Very dissatisfied. Extremely poor service. God forbid the employees do their job correctly. For a truck stop the coffee bar barely exist. No cappuccino hardly ever. Let me not forget about the slot machines, employees cash in when they disengage the printer to it. So you can't cash in when you win and watch the employees go to the machine when you leave. So don't plan on going back ever. I'll push my truck right by if I run out of gas.

We have came over here a number of times for the fresh blend lattes and for the last 2 plus weeks the machine has been down. If the machine isn't working then call the company that you got it from, otherwise it's just laziness for not having it going.

Employees were friendly, place was super clean and I saw employees cleaning while I was there. I stopped in for coffee 1 morning, then a sandwich later in the day. Seems to be all paid parking, good for them keep the riff raff losers out of there. There was showers, didn’t use them though, judging by the cleanliness of the inside and the lot showers shouldn’t be to bad. Need more places like this around the country, wish I had the money and know how to start some up.

Stopped by this location on my way through the area. Bathrooms were super clean, easy to get in and out, and had everything we needed (we just needed gas, snacks, and a place to use the bathroom). I'll definitely stop here next time I'm going through the area.

The deli is a scam. The sign clearly says one price for a meal and they'll charge you nearly double when you check out. I ordered a 6.99 breakfast and she charged me 11.99 then Said that's what it is she don't know why it's different.

I love coming to this fueling station. The GM, McKala is very friendly and runs a very tight ship. The store is always clean and the majority of the employees are friendly and welcoming.

It’s too many young people working at this store, they talk entirely too much. Every time I go in everybody on their phones, the cashiers don’t even acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter. I asked to speak with a manger and was told they didn’t have a manger in the store. How hard is it to ring customers up for what they ask for so they can leave. I shouldn’t have to argue with employees about doing their job. Rude and unprofessional establishment.

Usually I don't have a problem with this place. I get the same thing every time. A 20oz refill of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The 20oz comes free with the sandwich. The "store manager" was charging me for the refill. I said the coffee comes free and she said that is only if I buy a new coffee not a refill... I said I never had any issues before and I was just saving using a cup. She said that I need to quit with the attitude. So I went and got a cup to pour my refill in, after I paid for my sandwich, I then poured my refill back into my cup... I wasn't showing any attitude. I just didn't understand why she couldn't just ring it up as a new coffee and avoid all the drama and a waste of a cup... Common Sense is a superpower now a days. I can't believe she said that and on top of it in front of all the other customers like I was making trouble or something...The cashier was being polite and apologized. She said she knew what I was doing and didn't understand why she was being like that either.

surprisingly nice staff the times i've gone and it seems pretty clean. prices aren't great for a convenience store and the ready made food seems like they have a hilarious amount of sandwiches already made, that it's break a food code. i've had the spicy chicken sandwich and it resembled lukewarm cardboard, was tough and flavorless with zero spicy. however, i gave them another chance and got some wings and some sides. the green beans were actually pretty good and would recommend. mac and cheese was ok. wings were a bit tough, but reheat well and were not too bad. again, seemed overpriced but i guess when you probably/hopefully throw out 1/3 of the food that is made, they have to make up the costs somewhere.

No toilet paper. People at the desk didn’t seem to care.Filled up tank, ask for a little ice in my own cup. Charged me.Pumps don’t work with your card. Had to move to find a pump that would take a card.

Stopped in to get Non-Ethanol gas. 1st pump showed a computer message about rebooting. 2nd pump had a message to pay inside. I go inside to pay, wait in line while the clerk does what clerks do. My turn.Me: I need 5 Gallons of non-ethanol on number 10Clerk: oh, we haven't had non-ethanol for about two weeksMe: yea, thanks... Me mumblingWhy pray tell isn't there a note on either the pump or door.Terrible management if managed at all.I won't waste my time any more. Take your business seriously or loose more.

Staff is good, typically friendly! Prices are high for most items but it’s expected. Truckers beware tho!!! If you do not pay to park your rig WILL get towed!!! There is also a glitch with the app sometimes that can get you towed! And it’s $800 for the tow fee!

New, clean, friendly, hot buffet, no wing box though or I would have given them five stars. The fish and egg rolls were good but how do you run a hot buffet with fried chicken and not have a wing box on the menu?

I’ve been in this store numerous times it’s nice and huge with variety and such cool items . But where it disappoints is the food , the up keep especially the ladies room and customer service . the morning cashiers that’s always working keep up the good work . They always provide great customer service and makes the experience better . Im not sure of names but it’s the tall older guy , a young white girl and a young black girl that wears glasses .I’m willing to give this store another try if I can continue to get customer service from those workers and better food gas pro will definitely be my go to .

Great store inside, food and drink selections are good, travel center goods are always interesting finds. Restrooms are always clean. Gas pumps are spacious and nice, even for the big rigs too. It's a new place and has friendly cashier and staff workers.

Come by in the evening, 3 to 4 days a week. One cashier, 6 people in the kitchen. Takes 30 to 40 mins to get pump set and pay for diesel fuel that takes only 10 minutes to pump. Have to spend my$350 a day somewhere I can get service.

This store had problems with their pumps. I went in the store to tell them that they had problems when the manager of the store started to cuss me . All her employees and the whole store heard her. I asked her to stop and she continued getting worse.

It's a clean bright store but they need to adjust their breakfast hours. I stopped because I've seen the sign say breakfast at 0400 but got told it was 0500.They also don't seem capable of accepting American Express at the pump.

Tried the chicken tenders w/ rice and field peas today. It was good.. tenders are on the smaller side and the meal was $8+ with no drink. The store was nice and the lady serving the food was very friendly.

Clean, large selection of drinks, auto supplies, snacks and food. Well lit at the pumps at night, they do a huge amount of business at lunch but had two cashier's and two people taking orders so even through they were slammed they were handling it like pros!

Cashier got mad about something and just walk off leaving a line of customers. She had a bad attitude, shouldn't take it out on the customers. Place was very clean to include the restroom

They always overcharge me on the burgers in this gas station. Its advertised as $3and some change and they always charge me $4.89. I was a regular customer that came daily for the food but I'm not coming back anymore. It was amazing when it first opened and now theres too much foul play.
