I have always loved Brusters and the nondairy options BUT they’ve taken it to a new level. Last week, I asked if they ever made mint chocolate chip oat milk ice cream bc it’s my favorite and I’d never been there when they’ve had it. One of the managers, I think, said oh I can make some next week. Omg! It was waiting on me today and it was so, so yummy! Run don’t walk!

This is THE BEST ice cream around. The flavors are amazing, staff is super friendly. We stop by every time we are in the area...and sometimes we make the drive just for the ice cream!

Been staring at a window with ppl inside now for 20 mins plus and haven’t gotten a single response to my horn or calling out or anything they look at me and walk away and have gotten Zero Service. I remember both faces there and will not stop until this is resolved I come here too often for this Poor treatment and my family and friends will know how Poor service y’all provide

I've been a regular at Bruster's as long as I've lived here. Under new management, they've increased prices by 25%, done away with discounts for military, first responders, teachers, etc., and clearly intentionally serve less product i.e. a half gallon, at the new higher price, is closer to a quart, just in a half gallon container. I don't support this and neither should you.

Asked for a waffle cone and was told they were out. Asked when they would have more and was told they decided they would not be making any more for the day. This was around 3 p.m. on Mother's Day. While waiting, there was VULGAR, explicit rap music playing on the speakers outside and the employees inside were dancing and singing along. All the years we have been coming to this Brusters we have never had such an experience. I truly hope this day was just a fluke.

Love coming here if I’m looking for a late night dessert. Sometimes the service is slow, and I’ve had my order messed up once but other than that the ice cream is always delicious!

Really amazing ice cream! So many flavors. I loved the coffee ice cream in a waffle cone. Also, they make their own. Try one of their homemade icecream cakes, too. The seasonal ice cream I just had Sunday was Jamaican me crazy and it has chocolate swirl with coconut and chopped almonds. Delicious!

I don’t usually write reviews but this was ridiculous!…I order a cake almost a week ago for a birthday party today. When I called to see if it was ready to pick up, I had to call 4 times before someone answered. The girl told me there was no record of the cake and it would take 2 days to make another. So, now I’m without a cake for the birthday party. This was very important to me and a lot of other people. I was heartbroken and I knew the mistake was made when I physically went there and ordered it in person and watched the girl take the order and my info and write it on a napkin.. and it wasn’t even busy! We were literally the only people there at the time and there is no reason this should have happened. I should have known this would happen after seeing her do that! I just trusted she would put the info where it needed to be to get the job done. You guys need to figure out how to do your job! I’m so sick of the horrible service at this place. I’m done with them and I hope other people will read this review and not put their trust in a different place instead of here! Great ice cream, terrible service!

Ice cream was soft and tasty! Chili and hot dog was great! The staff was helpful and kind! The bun holding the hot dog though... bleh... Stale and old tasting. I'll definitely be back and hopefully they will have some fresh buns and I'll have 5 stars to give em!

It was my first time there in over 7 years and I can't wait to go back. I got the caramel macchiato with the coffee beans and caramel swirl in a waffle cone. It was really good. I plan to get the NY strawberry cheesecake thing in a waffle bowl the next time.

Location doesn't sell hotdogs through the drive thru, you have to get out and order at the window separately. Additionally, this location doesn't have the online order option like other locations. Two ways you could be more profitable but choose not to. That's cool, you don't like money, I'll help out by not giving you any. Get with the times or go bye bye.

Bruster's is a family tradition. While traveling to Ga to visit family we made it a point to go back to the Bruster's that my son worked for.Their Ice cream is made with care. They offer a good variety. Prices are fair and they offer specials. Still most of all they offered use a military discount for his service. Thank you

Large selection of flavors. Staff will combine flavors if you ask. Super cheap pricing, and offer military and senior discounts. Cones, shakes, cakes, cookies, sundaes....they have it all. We love stopping for a treat when we can.

Great selection. The only downside is the ice cream is usually too soft to really enjoy. Unless you are wanting to eat it fast. I prefer buying handpicked and putting in the freezer for a day.

Last night I took my mom to Bruster’s ice cream because she wanted the fudge brownie sundae. Before I leaving the premises, my mom started coughing and choking. She then pulls what look like a long piece of hair out of her mouth. I pulled back around my mom walks up to the window and shows the girl the foreign object that came out of the ice cream. The girl then tells her it is not hair, but couldn’t tell her what it was. All the workers stand around like they don’t know what to do. She ask for a manger but apparently their was no one in charge. The person who tells her the object is not hair eventually asks her if she wants them to remake it. I was livid. What do you mean do you want us to remake it. When I confronted the girl, she tried to get an attitude with me.Bruster’s your customer service was horrible. The proper response would have been. We are sorry. This should not have been in your ice cream ma’am. Let me make you another. It is not like my mom asked for her money back. She just wanted someone to make it right.BRUSTER’S DO BETTER!!!!!

These young people angered me today! The heat index is Satan's "hanging" sack and these little shiftless souls out here messing up ice-cream orders. Literally handed me MILK in a bowl and milk in a sugar cone. And had the nerve to try to defend it by saying they prepare them as their ordered. I did not pay for melted ice cream! I try not to be the negative Nancy but these people need to get their act together. 45 minutes to get 4 ice-cream cones... Deplorable.

I love Bruester's, they make my Keyline Graham ice cream!Would have gotten 5 stars, but when you pay almost $17, and you get the half gallon half empty- you get a little bit salty.

Must have been bad day ordered two scoops of butter pecan what I got was only 1 scoop had to ask for my coke 4 times-then paid top dollar. I eatat Brusters all over-paid for two scoops and I assure you that was only one.I'll be back but watchful.

Got here before they opened and the lady still took our order. Super nice. It was quick. We actually ordered and the food was ready before they actually opened. Lady who took care of us was extremely accommodating. Wish i got her name.
