Never been here before now, but was great! Coffee was great and the barista listened when I said I liked it a little more sweet! Bagel was pretty much just a bagel. $7 for medium iced vanilla coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Will come back!

We got a hot caramel coffee and a frappé. Both were delicious, even tho my coffee could have been a little hotter,but the taste was very good. I think the pricing is fair for what you get. We were served quickly and the lady at the drive through was super nice and helpful with choosing from all the options.

I moved away from Hawaii a couple yrs back and biggest issue I have is finding "GOOD" coffee since leaving. Well I found it. The coffee here is absolutely AMAZING. Not watered down or over flavored. You can taste the coffee. I got the freezer with extra espresso. Definitely going back for more. 💯 The customer service was excellent and fast too.

Good option if you need something quick and want a drive thru. My rating is low based upon the variety of other coffee shops in Statesboro that have their own blends or do in-house roasting. This isn't to say Elliano's is bad but rather that if you are wanting a diversity of high quality coffee (not just drinks but coffee blends) I would recommend elsewhere. However I would still opt for Elliano's over Starbucks.

I had never been here before and when I pulled up to the closed side I had a smiling face tell me they only had one side open and where to pull around to. Despite there being a line, wait wasn't too long and the lady at the window was super nice and told me my options for sugar free syrups. My iced latte was great! Highly reccomend for friendly service and a great drink!

Waited 20+ minutes in line just for them to tell us when we got to the window that they are closing the window and opening the other side! The other side was closed when we got here and we had to wait in a second line because of this. If you are going to close one side and open the other don’t open the other until you inform the people that have been waiting on the original side so they can come around before the line fills up! When we expressed how frustrating this is we were told we would just have to wait!

I know this is Christmas eve but just bought possibly the worst hot cafe mocha Ive ever had. I doubt it had any chocolate added to it and it tasted like regular burnt coffee with some foam on it. Spent over $30 for food and other drinks and included a tip. Nice friendly service and I didnt complain about the long wait but absolute poor quality. I was told the other drinks I purchased were not much better. I've gotten better coffee at some of the gas stations that take pride in their coffee. Hope Santa brings me a Nespresso machine tomorrow so I can make a better beverage at home.

Rude Rude “girl” so childish and NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! 1st time visiting while getting oil changed and looking to go inside and see no door so since cars on drive thru window, went to other side window thinking this is for WAlk ups and the girl opens window and says this side is closed and shuts the window hard on us! Well this business just lost my families business and we are definitely food/ drink people and now starting to miss Augusta if service is gonna be like this!!! Sad!! Don’t work if you hate service people at this disappointing place. Bye rant over!!Wheelchair accessibility: NOT IT WOULD BE DANGEROUS

i honestly go here because there's no Starbucks line. the prices are about in line and I've noticed the staff have actually gotten friendlier over the past year as they change personnel. coffee is OK, nothing super mind blowing. haven't really tried the milk drinks or anything else. but usually when i go around lunch or odd hours, there's no cars and it's fast.

I've gone a few times over the years and have always had a good experience customer service wise. The location and drive thru set up does take some practice to get a hang off but it's totally worth it. Even when they are busier and it takes a bit longer for them to get your order (understandably), they've been polite and timely.The latest time I went, I had my dog with me and was offered a pup-cup which is a small cup of whipped cream with a dog biscuit in it which was a fun surprise.

Went here with my family. My wife asked for an unsweetened iced tea. The girl in the drive-thru said "yeah, we don't have that here." I understand finding good help right now is difficult, but it's no reason to scrape the bottom of the barrel. You have tea, you have ice, you have cups. It's not that complicated.

I come here often, went through the drive through. The college girls are always so sweet. This time there was an older man at the window. Who was rude. Usually everyone here is nice. Only gave the 4 stars because the coffee & I try to support small local business. He needs to learn customer service. No one also wants to feel rushed through a drive through I understand being quick & attentive, but fix your attitude.I will be back but only because I enjoy Ellianos not because of the customer service today.

I just went here for the first time ! I am a Starbucks junkie so I was a bit nervous but let’s just say Starbucks is the one that needs to be nervous ! I always prefer supporting local but this place BLEW IT PUT OF THE WATER! The staff was amazing and so great to me and my boys ! Sorry Starbucks but I think we need to go our separate ways ! 🤣 the coffee here is absolutely delicious as well highly recommended the new iced coconut brûlée ! 100000/10 ❤️❤️❤️

I have been to many coffee shops around the country, I am glad to have this one in my home town. They have top of the line machines, and do a great job. I won't say it is the best coffee shop I have ever been to, but it certainly is in the top few. When I bring my friend that love Starbucks here, the normal comment is, wow this is much better than Starbucks!

My favorite place to get coffee in statesboro. Their cookie freezer is amazing. I prefer it over Starbucks. It is smaller though and a lot less staffed than Starbucks but it's absolutely worth the wait and they move as quickly as they can.

Love this cute little coffee shop, I actually prefer it over Starbucks. I’ve been through several times prior but today the girls and I went through for a free coffee special they were doing for ogeechee tech students for finals. Even though we were getting free drinks the service was just as great as any other time. We needed a pick me up and really appreciated this, thank you Ellianos!

I ordered two coffees, a sausage croissant and oatmeal. The girl handed me the bag and it was not till I drove off I realized I never got my oatmeal so now I have no breakfast bc the croissant was for someone else and I do not have time to wait another 30 minutes in line.on a side note I called and the owner brought me my food at my work wish was very nice!

This is one of the best Coffee shops I've been to, and I've been to alot of them. Everything that I've ordered from Ellianos is very good and non-expensive. 10/10 Would Recommend
