Imagine purchasing a home for your mother, and on her very first Valentine’s Day in it, you are faced with a botched presentation for a simple order of a dozen roses to be delivered... I placed the order on Monday, February 12, and on Wednesday, February 14, Valentine’s Day, my mother received an order of 10 roses in a short vase. I ordered a dozen. Now, imagine, calling to ask why this occurred, and the only rectification offered by the manager was to refund two… TWO individual roses, or to deliver the missing roses. The presentation is completely botched, and this was not a pleasant experience for $161 dollars! Absolutely insane

My Daughter ordered her prom flowers from you and they are not anywhere near what she asked for. They were supposed to be red and black colors with white accents. The flowers are all white and there isn't any red or black on the boutonniere and barely any black on the corsage. We paid a great deal of money for these and I'm extremely disappointed that the colors we paid for aren't in it. My husband picked them up and didn't know better. These flowers do not match the prom outfits in any way.

We had a friend lose a beloved pet right here around Valentine's day but I called and the lady who answered was so nice and very considate going over all the different options and what she could do quickly. We planned to deliver the following day which was so nice but then we realized she wouldn't be there so I called back and the lady offered to deliver them that day! I feel she went above and beyond making sure our friend felt loved in a time of need. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Because I was out of town, I ordered roses for my girlfriend back home in Statesboro for Valentine’s Day, from this store. I was informed the roses were black around the tips and appeared dying on delivery. They did not even last just a few days. I was embarrassed because her entire family saw this flower arrangement. This is UNACCEPTABLE; especially after I already paid in advance ONLINE. Most companies send a photo of what they delivered to customers when making orders.

Frazier Flowers was recommended to me by another florist in Pooler. The arrangement was on a stand and turned out beautifully and I was immediately thanked for such a beautiful arrangement by the family it went to!!! They listened to the color scheme I wanted and even texted me pics during the making of it!!!

The service was fine, I placed my order online & it was ready for pickup the same day.The flowers in my opinion, were not very representative of what I purchased online, the only similarity in my opinion was the overall color theme. There were far less blooms than represented online, much less color, more green than anything, the overall arrangement seemed shaped kind of messily. I paid extra for the "Deluxe" bouquet, and I'm not really sure if it made any difference. The claim online that if something is not available, your order will be of equal or greater value to make up for the substitution. I understand that flowers are seasonal, and maybe what I purchased wasn't necessarily available at the time, but considering that I paid extra for more flowers, I just didn't expect it to have so much less color and flowers than pictured.3 Stars because overall service was fine, was convenient and on time. 2 Stars taken off, because although flowers were not terrible by any means, just think maybe more could've been done to create a bouquet representative of the online product.Below is the online product I purchased, and what I received.

My mother ordered a cross for her nephew. Since she could not attend, a relative took a picture of "said cross". It was not what she wanted and extremely embarrassed by what the florist considered, decent. Would not discuss a refund or to make things right.Florist took advantage of the elderly. Will not use this place again.

Ordered a "medium level" arrangement for same day delivery. It was delivered within a few hours. Recipient sent me this photo: flowers look fresh. Based on the website image, I expected the bouquet to be a little fuller with more large flowers, thus the 4 star rating. You can always count on Frazier to do quality work and to deliver as promised. Overall, I am pleased to be able to send something to a friend when I no longer live in the area.

These folks created a wonderful arrangement for me when I called and told them what I wanted. I needed lillies. I expected just a regular small arrangement as I’ve often got before from florists but this time I got probably 20 lillies….along with a lot of other flowers in the arrangement. On top of that I had to call and reschedule the delivery time and address several times, so I was a “problem customer” in my opinion but they were very accommodating and it was delivered exactly at the right time. Thank you Frazier’s Flowers! Five stars!!

My husband ordered flowers twice online, from a wire service. Both times it came from this florist. Both times the flowers did not last a whole week. First time they were replaced, second time was my valentines flowers… I didn’t even bother this time. $113 for 6 roses and 6 strawberries? Pathetic they didn’t last an entire week. They were attitudish the first time my flowers weren’t as fresh as they should be. I will try to have my husband call directly to a florist next time.. there’s many choices in Statesboro.

I had these delivered to my grandmother for her 80th birthday. She was so happy, I do believe she called every family member to tell them. We facetimed her and the flowers were EXACTLY AS PICTURED!I literally ordered them around 12 noon and she received them around 3 pm! I am FIRST time customer turned into a FOREVER customer! The Arrangement Frazier Flower Shop created was so beautiful! I ordered the the casket cover, but the flower shop called me the next morning to let me know that it had already been ordered. I called and spoke to Shannon, who guided me expertly through the process and made me feels like we were old friends. The entire process was amazing and I'm NOT an easy customer. I had no idea what to order and left it in Shannon's hands...the arrangement was expertly crafted and beyond what I could have expected! Not only was I extremely impressed, my significant other was completely speechless in delight, and that arrangement was/is the envy of every jealous person in our vicinity. I've been to this place 4 times now. Each time, it gets worse. The first time, i picked up flowers that were sent to me for my birthday. I was waiting for 30 minutes because they said they weren't there. Whole time, they were in the fridge. Second time, flowers were delivered to me. The flowers were pitiful. The third time, I picked up flowers & a teddy bear that someone got me. I walked out with just flowers before being told that I was supposed to get a teddy bear too so I walked back in & they didnt believe me until they pulled up the order. Today, I ordered flowers for my friend to pickup. I was told they would be done by 2. I call at 2:30, they're still not done and they tell me 3. I send my friend here, she gets the flowers, theres NO card. I told my friend there should have been a card with a message so my friend told the worker & the worker said "oh somebody said you were supposed to have a card?".. my friend waited and waited & the worker said "the girl who was supposed to do your card went home" so my friend waited until the card was done. Let me also mention that the flowers look NOTHING like they did online, it didn't even have the right flowers in it. if someone is paying $50 for flowers, i would reasonably expect them to look atleast halfway decent. If you're sending someone flowers & trusting this place to meet expectations, go somewhere else. Only go here if you have time to pick them up yourself & check behind their work.

I needed an arrangement sent to a special friend as an apology, and Frazier's went out of their way to make it special. They were able to find a plastic vase (for safety reasons) and offered to stop by a store on the way to deliver the flowers to get my friend's favorite candy for an extra special touch. I could not have asked for better customer service and am SO grateful for Frazier's Flowers!

Originally ordered from 1800flowers a few days prior to an event. On the day of the event, they call me to tell me that they can't deliver what I ordered. Instead, they down graded my arrangement to ONLY 1 flower and a vase with the SAME charge. But I digress.I call Frazier's on the day of the event and they get it out there with zero issues. Times like these, I wonder why I even bother with the other company. Thank you Frazier's for expediting my order and the professionalism of your staff was beyond reproach.By the way, your prices are phenomenal and the arrangement was gorgeous, thank you so much.1800flower's, you suck!
