just gave me the same wrong address.

Can't even find the location. 😪 The address took me to a Karate place and no signs up for the store. Anybody who can direct me exactly where in statesboro this place is??
