Went there last night 15 minutes before closing and was turned away by the lady that works there. She explained that “we were not taking any more customers tonight.” There appeared to be at least two other potential customers that were also turned away.

To me i wouldn't even rate a one star, went there tonight 12/16/22 girl by the name of Jazzlyn, there wasn't any last name on her name tag was really rude she's not fit for working at family dollar.Attitude is UGLY

Was accused of stealing i guess tote bags as purses are out of the question when shopping here they might sift through just to be sure you didn't steal that chapstick. :-| Or maybe it was because I'm goth idk felt like a criminal dont shop here.

Out of all of the dollar stores this is the one place that doesn't have a tampon shortage and the stores pretty well put together and maintained

The staff are friendly but they are literally always stocking the shelves but somehow always out of everything, which leaves crowded floors and sparse shelves. You have to ring a bell to get service at the front counter since they don't have enough staffing to cover everything they need done. I've never seen a manager there and today we needed bleach and when we arrived there was a sign posted in the locked door saying they were gone to the bank and they'll be back soon. We've been sitting for 30 minutes and no sign of anyone. People have come and gone, someone even showed up for a second time because she waited for about 30 minutes earlier in the day and no one showed up. If you don't have the staffing to make a bank run then don't make a bank run. Where is management? This is ridiculous.

The wait in line is short. The cashiers are super nice, helpful, and friendly. They generally have what I need... They sell groceries, but they just don't produce.

This store is always late in opening..never opens on time, and is 30 mins or more in opening late..on top of that, the cashiers has attitudes..need to do better

I love this Family Dollar because he's literally always have everything you need sadly a lot of other Family Dollars like in Metter for Twin Twin City remedy otherwise they're always out of something always
