I’m so appreciative of the doctors and staff at Best Friends! My dog, Bentley, had a rough couple of months with an uncommon and potentially deadly auto-immune disease. Not only did he get diagnosed accurately and treated quickly, but he got excellent love and care for a lengthy stay at the clinic! I’m quite sure that without their excellent care, Bentley would not still be with us. Thank you, Dr Card, and everyone at Best Friends!!

We moved here several months ago and Best Friends Animal hospital came very highly recommended for my 2 fur babies.. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a vet. I was able to bring both dogs in at the same time and they took their time with each of them as well as with me. I believe I have found my forever Vet team. Thank you all

I love Best Friends Animal Hospital, they are always so welcoming, and treat my pets with their safety, and wellness in mind. Their drop off is quick, and we always get a detail update via phone call. Scheduling appointments is easy, and fast through their online website. I have taken all my pets here for the past 3 years, have never had a bad experience. I just wish the price were cheaper, but at the same time the quality of their care, is nothing but the best!

I love Best Friends Animal Hospital. My sweet fur baby recently had been discharged from the emergency vet and was still sick. I brought him to his vet, Best Friends, and they were able to find another diagnosis. They treated my baby with the absolute best care and he is now home and getting back to himself. Thank you Dr Card and Dr Debbie as well as all of the vet techs and front staff. Y’all have been so amazing with my little man.

Best friends always treats you like family! My daughter has 2 cats and they always get them seen and cared for in a timely manner. They are all super nice, from the front desk to the doctors. Our babies will always be taken there. I would recommend Best friends animal hospital to anyone.

Having never using Best Friends before we called one day when we had some concerns about our boy. They took him in to be seen with no questions asked.Although, we didn’t receive the news we had hoped for the entire staff was welcoming, caring, and passionate.When the time came for us to make the hardest decision for the well being of our baby boy, Dr. Card was considerate of our feelings as well as our boys. He let us come after hours due to our circumstances and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. He helped us put our selfish thoughts away so we could focus on the well being of the dog we loved so much.Thank you Dr. Card and the staff of Best Friends for taking us as a new customer and being there for us on one of our hardest days. Beat friends animal hospital is very punctual and takes care of all of our fur babies! They are reasonably priced and always have great service. Some appointments are very quick (curbside) where they just take the animal back, give shots and then we are on our way. Other times they offer drop off where we will pick up later in the day. They text updates and have email reminders monthly. Great service for a great price. We love BF animal hospital.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Dr. Card is a total professional. He listens very carefully, asks questions, and performs a very thorough examination.Due to bone abnormalities at birth, Dr Card was required to perform unique measures to successfully restore our Bitsy’s knee. Following the operation he gave us a detailed recovery plan and the staff followed up on her progress. We will certainly use Best Friends Animal Hospital should Bitsy require further surgical attention.

Best Friends were warm and welcoming. I live about 30 minutes out of town. I dropped off my two kitties around 9:30am and they were ready at 2:00. My daughter goes to GSU so that gave me the right amount of time to visit, eat and shop. Dr. Card called between 12:30 - 1:00 and gave me clear updates. One of my kitties had been to the emergency vet so she needed extra care. Dr. Card explained the next steps and I felt part of the process. The pick up process was easy peasy and cost was reasonable . I have a total of 2 dogs and 3 cats. The 2 kittens were not established at my vet and they could not get them in. It worked to my advantage. I feel blessed that Best Friends took them in. See you in three weeks:-)

The doctor & all of the other staff that we encountered during our visit were very helpful. They were genuinely concerned for my dog's health. They took the time to reassure my dog & to make sure she wasn't overly anxious during treatment. Everything was explained to me clearly and thoroughly.

Best Friends has taken good care of my cats for many years. A few weeks ago, after a long battle with cancer, my sweet girl Callie told us it was time to let her go. I called Best Friends for help. They were wonderful in every way, and made sure my sweet girl passed across the rainbow bridge with dignity and compassion. Their support made a very painful situation more comfortable. I brought Tanner in under emergency visit as she had accidentally split her toe nail and I was concerned of pain, infection and may worsen without medical treatment. BF accepted her on in without appointment and immediately treated her injury. The Staff and Doctor were both professional and compassionate and rendered medical treatment. Tanner is doing great and I am thankful to BF for their services.

Be careful they charge extra just to wait on your pet and if you question the charge they will just hand your pets records to you and pretty much tell you to go else where. Amy Trevino the office manager is rude and defends these hidden charges. It took 15 minutes for them to provide the corporate office information. Something that should readily be available at the front desk. I have been going here since 2019 when I moved here. Now I have to go back through all my charges to see how many times they charged an extra $20 just to wait on my pet.

I called Best Friends Animal hospital when they opened up to have my dog euthanized because of poor health and the staff took us right in. The staff was so unbelievably understanding, compassionate, caring and thoughtful. They allowed me to stay with him through the whole process. He was cremated and when I received his remains it made me cry just seeing how thoughtful and well prepared everything was. I’m so happy I made the decision to take him there! I will be bringing my poodle there because I know they will take care of him!

Terrible Customer Service. I have been going to Best Friends Animal Hospital ever since I moved to Statesboro 5 years ago. I have 3 cats so I've probably spent thousands of dollars here. Today I found out that they charge an extra $20 fee if you want to stay and wait on your animal. When I questioned this "wait fee" the Office Manager Amy Trevino handed me my pets folders and just as much told me to take my pets elsewhere!
