Store was not crowded and checkout lines were fast. I needed a couple of food items, but I didn't find anything on my list. The store was clean and the staff friendly, but the shelves were very poorly stocked

This is the worse stocked DG that I have ever seen. The shelves are empty and the merchandise sitting in the aisles on carts.This isn't just a one time accurance, it is everytime I try to shop there. Corporate needs to look into this location. It's pitiful.

Not as disorganized as some others but I have had more problems with nasty employees... I've had 2 different occasions once a male the other a female both made me feel like I should patronize a different store...Also they never have enough people working... inventory all on the floor blocking aisles sometimes the employee is in the office and no one is at the register... theft is high and customer satisfaction is low...No one should have to trade in good service for low prices

With COVID-19 going on shopping at the Dollar General has been great. No screaming children that stop in the middle of the aisle that I'm moving through. Enjoy it while you can, because it won't be like that forever.

The store by Hunter's Pointe smelled like straight WEED tonight. Keep it classy Dollar General.Dollar General # 15662 at Burkhalter and 80- Waited for over a month to see if they were going to put out cat food. Asked the clerk stocking when I got there if they had any where it could be reached. Got all kinds of attitude up to and including actually dragging a stepladder across the floor like a toddler and not apologizing when it slammed into the front of my buggy. I get you don't like your job, nobody would like a job where you are expected to stock and take customers at the same time with no help. But take a nap or something. It isn't the customers' fault. Grow up.

Here lately. The shelves have become more empty, for longer periods of time. Sure, the DG a few miles up the road in either direction may have what i need. But i came to this one to get it. Oh well. I'm sure the reasons are out of their control.

It's not just this dollar general It's all of them. The shelves are empty but their stock room is full, they haven't taken the time to reset the stores a whole lot of prices on the shelf is not matching with the system & the workers don't care to override it

This is the only Dollar General in statesboro that is clean, isles clear & food always on the shelves. I go out of my way to go here I will not go to any other ones in statesboro. The staff here are friendly & they get you out fast also.

The Dollar General in Northside is always a horrible experience. The cashiers are rude & seem to rush you out of the store no matter what time of the day! Things are likely to be out if place & none of the workers know whrn items that are out stock will be available again. They have no desire to help their customers.

This dollar general is by far the worse store ever. The shelves are always empty, aisles are always blocked. It is pitiful to have the doors open for business. Corporate really needs handle the issues with this location!!

Mortin product had a coupon on the product a dollar off. The cashier said it expired in dec 2019. There no way this product sat seven months on the shelf, unless the stock associates decided not to stock the product until the promotion expired or the manager in charge of stock. I decided not to buy an old product that the store wanted full price for.

Actually saw a white mini van with black women in it pull up and go straight to the ice machine. They got a bag of ice, banged it on ground in front of the ice box and went directly back to the van and drove off. I was like REALLY?

Store was a mess! Cashier was super rude bc i "interrupted" her by being a customer. I stood at the counter at Least 5 mins and had to holler "Helllo" to get her to the register.

I illegally banning customers who have been cleared by doctor orders from covid 19, illegally demanding personal medical proof of doctor medical release from covid 19. Will be in touch with the district manager of store managers illegal actions. And filing complaint against store management.

Better price on milk and bread than all the local groceries. Can find nearly anything without having to drive to Statesboro. Associates are friendly.

THIS 1 ON 80 IS GREAT BUUUUT THE 1 ON FAIR RD IS A SCAM!!! 3X I'VE BEEN N GRABBED TONS OF ON SALE ITEMS OUTSIDE MARKED 50-70% OFF ONLY 2 GET 2 REGISTER AFTER SEARCHING FOR ALLLLLL THOSE SALE ITEMS 2 FIND AIN'T NONE OF ANY OF THEM ON SALE, DIRTY, DIRTY. 80S IS GREAT N NORTHSIDE DR N MLK IS GREAT N THEY DESERVE 5 STARS BUT UNTILL THEY DO SOMTHING BOUT FAIR RD.
