Well I got a gift (pants) for Christmas and they were ti small. So I took them back just to exchange for something else no money back just another pair of jeans. I didn't have receipt cause it being a gift and the person that bought them didn't either, so they would not let me exchange them. Therefore I have to keep a pair of pants that don't fit.

I have tried to get anything for my outside and they're willing to research if you bring in something you have never seen growing around the area and get you to the right place for the information. They have everything you need for indoor outdoor farm.life. This is the best place for lawnmower part's oil tracker equipment.

The staff are so nice and the place is always organized and clean.If you have never been here you should check it out. You will be surprised what they have. Skip Walmart and Lowe’s and come here first. They will have what you need and cheaper.

I’ve bought quite a bit of merchandise from these folks, Ask a question , get an answer in moments one on one when you walk in the door. If they don’t have it they’ll order it quickly. Though I don’t know them personally they treat you as they have known you and treat you with respect . GREAT STORE!👍👍👍👍👍👍

Shelf tags never have the right price, so it's a big surprise at checkout. A few people there really know a lot, but if those two are off just walk the aisles you'll know as much as the rest.With that said you can find items at Agri supply that no one else has.

Great place! Drive 2 hours regularly to go shopping here. Wish they had one closer.... Had an issue with a regulator for a cast iron kettle which was missing a part but management promptly resolved the problem and sent us a replacement in the mail. We received it in 2 day. Awesome service!

You can get just about anything you need for a farm here. They have a very good selection of cast iron cookware also. They have any parts you need for trailers also. If your in Statesboro stop by here and I'm sure you will find something you need here. Amazing all the stuff they have inside and outside here.

I've only been here once before, and that was to check to see if they had the pine straw rake that I needed. Very good customer service and very quick loadind. This place is huge, I want to go back and spend some time checking out everything they have.

****edit****Well this morning I received a call from Agri supply corporate. Apparently they saw my review and somehow got my number to contact me regarding my review. I am normally a very stubborn person and once made mad I will never return. Let me tell you these people really value their customers. I have never had such a 180 turn in customer service. They really turned a sour experience into something great. I am happy to say I picked up my rake today and will continue to shop there for all of my supplies, thank you Rodney and Roger!I went to buy a 6' landscape rake just a little while ago. I saw on the website the stock was low so I called to check stock before I drove 45 minutes out to the store. The employee on the phone looked up the part and then put me on hold to verify stock. He came back on the phone and told me yes, there was 2 in stock. Perfect. So I made the drive to the store. I got to the cashier and told her what item I needed and she called the back shop to see if they were out. I was then told they wouldn't be assembled until next weekend. She did offer that I can buy it and assemble it myself. if that was the case I would have just bought it online from another vendor that is similar price and shipped free to my house to save a drive. To me this is just unacceptable service as it is quite a bit of time and gas wasted to drive out.

One of the few places I go anymore that I always get extremely good service at! Has a lot of inexpensive Chinese made stuff that actually holds up well with a surprising amount of good USA made items as well. Basically anything you need they seem to have it there and at a good price!

The manager of The AgriSupply store in Statesboro Ga definitely has the customer in mine. He went above and beyond to help this customer with his problem and he really made my day. A shout out also is in store for Bob in the Florence store You don’t find this kind of customer service very much any more. I am planning a road trip tomorrow (Saturday) to visit this store to purchase a 4 in Idler Pulley...Mike and Chris were/are exceptionally customer focused. Each gentlemen tolerated my questions and inquiries and now it is worth the almost 2 hour drive. I do plan to revisit this store for any future farming equipment needs...the attitude of Chris and Mike exemplifies the US Navy Seabees credo, "Can Do"... Now if I could only add another 5 stars!
