Gotta love the Publix chicken tender subs, orange juice, and veggies. I'm so glad to see this here. There is plenty of parking and its really close to everything. Also saw a lot of development going on near by.

Wow!! This store was spotless.. employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Every department in the store was set wonderful. It is a very nice store and they offered so much more than many of the stores I am use to. I wish were I lived... we had a Publix.

Never in my life seen a sub operation run this badly. Unlike most Publix locations where a single person takes your sub from start to finish, here they try to do it assembly line style like Subway. The problem is, they are wildly inefficient at it. I stood waiting 15 minutes for them to finish the women’s sub in front of me who was waiting on a slice of cheese. That was it. And the guy cutting the cheese took so long because he wasn’t cutting cheese for her, he was cutting cheese for the assembly line bucket. They could have finished 3 other subs but the employees seemed happy to stand there staring blankly instead of doing anything. Also, huge problem with cross contamination for my vegan partner because everyone down the line doesn’t clean their knives or change. Never in my life have I see a Publix this poorly run. Just awful.

The cost of everything is increasing day by day! Thankfully this Publix store has specials on a variety of items that can fill your cabinet and your freezer! If an Adam is not on the shelf. When you get there today, make sure you get a rain check at the service desk. They are happy to print one out for you and you can get those specials at a later time when they're restocked. For example, my Mission Tortilla chips (buy one. Get one free) were not available but I have my rain check and will pick them up on Thursday at the sale price! This is the last day to get your Free So fresco Juice (3.99) when you buy Ginger Shot for 3.29. Our immune system is working overtime with the regular flu popping his head up again. Viruses being passed among our school aged children and although the pandemic is over, the PSA commercial lets us know that "COVID is still here!" Build up your immune system with great juices and immunity shots at Publix & take a walk around this shopping Plaza for some Fresh Air & Sunshine!!

Glad they opened up a Publix, I personally prefer shopping here than any other place. Only reason I give it a four star is price, if you shop here expec to pay a pretty penny more than any other supper market. With that written there's more products that you don't find anywhere else , Customer service is always top notch as cleanest.

We've been so glad they opened the Publix up, it's super convenient to us (about a 2 minute drive!) And isn't bad getting in and out of at all. I've been very pleased that it's stayed so nice after opening, you never know if things will drop after the initial opening is over, but items have stayed stocked and the store is always clean,l. Several times I've been looking for something and an associate has asked if I needed help, and twice have scanned to see if they had it in the back, and gotten it for me. This isn't something that has ever happened at any other store, and is greatly appreciated! It's a store I am more of a coupon/bogo shopper as the prices are certainly a bit higher than other stores, but if you go in hitting the deals it's generally the same or better than anywhere else, and a more pleasurable shopping experience.

I come to publix nearly 3x a week for the convenience of food, groceries, and etc.I came in today to get 2 $25 gift cards for my mother's birthday as a gift. Michelle came over to approve the transaction, but she REFUSED to give me the cards until after the purchase was completed.Other stores and other Publix locations do NOT do this.She stated that it was to reduce stealing and she would not hand me my gift cards I was paying for.The cards are worthless until you load money on there from an approved purchase. That's what I was doing, and how this was handled on Michelle's part was very poor.

The deli people who work here are awful. Not friendly at all and constantly mess orders up. I had a pick up order, got home it was completely wrong and then when I got back to publix for my order to be fixed they asked me to stand in the line with 10 other people. Customer service is nice but i’ve never had a good experience with any of the deli workers. They’re always SO SLOW and rude.

It's a nice store, good selection, friendly staff, and alright prices. Only downside is it's another store bolted to the side of a busy road with no houses nearby to benefit from it. When will we learn?..

Really like this place wish the deli was fully open at 10am but I've never been disappointed with them but dear god Publix of statesboro please dim your sign that is pointed directly at the 301 its to bright has and will cause an accident. This being the only reason for the 1 star, fix the sign and then I'll update my review

Love Publix and the store is always clean and in good shape. However I went to the restroom and an employee came in and used the restroom and then walked out, didn’t wash his hands so I followed him to the deli counter and he didn’t wash his hands and put on gloves to work. Ya that is a bummer. Went straight to CS. They didn’t seem too concerned.

Ordered a sub ahead online to save myself time, only to show up and discover only half of a sandwich had been made. I then had to wait for the other half, then drove half an hour home only to discover the first half was a completely different sandwich that had been thrown in my bag. I will NEVER order from this Publix again.

Lisa in the floral/produce area is super rude ! I was looking for a particular item and she acted as if I asked for a million dollars. Besides the interaction with her the store was very well kept and I was even surprised at check out that I had a 5$ credit !

I decided to pick up a few items after the gym this evening. I realized I as I was walking down one aisle, a manager was following me down the aisle and and I proceed to the next aisle, He followed me down that aisle as well. I paid for my groceries and left the store. He follow me outside of the store, this was not the first time this happened to me and a few other people that look like me. This experience did not feel good, I will never shop here again.

Decent store, but being across the road from Georgia Southern University (and making fresh subs) guarantees you will see, at least, 5 beautiful ladies!!! 5 star No-brainer!!

Great place to shop if you can afford to shop there. They have fresh quality meat, which I don't eat, but I have to use publics for some items that kroger and wal-mart don't carry like farina cereal. They also have a great sandwich shop and deli.

The only Publix that doesn't have fried chicken at lunch time and that's normal every other Publix has it but this one does as they want and when I asked if I can get some fried chicken they told me it would be an hour I know it doesn't take an hour to cook fried chicken and it was 12:30 already

Always a pleasant experience shopping at Publix...the employees are helpful and the shelves are stocked regularly.My only disappointment is the soup availability and Body Armor lite, orange clementine is always missing from the shelf.Publix offers hearty, tasty soups, but at 5 in the afternoon when you're grabbing a quick dinner, soup shouldn't be out for the day. I really enjoy the clam chowder but it is only offered 1 day per week and it's been out 3 weeks straight. Your customer service staff is excellent about checking on these items and I hope to see these items available again soon.

Why does it always take so long to get a sub at Publix. I love their subs, but it takes 5 minutes for them to make each one. If there’s 4 people in line, that’s 20 minutes of standing there. Don’t know if they need more people or a better system. Been this way at every Publix I go to for years.

Employees were friendly enough but the variety of products sold me on this grocery chain! They have absolutely anything you can imagine in this store! Wide, wide variety. Prices did seem ablittle higher than other grocery retailers in our area.

Deli never has anything, but when it does the food is good. Sometimes there is no help in the deli and the employees behind the counter will just look at you instead of help.
