Vehicle purchase update: I was told by my salesman that the dealership was in possession of both keys for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case! Luckily, Mrs. Minnie Cooper was able to reach out to the previous owner and get the key that would have cost me a whopping $1300 from the Mercedes dealership. Mrs. Cooper has been such an asset to me and my husband. She has gone over and beyond any salesperson that I've ever dealt with and most of all, she's been HONEST!If you're in the market for a new vehicle, please ask for Mrs. Minnie and I'm confident that you won't be disappointed that you did!

After many, many months of searching, my wife FINALLY found the SUV that she wanted at Jimmy Britt. We drove over three hours only to find that things were not up to par with the vehicle. In steps, Mrs. Minnie Cooper. She made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and that the vehicle was delivered to us in the condition that we expected it to be when we initially visited the dealership. Her due diligence did not stop there. She made sure that my wife received the additional key for her vehicle weeks after her purchase, which was a blessing. Just picked up my new Jeep! Typically I really hate the car buying process. Overly pushy sales people who try and put me in the vehicle they want me to buy, not the one I want. Fortunately Kelly was very helpful, relaxed and was not ‘pushy’. I shopped around looking for the cheapest deal from the surrounding dealerships and they were cheaper than other dealerships offering ‘lesser’ models.

Joshua went above and beyond over the phone, he sent two videos while in phone negotiations, We drove up Saturday morning and met Joshua and Madison, Madison handled the deal with the most pleasant interaction we’ve ever had. Finally Jeff Broadwater sealed the deal by doing exactly what we asked for then we met with Sam for the financial portion and guess what, it was as perfect as the rest of the deal. The car was cleaned and had gas in it. These people wrote the book on customer service, nothing else to say. Beyond a 5 star experience!!

PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE!!!Recently purchased a used Mercedes G63 (G Wagon) with very low mileage sight unseen. I live in Las Vegas and had to have the car shipped out. Everything was fine through the purchase process. JT the salesman was quick with pictures and information. Post close is where the dealership couldn’t care less about their customers…The car showed up with multiple oil leaks. I was made aware of this by the transport driver who dropped the car off because it was leaking onto the car below, which came as a huge shock to me. I was told the car had no issues before buying. I tried calling the dealership before transport left but they were closed already because of time difference. I texted JT and he immediately blamed to transport driver for the leaks. Are you kidding me???I had a tech take a Quick Look the next day to verify and he said it looked like the main seal was leaking but won’t know more until he can get in a lift. Said if so it will be $2200…. The dealership couldn’t care less and still blamed trucker driver and then stopped responding.I got the car into the shop finally for the work and turns out the dealership didn’t put the oil drain plug bolt back in correctly when they serviced it. Yah still the transport driver huh?? But also the vacuum pump was leaking oil and the cam shaft plug. I paid the $1500 out of pocket to get it done cause it was a must immediately.Through all of this, I asked for answers on how they will rectify this for weeks with no response.JT and Q the manager left me hanging for weeks so I started to I ask for the GM myself to discuss this and he wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of a call back to chat until I finally threatened Q with a bad review 3 weeks later! DJ the GM magically had time for me all the sudden. He offered me $250 gift visa card and after giving up the fight I said I would accept it.I was told I’d get it immediately through email. Well 6 days later, still no gift card and now this review is here for the world to see. Worth the $1500 out of pocket to save somebody from the headache of Jimmy Britt! BUY ELSEWHERE!

I was greeted before I got the door and on ahot day offered a water immediately. Greeter took me back to consultant with whom I was working. I had asked about a particular vehicle and JT send me a walk around video straight away. I got a fair price for a solid vehicle and straight answers to my questions. They worked with me on delivery and held true to their word. Couple of free oil changes is a nice touch, worth the trip back to Statesboro. JT and everyone else I delt with was professional, responsive and courteous.

I would never come back here again for any reason. To start with, my visit was to fix my car because there was a reason my car was shutting off. I had to change my battery and then they "tested" everything and said my car was good to go. Then the next day my car shut off again, so I unfortunately took it back to them. Anyways, they did not tell me it costs about $100 an hour to look at my car BEFORE taking it in. After I got my car back they said that my valve covers needed to be replaced because I "had an oil leak" which would've been a $400 fix. (It in fact DID NOT need to be replaced). I took it then to a trust car mechanic because the whole thing seemed just sketchy. Then the only issue my car had was literally a $40 fix and I did not have an oil leak at all. So, in all I wasted my money and almost got scammed for a service job that I literally did not need at all. IF the car mechanics took time to actually look at my car then they would've known I did not have an oil leak at all. (I mean like if I'm paying $100 an hour fee without even knowing they should do their absolute best). I can not say it enough, PLEASE do not go here!!!!!!

I was told that the 80k mile expedition max I purchased had undergone a full inspection prior to sale. I find this hard to believe. Within 10,000 miles of purchase I've had to replace the transmission fluid (it was burnt and dark), thermostat, a leaking hose, and have had multiple check engine lights for a catalytic converter going bad. The people I dealt with during the sales process were pleasant (I especially liked the delivery driver), but I encourage you to use caution before purchasing a vehicle at Jimmy Britt CJDR.

Beware of this dealership. They make it very difficult to get in touch or get a response from anyone and make you pretty much beg them to get numbers on a vehicle.Most of their vehicles are GM Buy backs (lemon law cars) and they do not disclose that on their website, so make sure you ask.Their online trade value system will spit out a high number, and they will tell you it’s accurate, then when it comes down to it they will give you a number much lower and tell you the “tax savings” makes up for that number. Instead of working with you they will try to make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about and that their numbers are all accurate.You might have a positive experience if you know all of this going in, but I didn’t, and I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Just purchased my second Gladiator from Braedon @ Jimmy Britt and I can’t say enough about how great the experience was. The transaction was super seamless and I was done in under an hour easily. Not to mention the service team doing a great job moving some of my add-ons from my old gladiator to my new one. I highly recommend them, and will absolutely be buying my next car from Jimmy Britt again.

The guy who sold us the car was great, but the rest of our experience has not been. Make sure they have done their due diligence with the vehicle before you sign paperwork. They neglected to do the used vehicle inspection before selling us ours (which will be reported to the DMV) and we noticed problems once we got on the highway to go back home. Unfortunately we live over an hour away so it wasn’t as easy as just turning around and bringing it back up and we had to set an appointment. That was when we learned that the inspection hadn’t even been done yet. They did the used vehicle inspection and did the absolute cheapest job to fix the issue (resurfacing the rotors rather than replacing them). The shaking had been so bad we didn’t even notice the car was idling rough until we got it back. They told us they’d take care of us and to bring it back in, so we again made the 3 hour round trip drive just for them to tell us “you’ll have to pay for the repair. If it was missed in the used vehicle inspection, there’s nothing we can do”. Okay… so you didn’t do your job in the first place and then didn’t do your job AGAIN during the vehicle inspection and now it’s our problem? And you want us to pay and just trust you’ll do your job this time? Nope, we’re good, took our vehicle elsewhere and got it taken care of for half the price we were quoted here. Oh, and when we were looking at the vehicle to purchase I noticed it was low on coolant. They filled it to the brim…. there’s a fill line for a reason and it was wayyyy over. We had to get some of that fluid out when we got home because it specifically states in our manual that the coolant is not to be overfilled past the fill line. What a basic, self-explanatory job to mess up. I wish we could recommend them, but that just won’t happen. We love the car but there’s absolutely no reason to have multiple issues when the car was sold to us at the pricing for “exceptional condition” 🙄

We had an excellent experience with Camron Bryant when we recently purchased my daughter’s first car. The car we were interested in was at a sister location near Atlanta. They had it brought down by the next day.Everything was as described. We did wait a good bit between agreeing on price to see the F&I guy but he was very efficient once we were in there.Finally, the car only had one key. Cam followed up with their other location and tracked it down for us. I tend to hold vehicles in large part because of how terrible the purchase process usually is. In this case, I’d be happy to do business with Cam and Jimmy Britt again.

I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Jimmy Britt CDJR. I bought a used Chevy 2500 from them back in early January 2024. Being as I lived 5 1/2 hours away, I had lots of communications with the sales rep helping me. While he did a great job and was very responsive, he sent me videos and pictures of the vehicle. In one of the videos, he stated that this vehicle had the 360 camera option, which was a plus in my mind. We negotiated a deal over the phone, and I placed a deposit on the vehicle. After the vehicle was inspected, the tires needed to be replaced, and they offered me the option to choose which new tires were put on my truck. I notified the sales rep in writing which tires I preferred, and he said they would be on the truck when I got there. Few days later, I took time off work and made the almost 6 hour drive to Jimmy Britt CDJR in bad weather. When I arrived, the wrong tires were on my truck, and the truck did not have the 360 camera option like the sales rep stated in the video. Sales rep asked me, "Well, is this really a deal breaker?" To me, it showed the lack of detail on their behalf, and here I was after driving 6 hours to pickup my vehicle, was I really going to drive 6 hours home empty handed and back on the truck search? I even asked if they could have the correct tires sent to me and I would have a local shop install them, to which they denied.After I inspected the vehicle, there were a few items damaged, and the sales rep filled out a "We Owe You" form listing out the parts requested. Here it is over 3 months later, the sales rep does not work at Jimmy Britt CDJR anymore, and nobody can get me an answer on where the owed parts are... I even tried to help out by saying if they got me the parts, I would install myself or have them installed.Additionally, it took them 3 months to get the paperwork to my local DMV. 2 different temp tags. When I asked what was taking so long, they stated that they were still trying to get the title from the previous owner... So they sold a vehicle without having the title for it? I'm no legal expert, but something seems odd there. BTW... I financed the vehicle at time of purchase, so I would not have received the title at purchase anyways.Also, I would not buy their extended warranty plans... Finance manager sold me on a Platinum plan that was supposedly "Bumper to Bumper, anything happens other than wear & tear, its fixed". They refused to send me any information on the plan prior to purchase for me to review the exclusions. Rear window plastic trim has multiple cracks in it, and rain/water pours into my truck during rains and washes. I have tried multiple places to see if my "Bumper to Bumper extended warranty" will cover the fix, and low and behold, that is excluded from the extended warranty....All in all, very poor buying experience from an out of state buyer. I will never consider purchasing a vehicle from them again, and will never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them again. Maybe one day I will receive the parts owed to me... STAY AWAY

From the start the experience was a mess. My husband and myself were told by more then 3 people the vehicle we were interested in was available at their store. The first problem was, we were being told it was at 3 different stores. No one could seem to communicate as to where the truck actually was. We decided to head up to the Statesboro location (the closest store to where we lived, a little over an hour drive) to discuss numbers regarding our trade and the the vehicle we were interested in. We were pre-approved for the vehicle and agreed to come back the next day to see it in-person, the sales man stated he would get a driver to bring the truck from the sister store and have it ready for us the next day. We drive the over hour trip to see the truck today just to get there and be told they decided to not bring the truck to their store. We received no call, no update, no communication what so ever. When we asked why they made the decision to not bring we were told they assumed we were not going to purchase. We informed them that the last communication we had with our sales guy Brian that we would in fact be there to look and drive it and purchase as long as it checked out. The GM tried to right the situation but we decided to take our business elsewhere. The sales man and the sales manager who assisted us the first day, wouldn't even look at us when we returned. We received no apology from them, no, let me make it right, nothing. They didn't even make eye contact with us. They were cowards and we will not be doing business with them nor will we recommend them. My husband is a Veteran and this is not how Vets should be treated. They assumed and made a bad call and didn't have the decency to try and make it right.

I will drive all the way from Savannah every time I need to come to the dealership after my experience here. Everyone was super nice and the waiting area is fine (but both times I went there was no coffee.) I was able to get my Jeep fixed two weeks before Jeep North or South of Savannah could even get me in - both places I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences with. Quentin was so friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

Giving 2 stars because my Salesman was fantastic and had the best experience with him. However, the service and finance departments were a disaster. First I had to take my car for a recall and get a scratch buffed out and was supposed to have a loaner car ready for me but had to wait several hours just to get a loaner car. Next, I canceled my car's extended warranty and after about 4 weeks of waiting I still had not heard anything about it so I tried to call and ask about it. First I called the warranty company and they said they had not received anything to cancel it. Then I proceeded to call Jimmy Britt in Statesboro and every time I would call, I would either get hung up on or I was told to give them a message and they would call me back. After about 4 hours and probably 20 calls, I was finally able to talk to someone and they informed me that their office in Dublin handles all of the warranty cancellations. I called the office in Dublin and they were able to get the ball rolling. Long story short, don't use Jimmy Britt in Statesboro if you want good service.
