I am admittedly new to much of the work I now do as a contractor for my Church but Jamie (spelling?) at the Statesboro, Ga location, took the time to answer all of my questions. Despite being busy, she helped me with a smile on her face and earned a customer for life. This is a great alternative to some of the larger stores where employees may or may not have a clue.

Only issue I've had is the small Portable 3 Gallon McGraw Air Compressor's. The Drain Valves are on the side at a strange angle and opening the Valve as the manual states to do occasionally to release condensation and water that accumulates in the tank does nothing but release air. The water and condensation does not come out . Even turning the Compressor on it's side. After 2 of these air compressors completely burning up on me with little use prematurely. I found out by investigating on my own that you have to remove the whole drain plug housing and shake the compressor vigorously for about 30 minutes on it's side because of the poor location of the drain plug. *It should be on the bottom of the tank where the water settles with taller foot legs to accommodate the drain plug. As well the drain plug design should be larger in size as far as the opening goes. ** I'm on my 3rd McGraw 3 Gallon Compressor now because I now know on my own ( not from the manual ) that you have to do as I mentioned above to drain the tank to prevent moisture and rust build up in the tank to prevent the compressor from burning up the motor. I only use these to add air occasionally to 2 personal vehicle tires if they are ever low just a few pounds (psi) and to pump up a kids bicycle tire. I've been in automotive mechanics and body work all my life previous to retirement therefore I know how a compressor should work. Due to this issue I've had to purchase 3 of these compressors when I should have only had to purchase and still be using the 1st one.

I absolutely love harbor freight. Not only do they have so many different items for my wood workshop. I fine so many items I use in my craft shop for my sewing, vinyl, art work & STORAGE! These items are so much cheaper here than other craft supplies stores. Rotary Blade prices are ridiculous but NOT AT HARBOR FREIGHT!

The staff is nice and always helpful. When I need a special tool for a one-time job, or if I want to try out a tool to see if it works for me, I buy from here because the prices are low enough that if I never use the tool again, I am not out a large amount of money. I like the Bauer brand of tools and so far, so good. They are of a competitive quality to much more expensive brands.

Bought a security camera for the front of my house. The employee was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed and not a lot of hoopla that I didn't need. Had my 2 puppies that are about 13 weeks old with me in a buggy. So many folks wanted to pet them and show the girls love. ❤️🐾

Good selection of tools and hardware, just not best-in-class quality. Very workable and functional stuff at very reasonable prices. You get what you pay for, but I like ease of getting in and out of the store with the tools that do most everything I ask of them.

My absolute favorite place to take my husband to shop or get ideas for his Christmas gifts lol! The prices are very reasonable and I much prefer Harbor Freight’s tools over any over priced retailer.. ie: Lowe’s👎🏼

Typical HF.It was right after Christmas so I'm sure the employees were a little burnout. They were a little more solemn than usual. But brief casual conversation seemed to get them in a better mood. I cannot imagine how stressful working retail during the holidays is.

This is a very well laid out store, very clean organized and new. The staff are helpful and can direct you to whatever you need quickly. I was in and out and 5 minutes to get a battery charger.

Found the welding gloves I needed and they are actually decent quality. I couldn't find the 3 speed fan blower I was looking for, but the lady at the register looked it up and found one in the back for me. She was very nice and ill definitely shop here again

I go to Harbor freight every Saturday night. My brother in law loves this store and I have become like minded. I can always find something I need. This month it's new hoses. Bought three so far. Good quality and heavy duty.

The attitudes of the employees have plummeted to an all time low in this store!!! I hate to even go in there anymore... what happened? Somebody needs to clean house and start over with people that want to work and have positive attitudes and good people skills like when you first opened!

Very organized helpful staff. The store is always clean and well stocked. I hope it stays this way. The only reason. I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is only 1 entrance and exit even though there is an adjacent road that could have another entrance on it. Maybe in the future.
