This is the rudest dollar general I have ever been to! I placed a pickup order and came to pick it up for the people to tell me to cancel the order and shop for my own damn self that they are not a Walmart! So whatever I was just gonna cancel the order and get my money back to take myself elsewhere to shop bc of how rude the staff was to me! Come to find out I couldn’t cancel the order bc they already took the money out of my bank account! I’ve been on the phone forever trying to get my money back and went back inside to try and come to a solution bc money may not mean much to some but everything to me! they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t their problem and sounded like a personal problem and there’s nun that they could do!

Such bad/rude customer service. I brought my 3 things to the register that had the light up sign to indicating that it was open. I waited a couple of minutes and finally the cashier went to the other register and said “I can help you over here.” I grabbed my things and walked right over to her, and she looked at me and said “You don’t need to roll your eyes at me”, which I did not do. And she also stated that they are working really hard, which I only saw only her throughout the whole store and I never said she wasn’t working hard, and she probably was working her best! She also mumbled under her mask that I was “racist”, but I said nothing to her the whole encounter. I understand people have bad days, but you DON’T have to take it out on the customers. Mind you, it wasn’t even 9:00 in the morning!!

The store manager was rude. She said that no outside drink or food was allowed in the establishment that's why they inform ppl. Well i told her I didn't see any signs and if I did I would have not brought anything in rather it was brought from another store ot not. As walking out the door after purchasing a few things I looked around and I didn't see a sign that stated what she said. I guess I'll stay out that store from here on out.

I went to the cash register and no one was there so after waiting a couple minutes I went to find someone to help, and when I found a woman sitting down in the office on her phone I said "excuse me, could you check me out please" she replied " yeah just go to the register" i said alright, and went back to the register and as she came over she said "people be so impatient" as if I didn't stand there for a at least 2 minutes and then I was still polite about it. So i explained what happened and how I waited for a couple minutes. So she proceeded to argue with me, saying "I just left the register 1 second ago". Very rude, lazy, a liar and you definitely don't call people names because you feel guilty that you got caught being lazy.

OMG that is the worse store ever... Have you ever noticed you can never see the prices when being checked out?? Hmmm the prices never match what is shown on the racks....check your receipt...But the reason why i am ranting is because if you don't know the prices the cashier will get over...i was in there the other night and the so called store manager with her green hair rang me up items on sale but told me the not sale price...when i corrected her she looked stupid...but they won't hire me...hmmm interesting

Dirty they need to pick up speed and I had a child that needed to use the bathroom and they said it’s out of order just to hear the lady laugh and look at the other cashier. I’m a whole SM I know people would mess up a bathroom , but when you are in a public service that is considered one of the services.this had happened twice.

They are working so hard to clean this store up, and get it in order. Its now under new management, and things are getting much better! Go see, and you may catch a sale too! ;)

One of the more unorganized and somewhat dirtier stores in the county. Other Dollar generals are kept up much better than this one. Management and staff is okay in terms of courtesy and kindness but they rarely keep items in stock, there's always carts full of product in the aisles and the place is not very clean..

Fully stocked, had better items and choices compared to other dollar general stores in the area and the employees were tentative and friendly, however the store was dirty. The shelves needed to be re-organized and cleaned up and there was too much overstock on the floors .

My go to store atleast six days a week. Prices are great on most items. They do run out of my favorite soda drink every week which makes me have to stop somewhere else. They have 2 checkouts but almost always have only one running which makes it very slow checkout time. But i still shop here more than anywhere else.

Love the store and most people that work there. How ever the store on 301 by state patrol will be out of most needed items like sugar flour sale items. Plus the digi coupons don't always work.I shop certain places to get good deals. I live on a very small budget and when these coupons don't work it burts my budget.

The guys who work here are very friendly. The store however, is a complete disaster. The aisles are always blocked with boxes of unshelved merchandise and the otc allergy meds I use have not been restocked in over a month. What they need to do is shut down the store for a couple of days and have a crew come in and restock everything!

Store needs a complete remodel...can not find anything, it smells bad and is unclean. Best thing is the staff is pretty friendly and the Redbox machine out front!

LOVED THIS STORE 4 THEIR LOW LOW PRICES GALLONS OF MILK N GREAT STAFF. HOWEVR FOUND SEVERAL TIMES WHEN THER PUTTING OUT SALE ITEMS THAT SAME ITEM MAY HAVE 2 DIFFERENT PRICES OR TOLD THAT WASN'T RIGHT PRICE N THE HIGHR 1 IS. MAY HAVE ALREADY NEW MGR BY NOW BUT DEFINITELY LOVE THIS STORE

Store was filthy and staff was just there. The restroom was super disgusting and had no diaper changing station. Merchandise was off the shelfs and in the floor. Boxes and stocking carts were in the way of many of the isles

Too cluttered. No need for a buggy if you can't get it through the Isle. Reasonable prices though.
