CVS Statesboro is responsive on the phone AND in person. Usually get my prescriptions ready the same day I ask for them. Service has improved markedly in past few years!

worst service ever if you can find somewhere else to get a prescription go there. It will no joke take you 30-45 minutes every time you want to pick up your stuff and that’s if they even have it half the time it’s rocket science for them to get it i don’t think i’ve ever actually gotten mine the day i was supposed to because they f how much they mess up.

Pharmacy staff are great - but overworked & overwhelmed .... Need for more employees in that area. Other CVS employees in the retail & cashier area are helpful and polite.

Horrible. I droped off a prescription and they say an 1 hour and a half. I come back 2 and a half hours later and they say 15 mins. Then I wait 30 mins. Would NOT recommend.

Fire the whole pharmacy staff. Now I see why they're rating is only a 2.6. The question is why hasn't anyone done anything about it?

This is the worst cvs in the state of Ga. The pharmacy staff where rude and did not answer my questions as the took my money and felt that a phone call was more important than me and I will never go back.
