I would give this store a zero rating if I could. Since their old manager Felicia doesn't work there anymore, this store has went down dramatically. These pictures they are showcasing online is definitely not how the store look on the inside. This store is filthy and dirty all around, even down to the hand tote baskets. U damn near have to turn sideways walking down each aisle, bc its boxes of unloaded inventory on it; and let's not forget to mention u lucky not to topple over at any point in time, bc of the chaos of the store. I can't even blame the employees, bc they are very under staffed and there's only so much they can do, bc the store stays busy from opening to close. I can say the little bit of employees they do have now are trying their best to unload inventory and clean the store, but it's only so much they can do. Upper management definitely needs to step in and get this location together. I have nothing positive to say about the location, but about the good employees they have now.

This location seems to be comfortable leaving boxes and trash in the middle of the isles and not staffed well. Always have to track down a cashier at checkout. If you do find an employee they are friendly and helpful but I think if you are not going to staff it properly you should at least pay them better if they have to do three positions - cashier cleaning and inventory.

This store was messy and very long lines. Asked about restrooms the clerk gave me dirty look said he's next which I understood that no problems but after 20 mins standing both of us never got to use it I just left and won't go back. There was no reason for her tone or looks just because I asked a question.

So I don't normally stop at the DG ... And for good REASON.. a lot of them around this part of Georgia for some reason are normally very cluttered and Messy. But it was actually pretty organized they were out of a lot of stuff but the young man at the cash register was rude he honestly needs to work on his customer service or find another line of work...

Employees are rude. Especially the store manager. Find product on the carts in the iasles. Floors don't look like they have been mopped in months. There is always stickey stuff on the floor.They never seem to have OTC meds, cough and cold, first aid product. When they do the prices are covered up.

The manager was real rude when there was a discrepancy on the price of this court of oil. The shelf sticker said it was 2.95 and it rang up as $5.95. the employee on the floor even went to the manager to say that it is stated on the sticker 2.95 and she the manager was very rude about it. And so I didn't buy no oil. The store was a mess also

love the digital coupons they are for what i actually buy and not for off the wall stuff i never perchance. I love and know most of the people who work there. Manager can be non complying though. For example on my receipt i was given a Extra 5 $ coupon for purchasing a x amount of certain products she would only represent half the value of the coupon. Clearance items at the end of season sale will sometimes have extra 40% 50% 75% off all ready mark down prices. She didnt acknowledge the extra % off even when i showed her a sign that clearly stated the sale items (spring to summer sale nor the summer to fall sale

I am not really sure management positions etc at this location. I have been going to this Dollar General for around 4 years now. I always prefer it over Walmart of course. Stock is organized. Items are always in assigned areas.There is one certain associate that stands out to me every time, her name is Felicia the three times I have been in recently ....she has began a conversation with me. Whether it was 10 pm. Or 9 am, are you going to class today?! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. These associates at this location are very well trained in CS. Thank you Felicia for being so nice, when you don’t have to be!

Large rolling rack was in front of the cold case I wanted to look at. I slowly moved it out of the way but noticed a metal rod was attached to the netting. That metal bar & rack could cause a child to get hurt. They shouldn't be abandoned on the sales-floor. Cashier was polite which isn't normally the case!

This is an NCI store. Meaning they are more of a Home and Party store! They have beautiful home decor comparable to some of the larget craft and home stores. The manager of the store is very helpful and keeps this store in tip top shape. Always love to stop by and check out whats new. Friendly staff is also a plus.

Very organized and clean. Made shopping better. Was greeted at the door. Employees asked if I found everything I needed and I felt appreciated as a customer. Definitely will return to this location

One of the cleaner, nicer stores I've visited. The staff is usually very friendly but a couple will hold conversations on their cell phones while ringing up your order. 🙄

Has a variety but need to enforce mask wearing. I had a person in the aisle with me sneezing openly with nothing on their face. Everytime I go, people just walk in without.

The chicken was good, but the rice was hard and dry! I would recommend this restaurant, only for the meat though... They need to add something to the rice because it's dry as ever!

Stopped briefly in the Dollar General to get some milk. This chain has reasonable prices and you can find the odd thing tucked away. It's a good place to go if you want to stop somewhere quick and not battle Walmart!

Very stocked. As that’s all they seem to be doing every time I go, which makes it a little difficult to navigate but not huge issues as it’s not very busy! Everyone is very polite & helpful!

store is supposed to be open until 10pm. I got there at 9:55pm and the doors were already locked. I needed 1 item that your store in Pulaski did not have (which employees were great), but I guess you do not need business.

It's suppose to be a Fedex pickup location but they don't open until 5. I've had package floating around for days because they aren't there to receive it. Plus they never answer their phone.

Like the new look, but the cashiers play music loud at the register, to the point when they tell you your total, you can't hear what they saying for the loud music. I no longer will use this DG.

Had a nice and pleasant experience with the Dollar General located on 301 South. The manager Felicia went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. I will be back!!
