I left a review using my receipt and never heard anything-from visiting the store once more recently since then, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. So here we are ! The entire staff is still extremely rude and unhelpful. This store was placed here for the convenience of the local community & it has done the complete opposite of that. It was great at first, a lot of the old staff are no longer there and the new people are simply lazy and rude. Maybe underpaid could be the problem ? Idk, but they just don’t care.The cash register hasn’t been working for MONTHS so you can only use cash at self checkout… WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE and we as the community have complained about this, but because no one cares, nothing has changed. The store is simply a mess and I haven’t spent money here in weeks and don’t plan on it. I’ll continue to take the longer drive to CVS where customer service is never an issue.PS - when I also had an issue with the self checkout because no one can ever ring you up, the manager was very huffy and made it seem like i was aggravating her. Insane. Lol

Couldn't get help at checkout. Had two employees look at me and continue walking with no acknowledgement. I began to whistle after about 5 mins. Left merchandise on the counter.

I have done several reviews for several different dollar generals. This store is very clean. Customer service is good but could be a little more friendly and speak more. I don't think I have ever heard the cashiers speak without being spoken to. Nice store!!#SouthernScapesNursery

Store clerks are rude and almost never at the cash register. Usually chatting it up in the isles on Bluetooth headphone phone calls. There's been times when I almost just left the exact cash on the register and walked out. Nice store, management sucks.

Shop here too much. 3 to 4 times a day it seems. Hate the line at checkout. It is always long and never is there two registers going at once. Lots of parking space. Seems busy throughout the day and evening shifts. Prices are affordable. Not far to drive and get what you need pretty much one place. All dollar general stores need one last thing to mama them a mini walmart..gas port!

Food was not good, noodles was not done. My got husband got Chicken marsala and the chicken was so dry and got fourth cup mashed potatoes and nothing on them. We left there paying few less than forty dollars.I am not saying this for free food but let you know something was wrong and if you don't know you can't fix the problem.

I went in there earlier today and they were playing music with a lot of profanity. I will definitely never take my kids into that store, and one of the clerks was taking about going to the liquor store later!

Store is tidy, but the staff is RUDE. I often have to wait at the unattended register for a prolonged amount of time while the staff hangs out in the back. Poor management. I will not be going back! Tired of giving them chances!

I'll go the extra 2 miles out of my way to this location. The stock and general store cleanliness is much better compared to other locations in town.

Terrible! Staff have no knowledge of sales or how to adjust prices based on sale prices as advertised. This has happened everytime I have shopped here. I won't be going back to this store.
