As soon as I walked in I heard what seemed to be the manager and a cashier calling each other the N word loudly. I went to checkout and my total was $29. I handed the cashier cash being a total of $30, 2 $10 and 2 $5 bills. After she clearly counted it she charged me another $9 stating I still owed money. I was confused but I paid it anyways because I was not about to argue with someone who seemed high (moving and talking slow) and didn't want to be that person to argue over little money. The situation made me very confused and angry. Will never be returning to this location ever again!!!

Spite being an older store, the staff is extremely helpful. The store is stocked very well. Staff is super Curtis to the elderly Customers. seeing this make me want to return.

old, tired location with leaking ceilings and cordoned off areas due to it being wet. i don't know why this one is still open with the newer one on the same road.

I love the Dollar Tree, you can't beat the prices and there are a variety of things to choose from. The only thing I do not like is, it seems as if everytime I go in there are no more than 2 registers/lanes open? Rather the store is crowded or not.. that's frustrating!

These employees are so ghetto in here. The cashiers are talking on cell phones, yelling across the store, and I've even seen one girl argue with customers. If they spent more time cleaning instead of leaning, the store wouldn't be so dirty. Good help is so hard to find. Although, there are great deals (everything is a dollar)

You can always find what you need the majority of the time. Prices are always good! I have found that their brand items works just as good as the name brand items you would pay more money for, and to me, it's a fun place to shop, while your just browsing because you always see something different that you would like to try. I always buy their soap, body wash, mouth wash, and oh!!! I love the chocolate cream filled eclairs! they are so good. This store has so much to choose from. The staff is nice too, at least they are when I be there. Love this store ♡Statesboro Dollar Tree gets my 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Simply love it here! Holiday decor, hair accessories and Mani/Pedi supplies are what I get most! Everything is $1 and my husband can't believe how much I get, lol

You can't beat the prices! Their selections are a little different from the one store to the other, but both are awesome! Where else is everything as inexpensive as Dollar Tree, you just have to check it to be sure it isn't poor quality before you buy it...

Would love for the store keep supplying Jimmy Dean's English muffins, they are delicious and that's what I always go to Dollar Tree 2 or 3 times a week. Did not have any on shelf.

It's always a long line of people with one register open. When it's slow they have four or three registers open but when it's really busy they only have one register open. It doesn't make sense that you have to stand in line with 5 or 6 people ahead of you but I do love the products that they have they always have what I'm looking for when I go in there

I enjoy shopping at this store, but the shelves are always bare, the merchandise is in boxes in aisle. I don't know if the manager has enough hours for people or what, but they need to do something different, you can't sell the stuff if it's not on the shelves.

Cases and boxes were piled in the aisles and the stockers were busy trying to place merchandise on shelves. My biggest gripe is they don't have the foot spray in stock. Oh, and their cashiers seem like the unhappiest (sic) people.

Always a loyal customer to Dollar Tree. This last experience has been a very frustrating one. I ordered some plastic containers and then when I was notified to pick it up, no one could find it. The employee said I could just go to the other store or come back when the next truck arrives. That is not acceptable. I called customer support and they told me it would be sent again and to call later in the week. When I called back (today), the lady that answered the phone cut me off mid sentence to say that she couldn't help me and the manager was on the register. I asked when should I call back and her response was, "Call back tomorrow!" I am so disappointed by this and will not order from there again.

This is the worst Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited. There are boxes and trash everywhere. Nothing is in the right location. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. One employee was cussing as she was unboxing items. There was only 1 cash register open so the line was super long and slow. A customer and the cashier were yelling at each other over the balloons. I will NOT return to or recommend this Dollar Tree.

Much better than Rincon, who won't allow but 10 or 12 buggies in store. Statesboro workers stopped three times to see if I needed help and went the extra mile to look for an item I could not find.

Some of the staff are friendly. The place could be better organized though. The isles can not have two people come down them at the same time from opposite directions.

This store is always a mess and the shelves are bare. Unopened boxes stacked everywhere. Several stacks fell as I walked by. As I was checking out, my cashier was talking on her cellphone the entire time. Very rude.

The some of the staff are so disrespectful. The manager will sit on the phone and talk about how she got into an argument with another customer while you are waiting on her to ring up your things, and then on top of that she will walk off into the office and tell you to wait.... Where do they do that at 🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄

I used to think this was a decent store until I visited a newer Dollar Tree north of Atlanta. That store was impressive for a dollar store. This one is poor by comparison.
