Big selection of happy socks on sale for $4.99 a pair! Women style does not have a big selection and variety, but the men's size are greater& more varied! And remember feet are feet. It really doesn't matter if you, man or woman. And if you have a large size 10 or larger...just go with the Men's sizes!! The socks for the men are longer and seem to be a little heavier weight, so I always go to the men's socks for longer lasting bright happy socks! But the lines are long and the cash registers open a few in between. And plan to do a lot of walking to find someone to check you out and have everything you need in line because I had to go back and get another pair of socks and she went to the next customer!. And don't forget at Belk you can layer your coupons so use your rewards and your other coupons can be put together to get free socks like my five pairs I got today!

found a great suitcase for only 80$ ! everyone was so helpful and cheerful . I had trouble opening the suitcase to peek at the interior , one of the associates was happy to help and I wish i got her name . Overall seamless experience!

Sales person in menswear rudely berated my wife for standing near the entrance to the men’s fitting room as I was trying to show her the clothes I tried on.Immediately put our items away and will shop elsewhere from now on. 👋🏻

Don’t buy the insurance unless you’re sure! It will not be refunded if you return the jewelry! The MGR told well you get the paper. I literally get the sheet after I purchase so what good is that? It’s a GA exclusion! He also offered compensation for it then took it back.

I ordered a dress online and decided to return it. I took it to the Statesboro location this evening. I was waiting in line when the cashier realized why I was there and pulled me out of the line to take care of me. (I made sure I wasn’t cutting in front of anyone, but everyone was being served.) She was quick, efficient, and sweet as can be. She even offered to throw my trash away for me. I was in a hurry this evening, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. However, because of this one young lady’s excellent customer service, I will be back to shop in the store soon, and I haven’t shopped in a Belk in years. (I don’t know her name. I went to the first register to the right, if you enter through the parking lot door, at the front of the store. She was a very pretty, petite African-American girl.)

Totally overcrowded garments... there are a gazillion racks with clothes packed so tightly it was hard to even pull one out to look at it. It was also hard to find out what discount each rack was as everything was color-coded to a specific % discount. The staff was helpful and nice.

Very large department store and kept bright and clean. Admittedly, I do not do much shopping in department stores but needed a pair of pants while traveling, It seemed everything was on 20 to 50% markdown (with a belk coupon) from the original price, but even so, prices seemed a bit high.

Belk at one time was my favorite place to shop. Today so junkie and over priced for the quality of the clothes. Always bought nice dresses for church and weddings but not anymore. Time has changed from great to not so much.

There was a large variety of clothes on sale. With that being said, I couldn't find anything that was junior plus sized under $40 that was worth buying. There were several helpful associates, but I had to wait for 15 Mins in line at the checkout, because the associate was busy talking to someone who used to work there and completely ignored me.

I love shopping at Belk!! They have the BEST sales!! I have purchased many things including shoes, clothes, jewelry,bed linens and comforters, etc. Oh yeah, and hand bags. I prefer to call them pocket books! They have really good after Christmas sales also.

Sale associated was not helpful at all when asked a question about a particular shoe I came in specifically to purchase. End up purchasing another shoe only to wear it for 2 hours and the strap popped. TRIED calling store line stayed busy 1st and last visit

For several months every time I have gone into this location it does not look at all like the Belk I have always known. This entire store (almost) looks like a huge clearance aisle, and I don't mean a neat and organized clearance aisle. If I want to dig through unorganized racks of cheap overly tried on leftovers I know where to go...lol sry for the rant! But I am being serious! (The beauty and jewelry counters are the exception.) So is this store going to close this location or what is going on?

The connection as a company and an apartment complex is absolutely atrocious. This complex has constant issues with crime and a major lack of communication. The only redeeming quality that the connection has is a few wonderful people at the front office. Rachel is one of those few. She is professional and does everything in her power to make sure you get anything you need fixed done as fast and professionally as possible. Other than those select few people, everything here is a joke.

It's a nice environment and has a very wide variety of clothes and other items, it has a nice jewelry and perfume selection.The customer service is always very friendly, it is a little pricey but it has very good quality clothes and really great discounts on their app that makes purchases definitely worth it.Only down side is they don't have a wide formal selection for women, I wanted to buy my fiance a nice dress for our date but they are more casual clothes based for women,on the other hand men section does have formal clothes as well as casual.

Have shopped in this store for many years. During Covid they closed the majority of the fitting rooms which was understandable at that time. But my issue is that they have kept them closed since then. It would be nice if they would re-open the rest of the fitting rooms. It also appears that they are short handed due to the fact that very few registers are open at any one time which of course causes longer lines and puts added stress and pressure on the employees who are there. Hopeful these things will change in the future.

While the store is extremely understaffed and some are stressed from the pressure, I wanted to express appreciation to Hannah who on the day I was there was working at the clinique counter. She was very courteus, friendly and quick...even asked if I had purchased the coupon $5 and saved me money. I forgot i had it in my purse! She was same to all who were in her line for various purchases.

The sales were great. The customer service was almost obsolete. Literally could not find staff to check out with and Jan in "socks" was soooo slow and talkative, (but unable to work while she talked) I wanted to leave everything and purchase later. The store was hot for the cherry on top!
